Pengenalan Keamanan Data Pribadi di Era Digital Bagi Masyarakat Desa Silo Lama

Abstract: Abstract: The development of digital technology in Indonesia has penetrated even rural areas, but it is not accompanied by an adequate understanding of personal data security. Rural communities tend to be vulnerable to cyber… yber threats due to limited digital literacy. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to increase awareness and knowledge of the community of Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, about the importance of personal data security in the digital era. The implementation method includes outreach, education, and practical training for the community using a participatory approach. The material presented includes the definition of personal data, types of cyber threats, how to protect personal information, and an introduction to the Personal Data Protection Law. The activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of village officials, community leaders, and the general public. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of personal data security, from an average pre-test score of 45% to 82% in the post-test. Participants were also able to identify various forms of online fraud and implement data protection measures. This program has made a positive contribution to improving the digital literacy of rural communities and is expected to prevent losses due to cybercrime in the future. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Silo Lama, Kecamatan Silau Laut tentang pentingnya menjaga keamanan data privat. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan praktis kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengertian data pribadi, jenis-jenis ancaman siber, cara melindungi informasi pribadi, serta pengenalan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Kegiatan dihadiri dengan 30 orang meliputi  unsur pejabat desa, tokoh warga, dan warga umum. Hasil kegiatan memaparkan peningkatan pemahaman warga terkait keamanan data pribadi, dari rerata skor pre-test 45% menjadi 82% pada post-test. Peserta juga mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk penipuan online dan menerapkan langkah-langkah perlindungan data. PELATIHAN PERLINDUNGAN DATA DAN KEAMANAN SIBER UNTUK MASYARAKAT DI LKP MUTIARA INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology brings various benefits as well as challenges, one of which is the increasing risk of cyber threats and personal data breaches. The digital community, particularly participants… rticipants at LKP Mutiara Informatika in Asahan Regency, requires a fundamental understanding and skills in protecting personal data and recognizing cyber threats. This community service program aims to provide educational and practical training on personal data protection and cybersecurity. The implementation methods include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical simulations using real case studies. This program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital privacy, online fraud, and the use of basic security tools. Participants were also able to identify preventive measures to protect their digital accounts. Through this training, the community is better prepared to face the challenges of the technological era and to serve as agents of cybersecurity literacy, while also emphasizing the importance of synergy between education and technology in building safe and responsible digital awareness.          Keywords: personal data; cybersecurity; digital community   Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa berbagai manfaat sekaligus tantangan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber dan kebocoran data pribadi. Peserta juga mampu mengenali langkah pencegahan untuk melindungi akun digital. Edukasi Keamanan Digital Untuk Melindungi Data Pribadi Pada Siswa MA Al Washliyah Kisaran

Abstract: In the ever-evolving digital era, technological advancements have affected  various aspects of life, including data security. Personal data protection has been crucial, especially for students who actively use the internet… net and they are vulnerable to cyber threats. However, many students at MA Al Washliyah Kisaran are not fully aware of the digital security risks and the importance of their personal information protection. Therefore, an educational activity was conducted to enhance students’ understanding and skills in maintaining digital security. The methods used in this program were socializing and educating about digital threats such as phishing, data breaches, and social media security. This avticity aims to raise awareness and encourage responsible internet usage among students. Through this activity, students are expected to have better understanding of digital threats and the preventive measures needed to protect their personal data. Pelatihan Penguatan Kapasitas Masyarakat Menuju Desa Tangguh Bencana Di Desa Rembitan

Abstract: The main problem in partner locations is the lack of community awareness in responding to disasters; residents do not yet understand the risks and impacts of natural disasters and preventive measures that can be taken to… reduce losses. This lack of knowledge makes the community unprepared and slow to respond to emergencies, ultimately increasing their safety and well-being risk. The training includes counselling sessions, workshops, and disaster simulations. Each session is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the types of disasters, mitigation techniques, evacuation, and first aid steps. The results of this training showed a significant increase in the preparedness and response of the Rembitan Village community to emergencies. The post-disaster simulation evaluation also showed an increase in the participants' practical abilities in dealing with disasters. This program strengthens social structures and solidarity between residents and creates a model that can be applied in other villages with similar disaster risks. With ongoing support, Rembitan Village is expected to become a successful example of building community resilience to disasters, ultimately improving its residents' welfare and security.   Keywords: capacity; strengthening; mitigation; disaster resilient     Abstrak: Masalah utama yang terjadi ditempat mitra yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menyikapi bencana, selain itu warga belum memahami risiko dan dampak dari bencana alam, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk mengurangi kerugian. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini membuat masyarakat tidak siap dan lambat dalam merespons situasi darurat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Pelatihan mencakup sesi penyuluhan, workshop, dan simulasi bencana. Setiap sesi dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai jenis-jenis bencana, teknik mitigasi, serta langkah-langkah evakuasi dan pertolongan pertama. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dan respons masyarakat Desa Rembitan terhadap situasi darurat. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Rembitan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Pencegahan Tindak Perundungan Dan Kekerasan Di Sekolah Ditinjau Dari Aspek Psikologi Dan Hukum

