skills. In this research, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive study as the research methodology. The study takes place at the LKP YHSUA Training Institute for Self-Development, involving 20 students. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done through data collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the drilling method used became the suitable method that has a significant effect on the young learners’ mastery of the four English skills. In addition, the young learners can pronounce, read, write, and listen to the whole lessons and games given through the use of the drilling method combined with printed stories through learning process. Besides that, teaching and learning process becomes more fun. Overall, the drilling method has proven to be an effective approach for teaching the four English skills to students.

Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, adat leaders, government officials, parents, and young women, complemented by participant observation and document analysis, and analyzed with an interactive model of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that marriage is primarily arranged to safeguard family honor, with communities regarding it as the only socially acceptable corrective measure, while religious leaders across traditions adopt pragmatic interpretations, invoking public interest or redemption to justify the practice, and customary rituals together with state dispensations further reinforce its legitimacy. Although marriage resolves immediate stigma and reintegrates families socially, it simultaneously generates long-term vulnerabilities, including interrupted education, economic dependence, marital instability, psychological stress, and increased maternal and neonatal health risks. This study contributes to the sociology of law and religion by demonstrating how socio-cultural confinement, Islamic legal pluralism, and adat practices converge in eastern Indonesia, while underscoring the urgent need for holistic interventions that integrate sexuality education, family communication, religious engagement, and legal reform to protect women and children more effectively.

This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang.
