Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Indonesian Human Rights so that creative works receive legal protection.

This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Di Desa Bandur Picak, Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, SKTM merupakan jenis layanan administrasi yang paling sering diajukan, dengan jumlah permohonan sebanyak 196 layanan dari total 554 pelayanan administrasi pada periode Januari–Oktober 2025. Kegiatan pengabdian melalui program magang ini bertujuan untuk mensosialiasikan pelayanan SKTM dalam rangka peningkatan efektivitas pelaksanaan pelayanan SKTM di Desa Bandur Picak. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, sosialisasi, dokumentasi, dan melakukan proses pelayanan, mulai dari verifikasi berkas, penyusunan draf surat, hingga pencatatan dalam buku register pelayanan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian telah berjalan baik, pelayanan SKTM telah sesuai dengan SOP, waktu penyelesaian rata-rata ±5 menit per surat, serta diterima secara baik oleh masyarakat. Kolaborasi ini memberikan manfaat berupa pembagian tugas yang lebih terstruktur dan memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai praktik pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan desa.

he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

weighting further complicates the process, making it less fair and less suited to field needs. To address this, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the TOPSIS method. The study focused on five sub-districts with the highest number of registered voters: Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, and Pulau Rakyat. Selection criteria included understanding of vision and mission, motivation, integrity, supervisory experience, knowledge of local wisdom, and communication and teamwork skills. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain candidate scores. The DSS processed the data objectively and produced rankings based on preference values. Results showed that Syahputra from Air Batu achieved the highest score (1000) and ranked first. System testing with the black box method confirmed all features functioned properly. This DSS improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, offering Bawaslu a reliable technological solution for selecting competent and high-integrity Panwaslu members.

Abstrak: Kurangnya transparansi dan objektivitas dalam seleksi anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur dalam menentukan kriteria serta bobot penilaian menyebabkan proses seleksi kurang adil dan sulit menyesuaikan kebutuhan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan pada lima kecamatan dengan jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) terbanyak, yaitu Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, dan Pulau Rakyat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi pemahaman visi-misi, motivasi, integritas, pengalaman pengawasan pemilu, pengetahuan kearifan lokal, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama. Data kandidat diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan peringkat secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Syahputra dari Kecamatan Air Batu memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 1000 dan ditetapkan sebagai kandidat terbaik. Pengujian dengan metode black box membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi seleksi, serta menjadi solusi teknologi bagi Bawaslu dalam menentukan anggota Panwaslu yang kompeten dan berintegritas.

In this case, a decision support system (DSS) is a computer interactive system that assists school management in making decisions. In this study the system development method used is the Prototyping Method. Prototyping is a system development method that is widely used. With this method, developers and customers can interact with each other during the system creation process. The system prototype method involves the user directly with analysis and design, very effective for system correction. A decision support system with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is used to solve the problem of choosing a major. The application of the SAW method is expected to support the decision-making process to choose a major that is in accordance with the students' academic grades while still in junior high schools beforehand as well as the IQ abilities of each student and the results of their interest in the chosen major. The research resulted in an application that is able to determine the choice of majors with the results of an application by determining the value/weight using the SAW method so that it can be determined that Abdul Rozak entered the Science major and Abil Akbar entered the Social Sciences major.

Abstrak: Pihak manajemen sekolah rutin menentukan jurusan siswa swasta di Madrasah Aliya (MAS) setiap tahun. Madrasah Ariyah Swasta YMPI (MAS) merupakan salah satu MA yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Salah satu program kerja dalam Kurikulum MAS adalah mendaftar ke jurusan tahun pertama yang akan melanjutkan ke tahun kedua. Dalam hal ini, sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS) adalah sistem interaktif komputer yang membantu pihak manajemen sekolah dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode kuantitatif. Dengan mengumpulkan data berupa angka dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan mulai dari data nilai akademik IPA dan IPS, Nilai tingkat kecerdasan (IQ) serta nilai minat dari setiap siswa yang diperoleh dari kuisoner.Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan jurusan. Penerapan metode SAW diharapkan dapat mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih jurusan yang sesuai dengan nilai akademik siswa saat masih di sekolah SLTP sebelmumnya serta kemampuan IQ masing-masing siswa serta hasil minat mereka ke jurusan pilihan tersebut. Penelitian menghasilkan aplikasi yang mampu menentukan pilihan jurusan dengan hasil sebuah aplikasi dengan menentukan nilai/bobot dengan menggunakan metode SAW sehingga dapat ditentukan bahwa Abdul Rozak masuk ke jurusan IPA serta Abil Akbar masuk kejurusan IPS.

