process at school. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation. In this research, validation tests were carried out on experts, namely media experts, language experts, and material experts. The validation results from media experts obtained 83% with very feasible criteria. The linguist's validation results were 100% with very feasible criteria. The material expert validation results were 94.4% with very feasible criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire were 97.4% with very adequate criteria. These results show that interactive video learning media using Canva on theme 1 the Beauty of Togetherness subtheme 1 learning 1 is proven valid, interesting, innovative, and very suitable for use in the learning process.

The findings reveal that asset structure and sales growth significantly affect capital structure, with profitability playing a critical role in moderating these relationships. Firms with substantial tangible assets are better positioned to leverage debt financing, while those demonstrating strong sales growth are viewed favorably by investors and creditors. However, the extent to which sales growth influences capital structure is contingent upon profitability; high profitability enables firms to capitalize on growth opportunities, whereas low profitability may inhibit their capacity to leverage growth potential. Empirical research supports these conclusions, indicating that asset structure, sales growth, and profitability significantly shape capital structure decisions across various industries. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights for financial managers, highlighting the importance of balancing growth aspirations with profitability to achieve effective capital structure management. This, in turn, can lead to sustained competitive advantage, a state where a firm outperforms its competitors over a prolonged period in a dynamic economic environment.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

rutama terkait pencatatan transaksi, pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, serta penyusunan pembukuan sederhana. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kelurahan Tanjung Anom. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kemampuan penyusunan pembukuan sederhana bagi pelaku UMKM kuliner. Program dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 15 peserta melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi program. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, simulasi kasus, praktik penyusunan buku kas harian, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya literasi keuangan, pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan buku kas sederhana, dan perhitungan laba usaha. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam melakukan pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara sistematis. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan UMKM sehingga dapat mendukung keberlanjutan dan pengembangan usaha pada masa mendatang.
Culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting local economic activities and community income generation. However, many business owners still face challenges in financial management, particularly in transaction recording, separating business and personal finances, and preparing simple bookkeeping records. Similar conditions were identified among culinary MSME owners in Tanjung Anom Village. This community service program aimed to improve financial literacy and simple bookkeeping skills among culinary MSME entrepreneurs. The program involved 15 participants and was implemented through four stages: needs assessment, program preparation, mentoring implementation, and evaluation. The methods included training sessions, interactive discussions, case simulations, daily cash book practices, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results demonstrated significant improvements in participants’ understanding of financial literacy, transaction recording, simple bookkeeping preparation, and profit calculation. Participants also showed better capability in recording business income and expenses in a more systematic manner. The program contributed positively to strengthening the financial management capacity of culinary MSMEs and is expected to support business sustainability and future business growth

The results show that fangirling is not merely a form of passive consumption, but rather a communal cultural activity carried out massively and organized through fictitious kinship structures in cyberspace. This phenomenon manifests itself in the form of digital "work culture," such as the ritual of collectively streaming music and mobilizing votes to increase the symbolic capital of the idol group SEVENTEEN on the global stage. This practice confirms a shift in social interaction patterns, where group loyalty is bound by a commitment to the idol's aesthetics and achievements. Anthropologically, this activity creates a new value system that blurs the boundaries between the private space of fans and the digital public space, while simultaneously strengthening the position of social media platform X as a primary locus in the formation of contemporary popular culture.