Abstract: The issue of bullying has a severe impact on the mental and physical well-being of the victim, with fatal consequences such as severe depression or death. Parental influence is crucial in preventing bullying. Children tend… nd to mimic their parents' attitudes and behaviours. Positive attitudes, empathy and tolerance from parents can encourage children to adopt these values. Parents who are actively involved and open to effective communication help children develop empathy and feel supported, making them more likely to report or seek help in bullying situations. Parents need to understand the psychological and legal aspects of bullying and school violence prevention to protect their children's well-being. Psychological knowledge helps recognise early signs of trauma and provide emotional support, as well as establishing the values of empathy, tolerance and respect in children. Legal knowledge enables parents to take appropriate action if their child is victimised, liaise with schools and authorities, and ensure anti-bullying policies are implemented. This regulation creates a safe and supportive environment for children to grow. Strengthening parents' understanding and knowledge of bullying prevention and its psychological and legal impacts was done through counselling activities. This counselling presented material on the psychological impact of bullying on children and the legal consequences for perpetrators and omission of bullying activities for both children and schools and parents. The counselling sessions were attended by parents, teachers, and school committees. The counselling participants said that after attending the training, their knowledge about bullying, its impact, and preventive measures improved. The results of the questionnaire before and after attending the counselling showed increased participants' understanding.  Keywords: bullying; prevention; violence   Abstrak: Perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah berdampak parah pada perkembangan mental dan emosional anak serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Data FSGI, pada periode Januari-Juli 2023 terdapat 16 kasus perundungan dengan 43 korban. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 23 kasus pada periode Januari-September 2023, dengan tingkat perundungan tertinggi terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang mencapai 50%, bahkan 2 orang meninggal dunia selama periode tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah Kembaran juga menghadapi masalah ini. Untuk mencegah bullying dan kekerasan, diadakan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi guna memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta tentang dampak negatif bullying dan kekerasan serta pentingnya peran setiap orang dalam pencegahannya, yang terbukti dari hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan. PREDICTION OF STROKE USING LOGISTIC REGRESSION WITH A MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. Along with the development of digital technology, the use of Machine Learning in the health sector… tor is growing, one of which is in an effort to predict the occurrence of stroke. This study aims to implement the Logistic Regression algorithm in predicting the likelihood of a person having a stroke based on data from the Brain Stroke dataset. The research process includes data preprocessing (missing value handling, normalization, and label encoding), dividing the data into 80% training data and 20% test data, as well as model training. The model was then evaluated using several measures such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, as well as a confusion matrix. The results of the study showed that Logistic Regression was able to provide stroke classification results with an accuracy of 82.4%, precision of 80.1%, recall of 78.6%, F1-score of 79.3%, and a ROC-AUC value of 0.87. Then, the model is integrated into applications that use Streamlit, so it can be used interactively to predict stroke risk in new data. The results of this study show that the combination of Machine Learning and web-based applications has the potential to support efforts to detect early stroke risk.             Keywords: logistic regression; machine learning; prediction; streamlit; stroke.     Abstrak: Stroke adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan Machine Learning dalam bidang kesehatan semakin berkembang, salah satunya dalam upaya memprediksi terjadinya penyakit stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Logistic Regression dalam memprediksi kemungkinan seseorang mengalami stroke berdasarkan data dari dataset Brain Stroke. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data (penanganan missing value, normalisasi, dan label encoding), membagi data menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, serta pelatihan model. Model kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan beberapa ukuran seperti akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan ROC-AUC, serta confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistic Regression mampu memberikan hasil klasifikasi penyakit stroke dengan akurasi sebesar 82,4%, precision 80,1%, recall 78,6%, F1-score 79,3%, dan nilai ROC-AUC sebesar 0,87. Kemudian, model tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi yang menggunakan Streamlit, sehingga dapat digunakan secara interaktif untuk memprediksi risiko stroke pada data baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Machine Learning dan aplikasi berbasis web berpotensi mendukung upaya deteksi dini risiko stroke.   Kata kunci: logistic regression; machine learning; prediksi; streamlit; stroke.

