The aim of this research is to determine the completeness of electronic medical resumes seen from fourth aspects, namely, completeness of identification, important reports, authentication and correct documentation . The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are that in the Identification component the percentage of completeness is 100% complete, in the Important Report component the percentage of completeness is 99%, in the Authentication component the percentage of completeness is 100%, and in the Correct Documentation component the percentage of completeness is 90%. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding completeness When filling out electronic medical resumes for patients in the Inpatients at RSU Dharma Yadnya, it can be concluded that there are still incompleteness in filling out inpatient electronic medical resumes and that the electronic medical resume components are filled in completely.

Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

lage Unit Cooperative (KUD) which is the place of business for selling organic fertilizer in Meranti District, Asahan Regency. In the absence of a system that regulates the problem of supplying organic fertilizers, there are still many shortcomings in providing information on organic fertilizers. For organic fertilizer inventory data, it still uses a manual recording system. Therefore, in overcoming this inventory problem, a strategy and system implementation using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method is used. EOQ is a calculation in inventory management that aims to determine the most economical number of orders by minimizing the cost of ordering goods and the cost of storing goods. EOQ is also supported by the ROP (Reorder Point) method. In this ROP method, we can calculate when the company places an order for goods again. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the KUD to be more effective and efficient in recording organic fertilizer supplies and minimize the error rate manually when registering.

Abstrak: Pupuk organik adalah pupuk yang terdiri dari makhluk hidup yang sebagian berasal dari pelapukan sisa-sisa tumbuhan, hewan dan manusia. Pupuk organik dapat berbentuk padat atau cair. Pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Meranti yang menjadi tempat usaha penjualan pupuk organik di Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan. Dengan belum adanya sistem yang mengatur masalah persediaan pupuk organik, maka masih banyak kekurangan dalam penyediaan informasi pupuk organik. Untuk data persediaan pupuk organik masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual saja. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengatasi masalah persediaan ini digunakan strategi dan penerapan sistem menggunakan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). EOQ merupakan perhitungan dalam manajemen persediaan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan meminimalkan biaya pemesanan barang dan biaya penyimpanan barang. EOQ juga didukung dengan metode ROP (Reorder Point). Dalam metode ROP ini, kita dapat menghitung kapan perusahaan melakukan pemesanan barang kembali. Tujuannya penelitian ini agar mempermudah pihak KUD untuk lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mendata persediaan pupuk organik serta meminimalisir tingkat kekeliruan secara manual saat mendata.

Therefore, PKM Team from Universitas Islam Jakarta provided training and assistance in registering halal certificates for entrepreneurs who are members of the SEMABU MSME group. This activity uses the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method to understand the local situation through direct observation and interviews with the target community. In implementing the program, the PKM Team carried out several activities: Counseling, Training, Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation. The activity results show an increase in the number of products of the SEMABU MSME group that are halal-certified, from only 13 products to 31 halal-certified products. This activity has succeeded in helping business actors in providing halal assurance for the products they sell.

Abstrak: Keberadaan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu legal certainty khususnya bagi konsumen muslim terhadap jaminan halal produk. Namun banyak pelaku usaha di Desa Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak mengajukan sertifikasi halal karena kesulitan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Islam Jakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikat halal untuk para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM SEMABU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) untuk memahami situasi setempat melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan program, Tim PKM melaksanakan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah produk kelompok UMKM SEMABU yang tersertifikasi halal, yaitu yang semula hanya 13 produk meningkat menjadi 31 produk tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan jaminan halal produk yang diperjualbelikan.

The process of registering business legality and halal certification is considered complicated and requires adequate knowledge and assistance. The method used in this community service activity is direct training and assistance to cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village. The training includes socialization regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification, a guide to registration procedures and a simulation of the process of managing business permits and halal certification. Assistance is provided to assist participants in filling out forms, completing documents, and carrying out the application process independently. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of entrepreneurs regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification and to assist them in the process of managing both aspects. After this activity is carried out, it is hoped that cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village can increase the competitiveness of their products in the market, especially markets that prioritize product halalness and clear business legality.

Abstrak : Di Desa Sei Beluru Kecamatan Meranti masih mengalami masalah pemahaman mengenai legalitas izin usaha dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Banyak usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha resmi dan sertifikasi halal sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal dianggap rumit dan memerlukan pengetahuan serta pendampingan yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha keripik ubi di Desa Sei Bluru. Pelatihan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal, panduan tata cara pendaftaran serta simulasi proses pengurusan izin usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu peserta dalam mengisi formulir, melengkapi dokumen, dan melakukan proses pengajuan secara mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengurusan kedua aspek tersebut.

At marriages, various age groups are often found registering at the KUA. This research was conducted using the Data Mining technique through the K-Means Clustering Model to determine the age grouping of marriage which aims to make it easier for the Office of Religious Affairs in educating the prospective bride and groom from a future perspective and an economic perspective in terms of having a child. The research dataset is data on prospective wedding brides at KUA Rawang Lama, Panca Arga in 2022 with a total of 102 samples, by forming 3 clusters, namely: the Ideal cluster of 76 prospective wedding brides (age 19-30 based on husband's age and age 18-25 based on age wife), a good cluster of 20 prospective marriage brides (age 28-44 based on husband's age and age 24-37 based on wife's age), and a risky cluster of 6 prospective marriage brides (age 49-72 based on husband's age and age 39-58 based on wife's age), and produces a Silhouette Score of 0.57.

Abstrak: Pernikahan merupakan hubungan sebagai suami dan istri antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan untuk membentuk sebuah keluarga. Terdapat beberapa syarat dalam pernikahan yang wajib dipenuhi baik secara agama maupun secara hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Untuk melakukan pernikahan, calon kedua mempelai harus mendaftarkan diri pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) terdekat, KUA merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah untuk menangani masalah pernikahan. Pada pernikahan sering ditemukan berbagai kalangan umur yang mendaftarkan diri di KUA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Data Mining melalui Model K-Means Clustering untuk menentukan pengelompokkan umur pernikahan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak KUA dalam mengedukasi calon mempelai pernikahan dalam sudut pandang masa depan dan sudut pandang ekonomi dalam hal memiliki seorang anak. search uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).
