SKIN DISEASE DETECTION EXPERT SYSTEM USING NAIVE BAYES CLASSIFIER METHOD

Skin diseases can be caused… ed by fungi, viruses, germs, animal parasites, bacterial infections and others. To identify skin diseases, we usually have to see a doctor, but we still experience problems in dealing with disease identification. This is sometimes influenced by the community, sometimes they feel embarrassed to consult their skin disease to a doctor because the signs of skin disease have started to appear, consultation fees and drugs are relatively expensive. Current technological developments are able to process knowledge with artificial intelligence techniques. Due to the many symptoms of disease nowadays, it is necessary to make a system application with artificial intelligence that can diagnose skin diseases and provide solutions for skin diseases using one of the methods, namely the Naïve Bayes Classifier. Naïve Bayes is a simple classification algorithm where each attribute is independent and may contribute to the final decision. The goal is to produce an expert system website that helps the general public in diagnosing skin diseases and providing solutions for detected skin diseases. The results of this study concluded that based on the application of skin cancer diagnosis can display the results of skin cancer diagnosis decisions.    Keywords: expert system; naïve bayes; skin disease  Abstrak: Kulit merupakan pembungkus yang elastis yang melindungi tubuh dari pengaruh lingkungan, kulit merupakan organ tubuh yang terletak paling luar dan membatasinya dari lingkungan hidup manusia. Penyakit kulit dapat disebabkan oleh jamur, virus, kuman, parasit hewani, infeksi bakteri dan lain-lain. Mengidentifikasi penyakit kulit biasanya kita harus ke dokter, namun masih mengalami kendala dalam menangani pengidentifikasi penyakit hal itu terkadang dipengarui oleh masyarakat terkadang merasa malu untuk mengkonsultasikan penyakit kulitnya ke dokter karena tanda-tanda penyakit kulit sudah mulai tampak, biaya konsultasi dan obat yang tergolong mahal. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mampu mengolah pengetahuan dengan teknik kecerdasan buatan. Karena banyaknya gejala penyakit pada masa sekarang ini perlu dibuat aplikasi sistem dengan kecerdasan buatan yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit kulit dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit kulit dengan salah satu metode yaitu Naïve Bayes Classifier. Naïve bayes merupakan algoritma klasifikasi yang sederhana dimana setiap atribut bersifat berdiri sendiri dan memungkinkan berkontribusi terhadap keputusan akhir. Tujuannya adalah menghasilkan website sistem pakar yang dan membantu masyarakat luas dalam mendiagnosa penyakit kulit dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit kulit yang terdeteksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan aplikasi diagnosa penyakit kanker kulit dapat menampilkan hasil keputusan diagnosa penyakit kanker kulit.   Kata kunci: Naïve Bayes; Penyakit Kulit; sistem pakar

