gulate and manage air quality which are includes air circulation, air conditioning, air hygiene standards and air purification. There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. ts performance evaluations manually, which leads to subjectivity and delays in the evaluation process. This study aims to design a web-based decision support system using the MOORA method to produce objective, fast, and accurate assessments. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation criteria including discipline, teamwork, sales volume, and length of service. The implementation results show that the system is capable of performing calculations and ranking sales performance in a measurable manner. This application assists supervisors and managers in conducting evaluations and accelerates decision-making processes. The final results indicate that Afril Handoko achieved the highest score of 0.3802. This system is effective in improving efficiency and reducing subjectivity in sales performance evaluation.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak besar pada dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam pengukuran kinerja sales. PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari sebagai perusahaan distributor pangan masih melakukan penilaian secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan subjektivitas dan keterlambatan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode MOORA untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan PHP dan MySQL, dengan kriteria penilaian meliputi kedisiplinan, kerja sama tim, jumlah penjualan, dan masa kerja. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu melakukan perhitungan dan perangkingan kinerja sales secara terukur. Aplikasi ini memudahkan supervisor dan manajer dalam evaluasi serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan Afril Handoko memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,3802. Sistem ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi subjektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja sales.

So that there is no decision support system to accelerate knowing the level of community satisfaction with the services that have been provided. purpose of this study was to determine the level of public satisfaction with Hajj and Umrah Organizer section at the Tanjungbalai City Ministry of Religion Office. In this study the method used is the servqual method with 5 dimensions. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire given to 30 respondents who had received services from the Hajj and Umrah Organizer section. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 75% people feel very satisfied, 18.75% people feel satisfied, and 16.15% people feel dissatisfied. The results also show that there is one dimension that has a negative value, namely the dimension of physical evidence regarding waiting chairs.

Abstrak: Keberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintah dapat dilihat dari pelayanan yang diberikan oleh instansi itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, instansi pemerintah harus memberikan pelayanan optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat agar mudah melakukan administrasi. Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai dalam kegiatan survei kepuasan masyarakat melakukan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form dan mengolah data kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi pengolah angka. Sehingga belum ada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempercepat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap seksi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode servqual dengan 5 dimensi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 30 responden yang pernah mendapat pelayanan dari bagian Penyelenggara Haji dan Umroh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui 75% masyarakat merasa sangat puas, 18,75% masyarakat merasa puas, dan 16,15% masyarakat merasa tidak puas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satu dimensi yang bernilai negatif yaitu dimensi bukti fisik mengenai kursi tunggu.

Employee performance appraisal aims to evaluate employee performance to increase productivity and achievement of a company. Decision Support System is very necessary in evaluating employee performance. This study uses a Multi Attribute Utility Theory method, which is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different costs, risks and benefits. The data processed for evaluating employee performance in this study comes from Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran. This assessment is based on several specified criteria and weights. There are 5 criteria used in assessing employee performance. Such as Discipline, teamwork, loyalty, presence and appearance. The results of evaluating employee performance using the MAUT method are expected to assist in evaluating employee performance using predetermined criteria. So that the highest score is obtained in the 2nd alternative with a value of 0.8889 and the lowest value is in the 1st alternative with a value of 0.4722.

Jika pada umumnya Kedisiplinan menjadi standar dalam melakukan penilaian, namun kerjasama tim, loyalitas, kehadiran, dan penampilan juga perlu dijadikan indikator untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Penilaian kinerja pegawai bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan prestasi suatu perusahaan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan sangat diperlukan dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah metode Multi Attribut Utility Theory yaitu suatu metode perbandingan kuantitatif yang biasanya mengkombinasikan pengukuran atas biaya resiko dan keuntungan yang berbeda. Data yang diolah untuk penilaian kinerja pegawai dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran. Penilaian ini didasarkan terhadap beberapa kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan. Ada 5 kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai. Seperti Kedisiplinan, kerjasama tim, loyalitas, kehadiran dan penampilan. Hasil dari penilaian kinerja pegawai dengan metode MAUT diharapkan dapat membantu dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sehingga didapat nilai tertinggi pada alternatif ke 2 dengan nilai 0.8889 dan nilai yang terendah pada alternatif ke 1 dengan nilai 0.4722.

With the existence of an expert system which is a computer-based application, it will be able to solve problems as thought by experts. The design of this expert system is built to diagnose the type of contraception that is suitable according to health conditions. Knowledge of an expert, namely a midwife or obstetrician in diagnosing contraceptives that are in accordance with the health conditions of the acceptor's body implanted in a system using the Forward Chaining method. From these criteria, the system will conclude which contraception is suitable for use. With this expert system, it will help users and make it easier to determine the choice of the appropriate contraceptive. The test results show that the expert system application made is feasible and can be used by the community in conducting computerized consultations. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server.

