Abstrak: Penyuluhan Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Santri/wati Untuk Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada santri-santriwati tentang sistem Pendidikan Tinggi dan pengenalan beberapa kampus serta beasiswa yang disediakan pemerintah demi terdorongnya misi pemerintah santri entrepreneur. Para santri tentu memiliki bakat dan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Sehingga perlu adanya pendekatan atau evaluasi diri minat apa yang akan dipilih untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan Tinggi. Kesempatan penyuluhan ini menjadi ajang untuk memotivasi para santri untuk bisa melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Juga menjelaskan bahwa perkuliahan tidak hanya mengejar terkait ilmu tapi menentukan masa depan yang nantinya akan menjadi penentu kehidupan yang lebih baik. Pada kesempatan kali ini tim pengabdian masyarakat memaparkan berbagai infor-masi diantaranya menjabarkan prodi dan fakultas apa saja yang ada. Selain itu yang menjadi infromasi penting adalah informasi terkait jalur masuk perguruan tinggi. Ada tiga jalur yang dipaparkan yakni jalur SMPTN, SBMPTN, SPMB, dan juga jalur prestasi.

This study aims to improve students' pronunciation fluency and develop a learning medium based on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology. The method employed involves the development of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) integrated with ASR technology from the app.lumi.education platform, supported by manual labeling for pronunciation validation. The research was conducted at LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Tanjungbalai City. The results demonstrate that ASR-based media significantly enhances students' pronunciation accuracy and confidence. Thus, the integration of ASR technology into PWA effectively supports innovative and efficient pronunciation learning.

Abstrak: Pengucapan yang baik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi peluang akademik maupun profesional, seperti wawancara berbahasa Inggris. saat menghadapi wawancara beasiswa atau pekerjaan berbahasa Inggris, pengucapan yang buruk dapat mengurangi pemahaman pewawancara, sehingga mengurangi peluang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pengucapan siswa dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang terintegrasi dengan ASR dari aplikasi app.lumi.education, didukung oleh pelabelan manual untuk validasi pengucapan. Penelitian dilakukan di LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis ASR secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengucapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi ASR dalam PWA terbukti mendukung pembelajaran pengucapan secara inovatif dan efisien.

The normalizing process is same to this one. SPK procedure to choose the winners of the scholarships. Scholarship information from MTS Swasta Alwasliyah Simpang Merbau can be saved in the Decision Support System using this method. This way, in the event that an error arises when entering grades or scholarship information, the wrong information can be fixed without requiring the scholarship information to be re-input. Abstract: Sistem informasi, pemodelan, dan manipulasi data disebut sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS). Ketika terdapat ketidakpastian mengenai tindakan terbaik dalam situasi semi-terstruktur atau tidak terstruktur, sistem digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Terdapat berbagai pendekatan yang tersedia untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan, salah satunya adalah Metode Weighted Product (WP). Dengan pendekatan Weighted Product (WP) memiliki konsep yang sederhana untuk menentukan pembobotan terhadap kriteria yang memiliki nilai hampir sama sehingga dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa dapat mudah dilakukan walaupun dengan data yang banyak. Metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan kriteria penilaian akademik, sikap dan tanggung jawab dan hasil perhitungan tertinggi menggunakan sistem yaitu 0.27. Sehingga dapat diterapkan untuk menyeleksi siswa-siswi berprestasi dan untuk menerapkan pemilihan siswa-siswi berprestasi secara online dengan disebarkan kedalam kelas.

The number of applicants for the scholarship recipients is enormous; a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to help the selection process be more accessible and faster and reduce errors in determining scholarship recipients. The data collection method uses interviews, observations, and literature with the waterfall's system development method. The calculation of the criteria used in developing this system is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Comparing the final results between manual and system analyses shows that the equation is close to 100%. Still, the final results may be different because manual calculations use raw values, while system calculations use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which compares alternatives.

Abstrak: Pendaftar calon penerima beasiswa tidak sedikit jumlahnya, sehingga pada proses pendaftaran pihak pemberi beasiswa memberikan sejumlah persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh siswa, dan persyaratan tersebut memiliki kriteria dengan nilai bobot yang berbeda-beda. Jumlah siswa yang mengajukan beasiswa sangat banyak, dan memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses seleksi serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan literatur dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. perhitungan kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Perbandingan hasil akhir antara perhitungan manual dan sistem menunjukkan persamaan mendekati 100%, namun hasil akhir bisa saja berbeda karena perhitungan manual menggunakan nilai mentah, sedangkan perhitungan sistem menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang perhitungan dengan cara membandingkan alternatif.

