Abstract: Evangelism is a command that comes directly from the mouth of Jesus Christ. The command to evangelize Matthew 28:19-20 was implemented by the Apostles in all places, both villages and cities. This is motivated by the command… mand itself "all nations" meaning anyone, anywhere, and at any time. In general, the definition of an urban area is a residential area that includes a main city and is supported by peripheral areas that support the main city. Urban areas are also more complex areas than rural areas. Financial turnover in the economy is very fast. Generally the population has sufficient education. A more comprehensive way of thinking and unique characteristics due to busy work, even seem selfish and indifferent. All of this shows the need for the church to carry out its own strategic management in carrying out urban evangelism. Researchers used qualitative methods based on library research. Data that already exists will be lifted and become the wealth of this writing. The aim of this writing is to add to the richness of existing writings. Furthermore, it can be applied according to the needs and demands of urban evangelism.

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM): Evaluasi Implementasi dan Dampaknya terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa

Abstract: The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program was developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as a step towards modernizing higher education and bridging the… gap between the academic world and the workforce. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Dampak Virtual Reality terhadap Identitas Individu dalam Novel Ready Player One Karya Ernest Cline

Abstract: Ernest Cline's novel Ready Player One depicts the impact of Virtual Reality (VR) on individual identity. The aim of this research is to analyze how VR is constructed as a space for testing individual identity in the novel… l Ready Player One. This research uses qualitative methods with a discourse analytic approach to examine how virtual identities are constructed in novels. Research data was obtained through novel analysis. Analysis was carried out by re-reading the novel and noting each scene that symbolized virtual identity. The research results show that Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity. In this novel, the main character Wade Watts uses an Avatar named Parzival to take part in a competition in the OASIS, a virtual world created by James Halliday. Wade chose this Avatar because he wanted to be a brave and strong figure, different from his true identity in the real world. Virtual Reality can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual's identity. On the one hand, Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity and find a more authentic identity. On the other hand, Virtual Reality can also influence individual identity by creating false and unrealistic virtual identities.

This ability is crucial for the safety of the ship, especially when operating in restricted waters or near ports. The blackout occurs as a result of generator overload or the inability of an electrical voltage and current to flow too high or too large. The load is too high because the bow thruster consumes too much electrical voltage. In fact, on KM. Dharma Kartika IX, the generator has already supplied a significant amount of electricity to various parts of the ship, including the lighting system throughout the ship, from the mast to deck 3, the cooling system, and several navigation systems. The aim of this research is to understand and explain the causes of blackouts in the electrical system of KM Dharma Kartika IX during maneuvering and to find solutions that should be implemented in case of problems with the generator unit. The method I used to gather this data is through direct observation during seagoing service on the subjects under examination.

Penerapan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (Knn) Untuk Klasifikasi Status Gizi Balita di Kecamatan Rumbai Timur

Abstract: Abstract: This study aims to classify the nutritional status of toddlers based on anthropometric data using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. Data were obtained from 20 Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) in Rumbai… Timur District, including Lembah Sari Village and Limbungan Village with a total of 1,000 toddler data. After cleaning and preprocessing, 782 data were obtained ready for use. The preprocessing stages include data cleaning and transformation, outlier removal, minority class handling, and data normalization. Next, data balancing was carried out using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) to address class imbalance. The data was divided into 80% training data and 20% test data, then the K parameter was tested from 1 to 15 using 5-fold cross-validation. The results showed that the value of K = 1 provided the best performance with a macro recall of 0.8827 and an accuracy of 86.26%. These results indicate that the combination of the KNN algorithm with the SMOTE method and Min-Max normalization is effective in improving classification performance on imbalanced data and producing accurate and balanced predictions of toddler nutritional status between classes. Data diperoleh dari 20 Posyandu di Kecamatan Rumbai Timur, meliputi Kelurahan Lembah Sari dan Kelurahan Limbungan dengan total 1.000 data balita. Setelah melalui proses cleaning dan preprocessing, diperoleh 782 data yang siap digunakan. Tahapan pra-pemrosesan meliputi pembersihan dan transformasi data, penghapusan outlier, penanganan kelas minoritas, serta normalisasi data. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyeimbangan data menggunakan Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan kelas. Data dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, kemudian dilakukan pengujian parameter K dari 1 hingga 15 menggunakan 5-fold cross-validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai K = 1 memberikan performa terbaik dengan recall macro sebesar 0,8827 dan akurasi 86,26%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi algoritma KNN dengan metode SMOTE dan normalisasi Min-Max efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja klasifikasi pada data tidak seimbang serta menghasilkan prediksi status gizi balita yang akurat dan seimbang antar kelas. Implementasi MCDM dengan Metode MOORA Pemilihan Guru Terbaik di SMKN PP 1 Kualuh Selatan