Abstrak: Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi adalah salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi naiknya tingkat kehamilan yang merupakan bagian dari program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memilih alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan. Keterbatasan waktu, tempat dan tenaga para ahli dalam menyampaikan informasi alat kontrasepsi yang tepat menjadi salah satu kendalanya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis komputer nantinya dapat menyelesaikan masalah sebagaimana yang dipikirkan oleh para pakar. Perancangan sistem pakar ini dibangun untuk mendiagnosa jenis kontrasepsi yang cocok sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan. Pengetahuan seorang pakar yaitu bidan atau dokter ahli kandungan dalam mendiagnosa alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan tubuh akseptor yang ditanamkam pada sebuah sistem menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Dari kriteria-kriteria tersebut sistem akan menyimpulkan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai untuk digunakan. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini akan membantu pengguna dan mempermudah dalam menentukan pilihan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat layak dan bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam melakukan konsultasi secara komputerisasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database server.

In the current digital era, there has been a change in congregation behavior, and people are increasingly accustomed to conducting non-cash transactions through digital platforms such as mobile banking. However, the donation system in mosques is still dominated by conventional methods, such as using cash donation boxes, so congregations that do not carry physical cash experience obstacles in distributing donations. Furthermore, BKM also does not have an adequate understanding and infrastructure to manage the digital donation system optimally. This PKM activity was attended BKM administrators and congregation representatives. The methods used were participatory socialization, mentoring, and direct implementation. The activity results showed a knowledge transfer from the implementation team to the mosque management regarding the benefits and governance of digital donations. The main output of this activity is the realization of the implementation of digital donation services through the provision of QRIS codes connected to mosque accounts, equipped with standing banners placed in strategic areas of the mosque to facilitate the congregation in making donations practically and efficiently.

Abstrak: Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan implementasi praktis mengenai layanan donasi cashless berbasis QRIS bagi pengurus dan jemaah masjid Hidayatul Islamiyah Kampung Madong. Di era digital saat ini, terjadi perubahan perilaku jemaah yang semakin terbiasa melakukan transaksi non-tunai melalui platform digital seperti mobile banking. Namun demikian, sistem donasi di masjid masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional menggunakan kotak amal tunai, sehingga jemaah yang tidak membawa uang fisik mengalami kendala dalam menyalurkan donasi. Selain itu, pengurus masjid (BKM) juga belum memiliki pemahaman dan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mengelola sistem donasi digital secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis bagaimana donasi digital mampu meningkatkan kemudahan dan partisipasi jemaah. Kegiatan PkM ini dihadiri oleh para pengurus Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM) dan perwakilan jemaah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi-partisipatif, pendampingan, dan implementasi langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya transfer pengetahuan dari tim pelaksana kepada pengurus masjid terkait manfaat dan tata kelola donasi digital. Output utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya implementasi layanan donasi digital melalui penyediaan kode QRIS yang terhubung dengan rekening masjid, dilengkapi dengan standing banner yang ditempatkan di area strategis masjid untuk memfasilitasi jemaah dalam melakukan donasi secara praktis dan efisien.

Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.

Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.

To address these constraints, the community service team designed an initiative comprising several methodological stages: (1) conducting a needs analysis of the partner through observation and interviews; (2) implementing training sessions on product photography and design; and (3) facilitating participatory mentorship for the local artisans in catalog production and visual identity development. The primary outcome of this project was the successful creation of a professional product catalog that features a consistent brand visual identity. This catalog is designed to strengthen brand identity, expand market reach, and provide a competitive advantage for Batik Woro Srikandi. It is anticipated that this catalog will not only enhance customer engagement and sales but also contribute to the long-term sustainability of Pacitan's traditional batik art.

Untuk mengatasi hal ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang dengan tahapan metode yang terdiri dari: (1) Analisis kebutuhan mitra melalui observasi dan wawancara; (2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan fotografi produk dan desain; serta (3) Pendampingan dalam pembuatan katalog dan pengembangan identitas visual yang dilakukan secara partisipatif bersama perajin. Capaian utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya sebuah katalog produk profesional yang memuat identitas visual merek yang konsisten. Tujuannya adalah untuk memperkuat brand identity, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi Batik Woro Srikandi. Diharapkan, katalog ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan dan penjualan, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan seni batik tradisional Pacitan dalam jangka panjang.

Therefore, the PKM team held a service activity with a method consisting of several stages, namely conducting a survey to the partner's location to find out the partner's problems, then conducting training according to the partner's needs based on existing problems, then evaluating the results of training and mentoring if there are still obstacles. Abstrak: Kampung Berkualitas Bangau Putih yang berada di Kelurahan Parupuk Tabing, Kota Padang, memiliki usaha kerajinan tangan yang terbuat dari serabut kelapa. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh Kampung Berkualitas Bangau Putih dalam memasarkan produknya diantaranya adalah belum memanfaatkan teknologi dan internet, belum memiliki website e-commerce serta belum mengetahui tentang metode Search Engine Optimization (SEO) yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam pemasaran digital produk kerajinan tangan yang dihasilkannya. Selain itu, pembukuan catatan keuangannya masih menggunakan cara manual. Oleh karena itu, tim PKM mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan metode yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan, yaitu melakukan survey ke lokasi mitra untuk mengetahui permasalahan mitra, kemudian melakukan pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, selanjutnya melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan jika masih terdapat kendala. Dengan adanya program PKM ini, masyarakat Kampung Berkualitas Bangau Putih menjadi paham tentang pentingnya teknologi dan internet dalam pemasaran produknya serta mengerti tentang pemasaran digital dengan metode SEO.