titutional quality. Selection of foundation scholarships in the form of doctoral education currently has problems in choosing prospective lecturers. In the selection of doctoral scholarships for potential lecturers, there is still subjectivity in their selection manually. As a supporting medium in determining the selection of potential lecturers to obtain doctoral education foundation scholarships and testing the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to provide scholarship recommendations for prospective lecturers. The selection process uses the SMART method because this method is able to solve multi-criteria problems from the foundation, in this case the Chancellor of the Indonesian Community Development University. Furthermore, the criteria are processed using an application built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to test these criteria. From the application built, it can be concluded that Yuanita, M.Si with a score of 0.7342 and Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si with a score of 0.6311 are entitled to get a doctoral education scholarship from the foundation. Abstrak: Peran dosen di perguruan tinggi adalah salah satu bagian paling berpengaruh dari kualitas mahasiswa yang dihasilkan. Kualifikasi pendidikan dosen juga merupakan aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. Pemilihan beasiswa yayasan dalam bentuk pendidikan doktor saat ini memiliki masalah dalam memilih calon dosen. Dalam pemilihan beasiswa pendidikan doktoral untuk dosen potensial masih ada subjektivitas serta dalam seleksi mereka secara manual. Sebagai media pendukung dalam menentukan seleksi dosen potensial untuk memperoleh beasiswa yayasan pendidikan doktoral dan menguji metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) untuk memberikan rekomendasi beasiswa bagi calon dosen. Untuk proses seleksi menggunakan metode SMART karena metode ini mampu menyelesaikan masalah multi-kriteria dari yayasan dalam hal ini Rektor Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia. Selanjutnya, kriteria diproses menggunakan aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan mysql untuk menguji kriteria ini. Dari aplikasi yang dibangun dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Yuanita, M.Si dengan nilai 0,7342 dan Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si dengan nilai 0,6311 berhak mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan doctoral dari yayasan. Kemudian keputusan subyektif dan terkomputerisasi dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini.

So that it allows the creation of a support system for the decision to accept Bidikmisi scholarships using the smart web-based method. The system created, designed using UML diagrams, the system has made using the PHP programming language and database. The resulting system can process using ten experimental data obtained a sequence of values from highest to smallest, with the highest amount of 0.75.

Abstrak: Pemberian beasiswa dilakukan secara selekif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan. Banyak sekali beasiswa yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu, salah satunya beasiswa yang ditawarkan universitas riau yaitu beasiswa bidikmisi. Proses Penilaian calon penerima beasiswa dilakukan oleh panitia secara langsung dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode smart berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat, dirancang menggunakan UML diagram, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengolah data mahasiswa, mengolah data calon penerima untuk dihitung dan laporan jumlah calon penerima yang diterima dan ditolak. Hasil akhir dengan menggunakan 10 data percobaan diperoleh urutan nilai dari yang tertinggi sampai terkecil, dengan nilai tertinggi 0,75.

, suatu persoalan yang kemudian memunculkan beragam interpretasi dan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Riwayat ini menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, terutama karena mendapat sanggahan dari Aisyah yang menilai pemahaman tersebut tidak sejalan dengan prinsip Al-Qur’an yang menegaskan bahwa seseorang tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain. Perbedaan periwayatan antara Abdullah bin Umar dan Aisyah menunjukkan adanya dinamika dalam transmisi hadis yang memerlukan kajian kritis terhadap sanad, matan, serta konteks penyampaian hadis. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hadis tersebut melalui pendekatan ilmu hadis dan analisis terhadap penafsiran para ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan menelaah hadis-hadis terkait beserta syarah para ulama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dalam hadis bukanlah tangisan biasa, melainkan ratapan berlebihan (niyāhah) yang disertai keluhan, penyesalan terhadap takdir Allah Swt., atau kebiasaan yang dahulu diperintahkan maupun diridhai oleh mayit semasa hidupnya. Adapun tangisan yang bersifat wajar karena rasa sedih tidaklah dilarang dalam Islam, bahkan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sendiri pernah menangis ketika kehilangan orang-orang tercinta. Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut harus dipahami secara kontekstual agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap ajaran Islam tentang rahmat, keadilan, dan sikap menghadapi musibah kematian.
This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

This study investigates the legality and ethical implications of exoneration clauses within standard-form freight forwarding contracts used by companies such as JNE, TIKI, and SiCepat. Employing a doctrinal legal research methodology, the study integrates statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches to analyze primary legislation, judicial decisions, and relevant legal doctrines. It critically evaluates the use of these clauses in light of consumer rights, contract theory, and the economic impact on service quality. Findings reveal that exoneration clauses not only contravene the UUPK but also create systemic contractual imbalances due to the lack of negotiation opportunities and transparency. The study proposes a normative legal framework for reform, including clause classification, interactive consent mechanisms, and regulatory enforcement to ensure contractual fairness. This research contributes to both legal scholarship and policy development by highlighting the urgent need for doctrinal clarity and regulatory oversight in Indonesia's logistics sector.
