Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode Forward Chaining pada sistem pakar untuk membantu proses diagnosis awal berdasarkan gejala yang dipilih pengguna. Metode ini bekerja menggunakan penalaran berbasis aturan dengan mencocokkan gejala yang dimasukkan pengguna terhadap basis pengetahuan yang disusun dari konsultasi dengan pakar dan referensi medis. Sistem dikembangkan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit kulit sesuai aturan yang telah ditetapkan serta memberikan hasil diagnosis beserta rekomendasi penanganan awal. Pengujian membuktikan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik, sementara metode Forward Chaining memberikan hasil diagnosis yang efektif sehingga sistem dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana konsultasi awal yang cepat, mudah, dan efisien sebelum pemeriksaan lebih lanjut oleh tenaga medis

With growing interest among marketing researchers and practitioners, this research aims to provide an overview of the evolution of both marketing and AI research fields. This paper explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in personalized engagement marketing, which focuses on creating, communicating, and delivering customized offerings to customers. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review technique, we examined over 300 academic articles to uncover prevalent themes and gain a deeper understanding of current AI utilization in marketing. We then propose a plan for future research that examines potential changes in marketing strategies and customer behaviors while emphasizing critical policy considerations related to privacy, bias, and ethics. The implications for marketing managers are discussed along with predictions about how AI will impact branding and customer management practices going forward. Our research highlighted several benefits of integrating AI into marketing such as improved customer interactions, increased revenue, reduced expenses, and enhanced overall efficiency. However, this research also pointed out areas requiring further investigation including challenges posed by AI integration like shortage of skilled personnel and data privacy concerns.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.

ately, which can ultimately improve livestock health and livestock productivity. In developing this system, the Forward Chaining technique is used as the main inference method. This method was chosen because of its ability to produce conclusions based on available facts in stages, so it is very suitable for expert system applications that require repeated and complex decision-making processes. This research begins with a system requirements analysis that includes identification of common types of cattle diseases, associated symptoms, as well as the knowledge and rules required for the diagnosis process. Next, system design is carried out which includes creating a knowledge base, inference engine, and user interface. The result of this research is a prototype expert system for diagnosing cattle diseases which has been tested and shows satisfactory performance in detecting various cattle diseases based on the symptoms entered. With this system, it is hoped that farmers can more quickly take appropriate action against diseases that attack their livestock, so that they can minimize losses and increase the efficiency of livestock businesses.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis dan perancangan sistem deteksi penyakit sapi menggunakan teknik Forward Chaining. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai penyakit pada sapi secara cepat dan akurat, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ternak dan produktivitas peternakan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, teknik Forward Chaining digunakan sebagai metode inferensi utama. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tersedia secara bertahap, sehingga sangat cocok untuk aplikasi sistem pakar yang memerlukan proses pengambilan keputusan berulang dan kompleks. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang mencakup identifikasi jenis-jenis penyakit sapi yang umum, gejala-gejala yang terkait, serta pengetahuan dan aturan yang diperlukan untuk proses deteksi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup pembuatan basis pengetahuan, mesin inferensi, dan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem pakar deteksi penyakit sapi yang telah diuji dan menunjukkan kinerja yang memuaskan dalam mendeteksi berbagai penyakit sapi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dimasukkan. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan peternak dapat lebih cepat dalam mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap penyakit yang menyerang ternaknya, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha peternakan.

Irregular eating patterns, lack of fiber and mineral water intake, and consumption of high-calorie instant foods or drinks, without realizing it, make the kidneys work harder. Starting from the process of filtration, reabsorption, to augmentation of food substances below the kidneys through the blood. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for kidney disease using a web-based programming language that is capable of providing services to the public and conveying information related to kidney disease. Pre-research and research was carried out at the Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran Regional General Hospital starting from November to December 2023. In this research data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and literature study methods. The results of this research show that having an expert system for diagnosing kidney disease in humans can provide significant benefits, including the data processing and consultation process being carried out quickly and producing fairly accurate reports, thus making work more effective and efficient.

Abstrak: Pemilihan masalah menyangkut jenis penyakit Ginjal sebagai sampel penelitian ini, adalah kenyataan bahwa penyakitpenyakit Ginjal merupakan organ penting dalam sistem metabolisme tubuh kita, karena padatnya aktivitas, kita sering lupa untuk menjaganya. Pola makan yang tidak teratur, kurangnya asupan serat dan air mineral, serta konsumsi makanan atau minuman instan berkalori tinggi, tanpa sadar telah memperberat kerja ginjal. Mulai dari proses filtrasi, reabsorpasi, sampai augmentasi dari zat-zat makanan yang di bawah ke ginjal melalui darah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Membuat suatu sistem pakar untuk penyakit Ginjal menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web yang mampu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyakit Ginjal. Pra penelitian dan penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran yang dimulai pada bulan Bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2023. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ginjal pada manusia, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan datanya dan proses konsultasi dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang cukup akurat, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien.
