and communication. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the KIM program's implementation, covering aspects of planning, execution, and its impact on the community. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The evaluation results indicate that the KIM program has positively contributed to improving community information literacy, particularly in rural areas. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited human resources, uneven technological infrastructure, and low community participation in certain activities. Therefore, strategic measures are needed, including enhancing the capacity of KIM members, expanding access to information technology, and optimizing synergy between local government, local communities, and other stakeholders. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more effective and sustainable KIM program in the future.

Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

The research problem focuses on the suboptimal mechanisms for resolving problematic financing, the existence of a gap between legal norms and their practical implementation, and the lack of integration of philosophical approaches within the framework of Islamic economic law. This study aims to analyze resolution mechanisms from the perspective of Islamic economic law, identify the factors contributing to the normative–practical gap, and formulate a more comprehensive and equitable resolution model. The method employed is normative juridical, utilizing statutory and case approaches, with secondary data analyzed qualitatively through deductive reasoning. The findings indicate that the resolution of non-performing financing is still predominantly characterized by restructuring measures that are administrative in nature and fail to address root causes, while litigation pathways remain relatively ineffective due to procedural and substantive constraints. The disparity between legal norms and practice suggests that legal implementation has not fully reflected the principles of substantive justice. The study concludes by emphasizing the necessity of reconstructing resolution mechanisms through the integration of normative, empirical, and philosophical dimensions. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah-based resolution model that offers a holistic approach oriented toward justice, public welfare, and the balance of interests, thereby providing more effective, contextual, and sustainable solutions within the Islamic financial system in Indonesia.

forcement in maritime areas presents its own challenges due to the need to monitor vast territories, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as the complex modus operandi employed by illegal immigration offenders. In this context, the Water Police (Pol-Air) serves as the main actor in maintaining maritime security and order, particularly in efforts to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants. This study aims to analyze the strategies and actions undertaken by Pol-Air in performing this function, as well as to evaluate the obstacles faced. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through analysis of existing laws and regulations as well as empirical practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that Pol-Air conducts various preventive measures, such as routine sea patrols in vulnerable areas, the use of maritime surveillance technology, improvement of personnel competencies, and public dissemination of immigration law among coastal communities as a form of participatory prevention. In addition, Pol-Air also engages in cross-sectoral coordination with relevant agencies to strengthen institutional synergy. Nevertheless, the implementation of Pol-Air's duties still faces structural and operational challenges, such as budget limitations, lack of integrated information systems, and weak law enforcement against human smuggling networks. Therefore, a reformulation of policies is needed to support institutional strengthening and sustainable inter-agency collaboration.

ademic, social, and mobility activities of the academic community, which heavily depends on pedestrian facilities. Field observations reveal several key issues with the pedestrian facilities in this area, including the sidewalk width not meeting the minimum standard, lack of accessibility features for people with disabilities, absence of vegetation or shade, and insufficient signage and road markings to guide users. These conditions result in discomfort and insecurity for pedestrians, as well as failing to support the principles of inclusivity in infrastructure planning. The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews. Based on the analysis, the majority of respondents expressed the need for improvements to the sidewalk quality, addition of shade trees, enhanced accessibility for people with disabilities, and the installation of supporting facilities such as street lighting. The study then recommends several improvement measures, such as widening the sidewalks to at least 1.5 meters, providing ramps and Guiding blocks, planting vegetation along the pedestrian routes, and installing road signs and markings. These recommendations aim to improve pedestrian comfort and safety. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in creating a campus area that is more friendly, safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all users, while also supporting sustainable mobility.

In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. Therefore, measures to maintain and preserve the wetonan tradition need to be continuously strengthened to ensure that this cultural heritage remains alive and relevant for future generations.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.

Abstrak: Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai mengukur kesiapan dari penerapan dalam perancangan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berbasis web pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ini diantaranya yaitu, pada proses penjualan masih dilakukan dengan memasang banner di depan toko dan rekomendasi dari orang ke orang. Sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya informasi yang diketahui oleh pelanggan mengenai produk pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Kemudian pada proses pemesanan pihak pelanggan masih sangat kesulitan dalam memesan suatu produk karena proses pemesanannya masih manual, yaitu dengan datang langsung ke Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Adapun permasalahan lainnya, yaitu pada proses pelayanan pelanggan tidak ada fasilitas yang membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk, dan melakukan interaksi dengan pihak Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai untuk menyampaikan saran, kritik dan pertanyaan (faq). Serta mengalami kesulitan dalam proses mengelola dan menyimpan data pelanggan yang telah melakukan transaksi, sehingga Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai tidak bisa menganalisa keluhan pelanggan, keinginan pelanggan, kesan pelanggan. Seiring perkembangan zaman Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ingin bisnisnya dapat berkembang dan dapat mengalahkan pesaing-pesaingnya, dengan menggunakan salah satu strategi bisnis berorientasi pada pelanggan atau disebut dengan istilah CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