ANALYSIS OF NEURAL NETWORK ALGORITHM IN URBAN AIR QUALITY PREDICTION

Abstract: Abstract: Air quality in urban areas is becoming an increasingly important issue considering its impact on human health and the environment. The rapid increase in air pollution requires effective methods to predict air quality… uality in order to take appropriate mitigation measures. This study aims to analyze the use of Neural Network (NN) algorithms in predicting air quality in cities. The method used is the application of the NN model, especially the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), which is trained using historical air quality data such as dust particle levels (PM10, PM2.5), carbon monoxide (CO) gas, and temperature. The data used in this study came from urban air quality monitoring stations collected over a period of time. The results show that the Neural Network algorithm can provide quite accurate predictions of air quality with a low Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value, showing the effectiveness of the model in predicting f fluctuations in air quality. The conclusion of this study is that Neural Network algorithms, specifically MLPs, are an effective tool for air quality prediction, which can be used as a basis for urban air quality management policies.  Keywords: air quality;  neural network; prediction; multilayer perceptron (MLP)    Abstrak: Kualitas udara di perkotaan menjadi isu yang semakin penting mengingat dampaknya terhadap kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan. Peningkatan polusi udara yang pesat memerlukan metode yang efektif untuk memprediksi kualitas udara guna mengambil langkah mitigasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan algoritma Neural Network (NN) dalam memprediksi kualitas udara di perkotaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan model NN, khususnya Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), yang dilatih menggunakan data kualitas udara historis seperti kadar partikel debu (PM10, PM2.5), gas karbon monoksida (CO), dan suhu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari stasiun pemantauan kualitas udara di perkotaan yang dikumpulkan selama periode waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Neural Network dapat memberikan prediksi yang cukup akurat terhadap kualitas udara dengan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) yang rendah, menunjukkan efektivitas model dalam memprediksi fluktuasi kualitas udara. ASSESSING EFFECTIVENESS JEMBER REGENCY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT WEBSITE USING COBIT FRAMEWORK

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Jember Regency Education… ation Department website using the COBIT 5 framework. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Department of Education website in Jember Regency by aligning it with stakeholders' evolving needs through comprehensive evaluation and targeted recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. FAST DETECTION OF SEATBELT DRIVER BASED ON IMAGE CAPTURING

Abstract: Abstract: Traffic accidents are one of the biggest contributors to injuries and fatalities worldwide. Victims of traffic accidents range from minor injuries to severe injuries and even death. The severity of many accidents… ts is often due to a lack of discipline and public awareness of traffic rules and safety measures. Car manufacturers have attempted to mitigate the effects of accidents by providing seat belts. However, many people neglect to use them, thinking that nothing will happen while driving. Even with fines imposed by authorities, people can outsmart them by removing their seat belts when officers are not around. To address this issue, a model has been developed to monitor drivers using artificial intelligence and computer vision. The camera captures images, which are then processed by a neural network trained with the YOLOv5 algorithm. The model has an average precision of 89% and a recall of 81%, and can accurately detect whether drivers are wearing seat belts or not. This model is expected to aid in improving driver and passenger safety on the roads. By paying attention to the use of seat belts, the severity of injuries sustained in accidents can be reduced.             Keywords: computer vision; neural network; seatbelt detection; yolo     Abstrak: Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu penyumbang terbesar cedera dan kematian di seluruh dunia. Korban kecelakaan lalu lintas tidak hanya mengalami cedera ringan, tetapi juga cedera berat bahkan kematian. Parahnya banyak kecelakaan yang terjadi dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya disiplin dan kesadaran masyarakat akan aturan lalu lintas serta tindakan keselamatan. Produsen mobil telah berusaha untuk mengurangi efek kecelakaan dengan menyediakan sabuk pengaman. Sayangnya, masih banyak orang yang mengabaikan penggunaannya, dengan menganggap bahwa tidak akan terjadi apa-apa saat mengemudi. Meskipun ada denda yang diberlakukan oleh pihak berwenang, orang masih dapat melepaskan sabuk pengaman ketika tidak ada petugas di sekitar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah model telah dikembangkan untuk memantau pengemudi menggunakan kecerdasan buatan dan visi komputer. Kamera mengambil gambar yang kemudian diproses oleh jaringan saraf yang dilatih dengan algoritma YOLOv5. Model ini memiliki presisi rata-rata sebesar 89% dan recall sebesar 81%, dan dapat dengan akurat mendeteksi apakah pengemudi menggunakan sabuk pengaman atau tidak. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam menangani masalah keselamatan pengemudi dan penumpang di jalan raya. Legal Protection for Investors in Case of Stock Fraud in the Capital Market

Abstract: The Indonesian capital market plays a pivotal role in mobilising long-term financing for corporations and providing investment opportunities to the public. However, persistent stock fraud cases undermine market integrity… and investor confidence. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for investor protection against stock fraud, analyse its practical implementation, and recommend measures to strengthen both preventive and repressive mechanisms. Employing a normative legal research design with a qualitative approach, the study integrates statute, conceptual, and case approaches, focusing on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, OJK regulations, the Criminal Code, and notable cases such as PT Hanson International Tbk. The findings reveal that while the legal framework normatively aligns with the Legal Protection Theory, Justice Theory, and Legal Effectiveness Theory, substantial gaps remain between regulation and enforcement. Weak supervisory coordination, delayed intervention, lengthy judicial processes, and low investor legal literacy reduce effectiveness. Recommended reforms include adopting regtech and suptech, enhancing cross-agency data integration, implementing AI-based surveillance, establishing a specialised capital market court, and strengthening investor education.