COMPARISON OF MULTILAYER PERCEPTRON’S ACTIVATION AND OP-TIMIZATION FUNCTIONS IN CLASSIFICATION OF COVID-19 PATIENTS

Abstract: Abstract: Patient’s symptoms could be used as features in Covid-19 classification. Using multi layer perceptron, the classification uses data set that contains patient’s diagnosis which has Covid-19 symptoms dan processes… s dan processes the data set to see if the patient is Covid-19 positive or not. This paper compare four activation function such as identity, logistic, ReLu and tanh and combined them with optimizer such as L-BFGS-B, SGD and Adam. Using 5-fold and 10-fold cross validation technique to get the accuracy, F1, precision and recall values, the result that we get is that logistic function with L-BFGS-B optimizer and ReLu function with L-BFGS-B optimizer are the best combinations. The logistic function with SGD optimizer, ReLu function with Adam optimizer and tanh function with Adam optimizer are the worst combinations according to their accuration values. The logistic function with SGD optimizer is the worst combination according to its F1 value. The logistic function with SGD optimizer and tanh function with L-BFGS-B optimizer are the worst combinations according to their precision values. The logistic function with SGD optimizer, ReLu function with Adam optimizer and tanh function with Adam optimizer are the worst combinations according to their recall values.             Keywords: activation function, covid-19; multi layer perceptron; optimizer algorithm     Abstrak: Diagnosa gejala yang dialami pasien dapat digunakan sebagai fitur dalam klasifikasi penderita Covid-19. Dengan multi layer perceptron, klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan data set yang berisi hasil diagnosa pasien yang memiliki gejala Covid-19 dan selanjutnya diolah untuk  melihat apakah memang pasien tersebut menderita Covid-19 atau tidak. Penelitian ini membandingkan fungsi aktivasi identity, logistic, ReLu dan tanh yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma optimasi L-BFGS-B, SGD dan Adam. Hasil evaluasi cross validation menggunakan 5-fold dan 10-fold digunakan sebagai dasar menentukan kombinasi yang terbaik dan terburuk, dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi fungsi logistic dengan optimasi L-BFGS-B dan fungsi ReLu dengan optimasi L-BFGS-B merupakan kombinasi terbaik. Kombinasi fungsi logisctic dengan optimasi SGD, fungsi ReLu dengan optimasi Adam dan fungsi tanh dengan optimasi Adam merupakan yang terburuk dari nilai accuracy. Kombinasi fungsi logistic dan optimasi SGD merupakan kombinasi terburuk dari nilai F1. Kombinasi fungsi logistic dengan optimasi SGD dan fungsi tanh dan optimasi L-BFGS-B merupakan yang terburuk dari nilai precision. Kombinasi fungsi logisctic dengan optimasi SGD, fungsi ReLu dengan optimasi Adam dan fungsi tanh dengan optimasi Adam merupakan kombinasi terburuk dari nilai recall.   Kata kunci: algoritma optimasi; covid-19; fungsi optimasi; multi layer perceptron

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PAKAR UNTUK MENDIAGNOSIS DEMAM TIFOID DAN SARAN PENANGGULANGANNYA

This research builds an expert system to diagnose typhoid fever with a backward chaining method with an inference process so that it can be used to produce disease diagnoses based on perceived symptoms and provide appropriate solutions.  Keywords : Expert System, Backward Chaining, Thypoid Fever     Abstrak: Demam Tifoid adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang terjadi pada saluran perncernaan manusia (terutama usus halus) yang disebabkan oleh bakteri salmonella tyhpi, pada fase berbeda bakteri dapat menyebar ke aliran darah bahkan ke tulang manusia. Maka dengan ini perlu pendeteksian penyakit sejak ini. Penelitian ini membangun sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit demam tifoid dengan metode backward chaining dengan proses inferensi agar dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan serta memberikan solusi yang tepat.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Backward Chaining, Demam Tifoid..

Expert system to diagnose malaria disease is built on the web.             Keywords: expert system, forward chaining, malaria, web.     Abstrak: Seiring kemajuan teknologi komputer yang semakin pesat, seluruh aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan tak luput dari pengaruh perkembangan teknologi ini, begitu juga dengan dunia kesehantan. Bentuk penerapan dari perkembangan teknologi ini adalah sebuah sistem pakar yang ditujukan untuk diagnosa penyakit, salah satunya adalah penyakit malaria.  Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah forward chaining. Pada sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit malaria ini dirancang tidak hanya dapat mendiagnosa gejala dari penyakit malaria saja tetapi juga bagaimana cara pencegahan dari penyakit malaria. Factors Associated with Symptoms of Dermatitis in Prisoners in Class II A Jambi Penitentiary in 2024

Abstract: The national prevalence of dermatitis in Indonesia based on Basic Health Research data by the Ministry of Health 2018 is 6.8% and tends to increase every year. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Service, in 2021 dermatitis… titis was ranked eighth with the most common disease with a percentage of 5.03%, while in 2022 it experienced an increase and was ranked sixth with a percentage of 5.96%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of dermatitis in prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary in 2024. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling on 1124 prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary by conducting interviews. Prisoners' knowledge was in the good category as much as 40.4% of respondents. Attitudes in the positive category were 37.2% of respondents. Prisoners with housing that meets the requirements are 21.3% of respondents. Bathing habits were in the good category as many as 53.2% of respondents. Clothing cleanliness was in the good category as many as 37.2% of respondents. Towel cleanliness was in the good category as many as 41.5% of respondents.

The Implementation of Work Discipline in Improving Employee Performance At Hilimegai South Nias Regency

Abstract: The focus of research in this study is to understand the symptoms of objects thoroughly so that researchers can identify existing problems and formulate problems to be studied. This research focused on the application of… work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.
