Mitra Sejahtera has not implemented a service that makes it easier for customers to buy goods easily and still uses the service manually, sales report data is still used in the general ledger so it is not efficient to do neatly organized records, customers must come directly to the store to find out what products are sold then customers do not know the latest discounts and products sold in stores. Mitra Sejahtera is a beauty business venture that sells brand products such as, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, etc. One of the efforts in improving services is by applying the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and implementing Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategies. The goal achieved in this stage is the operability of the results of the system design that has been made. With this CRM design and Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategy, it can increase sales in meeting customer needs. This system was created to make it easier for Toko Mitra Sejahtera to sell products, process data in a computerized manner and can improve service to customers.

Mitra Sejahtera belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke toko untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di toko. Mitra Sejahtera adalah usaha bisnis kecantikan yang menjual produk brand seperti, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, dll. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan menerapkan strategi Up-Selling dan Cross-Selling. Tujuan yang dicapai pada tahap ini adalah operabilitas hasil desain sistem yang telah dibuat. Dengan desain CRM ini dan strategi Up-Selling dan Cross-Selling, dapat meningkatkan penjualan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan Toko Mitra Sejahtera dalam menjual produk, mengolah data secara komputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.

Jimmy Fish UMKM has several activities to support its business, one of which is determining how much stock of fish fry is needed for each period. Jimmy Fish SMEs have problems in determining the amount of fish seed stock, Jimmy Fish SMEs still use estimates without definite calculations to determine the number of fish seed stocks. As a result of this problem, when someone wants to buy fish seeds, the number of stocks is not fulfilled (less), the number of fish seeds is depleted, and there is even an excess stock of fish seeds (only a few sold), so that activities at Jimmy Fish SMEs become less effective. The solution to the existing problems is to build an e-forecasing application using the wieghted moving average (WMA) method. The e-forecasting application is very important because it can predict the number of fish seed stocks for the next period using calculations from previous data. The e-forecasting application also provides convenience, speed and as a support system for making decisions on how many fish seed stocks must be fulfilled for the next period.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya, dimana hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya baru sampai pada tahap desain aplikasi. UMKM Jimmy Fish merupakan usaha yang menjual bibit ikan adapun bibit ikan yang dijual yaitu: ikan lele, ikan nila, ikan emas, ikan mujaer, ikan patin, dan ikan gurame. UMKM Jimmy Fish mempunyai beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung usahanya salah satunya penentuan berapa jumlah stok bibik ikan yang diperlukan untuk setiap periodenya. UMKM Jimmy fish mempunyai permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan, UMKM Jimmy Fish masih menggunakan perkiraan tanpa perhitungan yang pasti untuk menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari permasalah tersebut, ketika ada yang ingin membeli bibit ikan jumlah stok tidak terpenuhi (kurang), jumlah stok bibit ikan habis, dan bahkan ada jumlah stok bibit ikan yang berlebih (hanya terjual sedikit), sehingga aktifitas pada UMKM Jimmy Fish menjadi kurang efektif. Solusi dari permasalah yang ada, dengan membangun aplikasi e-forecasing menggunakan metode wieghted moving average (WMA). Aplikasi e-forecasting sangat penting karena dapat prediksikan jumlah stok bibit ikan untuk periode selanjutnya menggunakan perhitungan dari data-data sebelumnya. Aplikasi e-forecasting juga memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan dan sebagai support system pengambilan keputusan berapa jumlah stok bibit ikan yang harus terpenuhi untuk periode selanjutnya.

This forecasting application is made using Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language with Microsoft Office Access database. From making the system an application can be produced that can control optimal and economical demand and with a high level of accuracy and can predict the number of requests for electronic products in the coming period at the Santi Electronic Store so that the forecast results can help trading businesses so that stock does not occur requests for electronic products at the Santi Electronics Store.

Aplikasi Peramalan ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visualbasic net 2010 dengan database microsoft office acces. Dari pembuatan sistem dapat dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengendalikan permintaan yang optimal dan ekonomis dan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta dapat memprediksi jumlah permintaan produk elekronik pada periode yang akan datang di Toko Elektronik Santi sehingga hasil prakiraan peramalan tersebut dapat membantu usaha dagang agar tidak terjadi kehabisan stok permintaan produk elektronik pada Toko Elektronik Santi.

This makes the rakik not sold out at the convenience store and has an effect on the amount of production. This research was conducted to assist the Usaha Rakik Julidar in predicting the amount of production using Fuzzy Tsukamoto inference method. This research creates a web-based application to help predict the amount of production by looking at incoming demand and the number of workers available. From the prediction results with Fuzzy Tsukamoto, if the demand is 125 packs and the number of workers is 35 people, then the total production to be done is 140 packs. By obtaining a clear amount of production, this application really helps Usaha Rakik Julidar in maximizing production.

Abstrak: Industri rumah tangga khususnya di sektor kuliner banyak tumbuh dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Banyak pelaku usaha menghasilkan produk yang sama dengan pelaku usaha lainnya, sehingga sering terjadi persaingan. Salah satunya adalah Usaha Rakik Julidar yang sejak 25 tahun yang lalu membuat dan menjual rakik. Banyak sekali jenis Rakik yang ada minimarket dengan pelaku usaha yang berbeda. Hal ini membuat rakik tidak terjual habis di minimarket dan berpengaruh pada jumlah produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu Usaha Rakik Julidar dalam melakukan prediksi jumlah produksi dengan menggunakan metode inferensi fuzzy Tsukamoto. Penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk membantu melakukan prediksi jumlah produksi dengan melihat permintaan yang masuk dan jumlah pekerja yang tersedia. Dari hasil prediksi dengan fuzzy Tsukamoto, jika permintaan sebanyak 125 bungkus dan jumlah tenaga kerja 35 orang, maka jumlah produksi yang harus dilakukan adalah 140 bungkus. Dengan diperolehnya jumlah produksi yang jelas, aplikasi ini sangat membantu Usaha Rakik Julidar dalam memaksimalkan produksi.

The target of the results of this study will be to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information as well as to produce an up-to-date information system to achieve work efficiency. With the application of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to the computerized inventory system and also which is equipped with the 2010 visual basic programming language and crystal report reports can help in quick decision making. Implementation with the RAD system to realize inventory information systems has been able to produce products with qualified results. The designed application has been able to complete transaction requirements and manage inventory information with the FIFO method.

Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah dapat melengkapi keperluan transaksi dan mengelola informasi persediaan barang dengan metode FIFO.

Metode Association Rule adalah suatu prosedur untuk mencari hubungan antara item dalam suatu kumpulan data yang ditentukan. Dalam menentukan suatu Association Rule, terdapat suatu ukuran kepercayaan yang di dapatkan dari hasil pengolahan data dengan perhitungan tertentu.