Oleh karena itu, seorang guru diharapkan mampu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pemilihan guru terbaik perlu dilakukan secara selektif agar hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pada  SMKN PP 1 Kualuh Selatan belum pernah melakukan pemilihan guru terbaik secara cepat dan tepat, pemilihan tersebut masih secara manual yaitu menilai berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Dengan diimplementasi metode moora dalam pemilihan guru terbaik pada SMKN PP 1 Kualuh Selatan maka pemilihan guru terbaik menjadi cepat dan tepat dimana hasil dari perhitungan sistem penilaian berbasis web adalah 0,3099.   Kata kunci: MCD; MOORA; Pemilihan Guru Terbaik  

Prototipe Sistem Pendeteksi Kebocoran Air Dan Pengeluaran Air Secara Otomatis Pada Kapal Berbasisi Arduino Uno

Abstract: Abstract: Disposal of water in traditional boats is currently still done manually with human intervention, in contrast to commercial ships that already have a ballast system. This will certainly be a problem for boat users… rs who can interfere with their sailing. Therefore, in this study, a design for an automatic water pump on an Arduino Uno-based boat will be made, which functions as a tool to remove puddles in the hull of the boat due to leakage. This tool is able to discharge water on the boat automatically when the water level entering the hull of the boat has exceeded the maximum height limit until the water level is within the tolerance limit which is considered safe and does not interfere with sailing. This tool works automatically using the WLC sensor (water level control) as a tool to monitor the water level, and the Arduino Uno system as a component to run the program by switching the pump. This tool can minimize the occurrence of shipwreck accidents due to boat hull leaks and human error. This system is still applied in the form of a prototype.             Keywords: Arduino Uno; water level control; boat.     Abstrak: Pembuangan air pada kapal tradisional saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan adanya campur tangan manusia, berbeda dengan kapal-kapal komersil yang sudah memiliki sistem ballast. Hal ini tentunya akan menjadi permasalahan bagi para pengguna kapal yang dapat mengganggu pelayaran mereka. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu perancangan pompa air otomatis pada kapal berbasis Arduino Uno, yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk membuang genangan air dalam lambung kapal akibat kebocoran. Alat ini mampu melakukan pembuangan air pada kapal secara otomatis pada saat ketinggian air yang masuk kedalam lambung kapal telah melampaui batas ketinggian maksimal sampai ketinggian air tersebut berada pada batas toleransi yang dianggap aman dan tidak mengganggu pelayaran. Alat ini bekerja dengan otomatis menggunakan sensor WLC (water level control) sebagai alat untuk memantau ketinggian airnya, dan sistem Arduino Uno sebagai komponen untuk menjalankan program dengan melakukan switching pada pompa. Alat ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kapal karam akibat kebocoran lambung kapal dan human error. Untuk pengelolaan atau pelaksanan dalam pembagian raskin sudah ditentukan sesuai dengan data yang di dapat dari desa. Namun untuk pembagian raskin tersebut desa  kerepotan dalam penimbangan beras dan pendataan ulang masyarakat yang mendapatkan raskin dan juga  harus membagikan masyarakat di setiap dusun,  jadi untuk mempermudah dalam pembagian beras raskin peneliti merancang sebuah ATM Raskin untuk membantu pihak desa dan  masyarakat kurang mampu, dan untuk lebih muda untuk pengambilan beras tersebut. ATM Raskin yang dirancang menggunakan Radio Frekuensi Identifikasi (RFID) dan Internet of things (IOT). ATM beras yang nantinya ditempatkan di kantor kelurahan atau kantor balai desa. Dengan adanya alat ini mempermuda untuk membuat laporan yang sudah tersimpan didalam sistem yang dibuat. Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Melalui Pendampingan Pembuatan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Edugame Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Di SMPN 29 Bengkulu Tengah

Abstract: Abstract: This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ competence in creating digital learning materials based on educational games (edugames) to enhance students’ learning motivation. The activity was conducted… onducted at SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Tengah with 15 participating teachers. The program adopted a workshop approach, including the introduction of edugame concepts, guidance in designing digital learning scenarios, and hands-on practice using free-access edugame platforms. Teachers actively engaged in discussions and collaborative work, resulting in several prototype edugames ready for classroom trials. The outcome indicates increased teacher skills in integrating technology into teaching and potential improvement in students’ engagement through interactive digital learning resources. Keywords: digital learning materials; edugame; learning motivation; teacher competency   Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam membuat bahan ajar digital berbasis permainan edukatif (edugame) untuk mendorong motivasi belajar siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Tengah dengan peserta sebanyak 15 guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan (workshop) yang mencakup pengenalan konsep edugame, pendampingan penyusunan skenario pembelajaran digital, dan praktik langsung menggunakan platform edugame yang dapat diakses secara gratis. Peserta terlibat aktif dalam diskusi dan kolaborasi, sehingga dihasilkan beberapa prototipe edugame yang siap diujicobakan di kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran serta potensi peningkatan keterlibatan siswa melalui bahan ajar digital yang interaktif.
