Performance (SOP). Responding to the need for a clearer review method and a more focused novelty, this article applies the PRISMA 2020-based Systematic Literature Review approach. Articles were identified from the Scopus database using keyword combinations related to TQM, quality management practices, green capability, green innovation, circular economy, circular process innovation, Industry 4.0, Quality 4.0, and sustainability performance. After identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and quality appraisal, 27 articles published between 2016 and 2026 were included in the final synthesis. The findings show that TQM literature has shifted from traditional quality control and customer satisfaction toward digital, green, and sustainability-oriented quality management. Soft TQM dimensions, such as leadership, employee involvement, training, and quality culture, and hard TQM dimensions, such as process management, quality tools, continuous improvement, and data-based decision making, remain dominant. However, prior studies still frequently use general mediators, including knowledge management, organizational culture, innovation capability, and competitive advantage. This review proposes CPI as a more specific mediation mechanism that translates TQM and GQIC into sustainable operational outcomes through waste reduction, resource efficiency, material reuse, energy efficiency, and circular process redesign. The study contributes by offering an integrated conceptual model and propositions for future empirical research on quality management, green intelligence, circular innovation, and sustainable operations.

tand the meaning of accountability from a sharia accounting perspective for the managers of Bank Muamalat Ambon. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The study population was the managers of Bank Muamalat Ambon, while informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on experience and involvement in Islamic banking activities. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview guide. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and analyzed using phenomenological analysis through the stages of transcription, coding, grouping themes, and extracting essential meanings. The results show that sharia accountability is interpreted as a professional, moral, social, and spiritual responsibility manifested through trustworthiness, transparency, sharia compliance, fair service, and supervision. The conclusion of the study confirms that sharia accountability is not only understood as formal reporting, but as an ethical and religious practice carried out in daily work activities.

Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study show that the work environment, organizational culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee involvement does not have a significant effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the indirect influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of Lean Manufacturing implementation. An important finding of this study is that Lean Manufacturing acts as a full mediator between employee engagement and employee performance. This research provides a theoretical contribution in integrating Socio-Technical Systems Theory (STS) and Social Exchange Theory (SET) in the context of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, as well as providing practical implications for companies to integrate human factor management with Lean systems synergistically to improve organizational performance in a sustainable manner.

yee engagement. This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee engagement within contemporary organizational contexts using a qualitative research design. Guided by a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews with employees who had direct supervisory relationships in digitally mediated or hybrid work settings. Thematic analysis revealed four major themes: visionary inspiration and meaningful work, individualized support and psychological safety, intellectual stimulation and professional growth, and trust based relationships and organizational identification. The findings indicate that transformational leadership strengthens employee engagement by cultivating meaningfulness, empowerment, trust, and intrinsic motivation, which collectively enhance employees’ physical, cognitive, and emotional involvement in their work roles. The study extends existing leadership and engagement theories by providing contextualized insights into how transformational leadership is experienced in modern organizational environments. The paper examines 15 large-scale implementations, including Kenyan coffee cooperatives and Indian dairy collectives, using a rigorous mixed-methods methodology. Technical scalability in resource-limited situations, governance structures that promote meaningful multi-stakeholder engagement, and quantifiable inclusion results for small-scale farmers are thoroughly examined. Comparative case study, agent-based adoption modeling, and quasi-experimental effect evaluation by Propensity Score matching reveal that blockchain's potential is not automatic nor inherent in eight nations. Techno-institutional synergy, not technological complexity, improves democracy, the research shows. Hybrid governance systems with farmer-controlled validator nodes and tokenized decision-making rights enhanced smallholder involvement by 58% and premium retention by 78% over corporate-controlled systems. However, technologically sophisticated deployments without institutional expertise frequently increase power concentration and exclusion. The blockchain viability index helps identify optimal deployment conditions for different commodities, empirical evidence challenges the idea that decentralization automatically promotes inclusion, and the inclusion-by-design framework helps policymakers embed equitable principles into decentralized agri-tech from the start. database, this study evaluates scientific publications based on the number of documents, country contributions, institutional affiliations, keywords, and collaborative networks between authors. The analysis shows that the number of publications fluctuates, with a significant spike in 2024. China is the country with the highest contribution to publications, while contributions from Indonesia remain very minimal. In terms of affiliations, Chinese universities dominate scientific production in this field. Network visualization shows that collaboration between researchers remains low and fragmented. The most dominant keywords are decentralization, blockchain, and performance evaluation, which form several research clusters that show links to financial management and public policy topics. These findings indicate the need to increase the involvement of Indonesian researchers and strengthen global collaborative networks on the topic of decentralization and performance evaluation.

Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

lores students' experiences, perceptions, and views regarding the learning process and entrepreneurship training they receive. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from several vocational schools that were the subject of the research. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on students' mindset and attitude towards entrepreneurship, especially in building confidence and courage to start a business. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship training provides students with hands-on experience in developing practical skills relevant to the business world. Supporting factors such as teacher involvement, training facilities, and school support play an important role in maximizing the impact of education and training. This study concludes that integrated entrepreneurship education and training can encourage students to have a stronger entrepreneurial motive. As a recommendation, it is necessary to develop a more applicable and local potential-based entrepreneurship learning model to increase its relevance and effectiveness.

Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.