In the absence of a system that regulates the problem of supplying organic fertilizers, there are still many shortcomings in providing information on organic fertilizers. For organic fertilizer inventory data, it still uses a manual recording system. Therefore, in overcoming this inventory problem, a strategy and system implementation using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method is used. EOQ is a calculation in inventory management that aims to determine the most economical number of orders by minimizing the cost of ordering goods and the cost of storing goods. EOQ is also supported by the ROP (Reorder Point) method. In this ROP method, we can calculate when the company places an order for goods again. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the KUD to be more effective and efficient in recording organic fertilizer supplies and minimize the error rate manually when registering.

Abstrak: Pupuk organik adalah pupuk yang terdiri dari makhluk hidup yang sebagian berasal dari pelapukan sisa-sisa tumbuhan, hewan dan manusia. Pupuk organik dapat berbentuk padat atau cair. Pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Meranti yang menjadi tempat usaha penjualan pupuk organik di Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan. Dengan belum adanya sistem yang mengatur masalah persediaan pupuk organik, maka masih banyak kekurangan dalam penyediaan informasi pupuk organik. Untuk data persediaan pupuk organik masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual saja. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengatasi masalah persediaan ini digunakan strategi dan penerapan sistem menggunakan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). EOQ merupakan perhitungan dalam manajemen persediaan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan meminimalkan biaya pemesanan barang dan biaya penyimpanan barang. EOQ juga didukung dengan metode ROP (Reorder Point). Dalam metode ROP ini, kita dapat menghitung kapan perusahaan melakukan pemesanan barang kembali. Tujuannya penelitian ini agar mempermudah pihak KUD untuk lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mendata persediaan pupuk organik serta meminimalisir tingkat kekeliruan secara manual saat mendata.

The problem that arises from using the manual method is that a student can sign the attendance of other students, requires supervision, and burdens the administration in managing attendance data. Therefore, this study proposes the design and implementation of a student attendance application using the X100-C fingerprint machine. The application made is presented in the form of a web-based application. Through the attendance application, admin work is helped and minimizes fraud that arises from recording attendance manually using paper.

Abstrak: Kehadiran mahasiswa menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam kegiatan perkuliahan. Data kehadiran mahasiswa dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kedisiplinan mahasiswa serta sebagai penentu kelayakan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti ujian. Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa di Universitas Universal hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menandatangani dokumen daftar hadir. Permasalahan yang timbul dari penggunaan cara manual tersebut adalah seorang mahasiswa dapat menandatangai kehadiran mahasiswa lain, membutuhkan pengawasan, dan membebani pihak administrasi dalam mengurus pendataan kehadiran. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini mengajukan rancangan serta implementasi sebuah aplikasi kehadiran mahasiswa menggunakan mesin fingerprint X100-C. Aplikasi yang dibuat disajikan dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web. Melalui aplikasi kehadiran tersebut, pekerjaan admin menjadi terbantu dan meminimalkan kecurangan yang muncul dari pencatatan kehadiran secara manual menggunakan kertas.

Therefore, PKM Team from Universitas Islam Jakarta provided training and assistance in registering halal certificates for entrepreneurs who are members of the SEMABU MSME group. This activity uses the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method to understand the local situation through direct observation and interviews with the target community. In implementing the program, the PKM Team carried out several activities: Counseling, Training, Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation. The activity results show an increase in the number of products of the SEMABU MSME group that are halal-certified, from only 13 products to 31 halal-certified products. This activity has succeeded in helping business actors in providing halal assurance for the products they sell.

Namun banyak pelaku usaha di Desa Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak mengajukan sertifikasi halal karena kesulitan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Islam Jakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikat halal untuk para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM SEMABU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) untuk memahami situasi setempat melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan program, Tim PKM melaksanakan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah produk kelompok UMKM SEMABU yang tersertifikasi halal, yaitu yang semula hanya 13 produk meningkat menjadi 31 produk tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan jaminan halal produk yang diperjualbelikan.

The method used in this community service activity is direct training and assistance to cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village. The training includes socialization regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification, a guide to registration procedures and a simulation of the process of managing business permits and halal certification. Assistance is provided to assist participants in filling out forms, completing documents, and carrying out the application process independently. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of entrepreneurs regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification and to assist them in the process of managing both aspects. After this activity is carried out, it is hoped that cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village can increase the competitiveness of their products in the market, especially markets that prioritize product halalness and clear business legality.

Abstrak : Di Desa Sei Beluru Kecamatan Meranti masih mengalami masalah pemahaman mengenai legalitas izin usaha dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Banyak usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha resmi dan sertifikasi halal sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal dianggap rumit dan memerlukan pengetahuan serta pendampingan yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha keripik ubi di Desa Sei Bluru. Pelatihan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal, panduan tata cara pendaftaran serta simulasi proses pengurusan izin usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu peserta dalam mengisi formulir, melengkapi dokumen, dan melakukan proses pengajuan secara mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengurusan kedua aspek tersebut.
