Dharma Rucitra VII ran aground, causing the heavy steering leaf to be moved and resulting in overload, so the ability of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) is needed as an electric motor safety from overload. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze and evaluate the criminal liability imposed on tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Bima is an area that has cultural and… tourism diversity. One of the cultural and tourism diversity is the Uma Lengge Maria Cultural Reserve which is located in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract: Negligence during duty on board has a significant negative impact on loading and unloading activities. Problems in loading and unloading activities often arise due to both internal and external factors such as human error,… r, equipment issues, and natural conditions. This study aims to investigate negligence during duty on the MV. Andhika Kanishka ship at Muara Pantai Port, focusing on the factors, consequences, and strategies for addressing it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.

Abstract: A cooling machine or commonly called an Air Conditioner (AC) is a system of auxiliary machines that can create cool temperatures in certain rooms so that workers on ships feel comfortable. Cooling machines are used to regulate… gulate and manage air quality which are includes air circulation, air conditioning, air hygiene standards and air purification. There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Dalam Menentukan Sisi, Rusuk, Dan Titik Sudut Kubus Di SMP Kelas VIII

Abstract: Penelitian ini mengkaji bentuk-bentuk kesalahan beserta faktor penyebabnya yang dialami siswa kelas VIII SMP ketika mengidentifikasi sisi, rusuk, dan titik sudut pada bangun kubus. Desain kualitatif deskriptif dipilih agar… ar respons siswa dapat ditelaah secara mendalam tanpa adanya perlakuan atau manipulasi terhadap variabel penelitian. Sebanyak 30 siswa kelas VIII dijadikan subjek melalui teknik purposive sampling, dan 6 di antaranya dipilih untuk sesi wawancara semi terstruktur yang mewakili tiga tingkat kemampuan akademik, yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes diagnostik tertulis, wawancara yang direkam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan triangulasi metode untuk menjaga keterpercayaan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 46,67% siswa melakukan setidaknya satu kesalahan dalam mengidentifikasi sisi kubus, 63,33% siswa melakukan kesalahan terkait rusuk, dan 36,67% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi titik sudut secara tepat. Tiga kategori kesalahan yang dominan teridentifikasi, yaitu kesalahan konsep berupa kekeliruan mengidentifikasi unsur geometris, kesalahan visualisasi yang berkaitan dengan kesalahan membaca representasi tiga dimensi, dan kesalahan prosedural dalam menghitung komponen geometris secara sistematis. Faktor penyebab meliputi dimensi internal, terutama lemahnya pemahaman konsep dan rendahnya kemampuan penalaran spasial, serta dimensi eksternal seperti minimnya media pembelajaran dan dominasi strategi mengajar berbasis ceramah. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran geometri bangun ruang yang lebih eksploratif, konstruktivis, dan berbasis media di jenjang SMP. This study investigates the types and underlying causes of errors made by eighth-grade junior high school students when identifying the faces, edges, and vertices of a cube. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed to examine students' responses in depth without manipulating any research variables. Thirty students from the eighth grade were selected through purposive sampling, and six of them participated in semi-structured interview sessions representing three levels of academic ability: high, moderate, and low. Data were gathered using written diagnostic tests, audio-recorded interviews, and documentation. Analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with methodological triangulation applied to ensure the trustworthiness of findings. Results indicated that 46.67% of students committed at least one error in identifying cube faces, 63.33% made errors related to edges, and 36.67% had difficulty identifying vertices correctly. Three dominant error categories were identified: conceptual errors, visualization errors, and procedural errors. Causal factors encompassed internal dimensions, particularly weak conceptual understanding and limited spatial reasoning ability, and external dimensions, including insufficient instructional media and lecture-based teaching strategies.

Abstract: Abstract: The selection of pediatric cough medicine at Apotek Keluarga is currently subjective and highly dependent on the pharmacist's experience, which potentially leads to inconsistent recommendations for customers. This… his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.             Keywords: Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Pediatric Cough Medicine, Apotek Keluarga.   Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, TOPSIS, Obat Batuk Anak, Apotek Keluarga.

Penerapan E-SCM Dalam Penentuan Jumlah Optimal Restok Barang Menggunakan Metode EOQ di Attar Jaya

Errors in determining the quantity of goods procured can lead to inventory buildup or stockouts, which… ch impacts increased storage costs and reduced customer service levels. Attar Jaya store still uses a manual inventory management system, so the restocking recording and decision-making processes are not yet supported by an integrated and data-driven system. This condition has the potential to cause inefficiency in inventory management. This research aims to apply the concept of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) integrated with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity of goods. The EOQ method is used to calculate the most economical order quantity by considering ordering and storage costs, while E-SCM plays a role in integrating inventory management processes digitally. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system design using the Unified Modelign Language (UML). The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the MwSQL database. The research result are expected to help Toko Attar Jaya improve the accuracy of resctocking decision-making, minimize the risk of overstocking and understocking, and increase the efficiency of inventory mangement.          Keywords: MySQL; PHP; e-supply chain management; economic order quantity; restock items Abstrak: Manajemen persediaan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberlangsungan operasional usaha ritel. Kesalahan dalam menentukan jumah pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan persediaan maupun kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan seerta menurunnya tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Toko Attar Jaya masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan restok belum didukung oleh sistem yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan barang yang optimal. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, sedangkan E-SCM berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan persediaan secara digital. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Languge (UML). Sistem dikembangkan mengguanakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Toko Attar Jaya dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan restok, meminimalkan risiko kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan. Penerapan Metode Promethee Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Kampus Terbaik Di Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract: Abstract: The development of information technology has brought significant transformation in the field of education, particularly in academic decision-making. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based… ased on the PROMETHEE method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) to assist prospective students in objectively and systematically selecting the best university in Asahan Regency. The main issue addressed is the lack of integrated information regarding the strengths of each educational institution, as well as the absence of a recommendation system that considers various important criteria such as accreditation, facilities, tuition fees, achievements, and study programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The implementation results of the PROMETHEE method show that Royal University achieved the highest ranking, followed by Asahan University and STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. This method has proven effective in producing rational and transparent campus rankings based on multi-criteria preferences. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for prospective students and educational institutions in improving the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the Asahan region.       Keywords: decision support system promethea; campus selection; multi-criteria; asahan. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) guna membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus terbaik di Kabupaten Asahan secara objektif dan terstruktur. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kurangnya informasi terintegrasi mengenai keunggulan masing-masing institusi pendidikan serta belum tersedianya sistem rekomendasi yang mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penting seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, prestasi, dan program studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil implementasi metode PROMETHEE menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Royal memperoleh peringkat tertinggi diikuti oleh Universitas Asahan dan STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. Metode ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan peringkat kampus secara rasional dan transparan berdasarkan preferensi multikriteria. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi calon mahasiswa dan pihak institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing perguruan tinggi di wilayah Asahan. Abstract: Abstract: In a competitive digital era, business owners such as Alya Collection face challenges in determining the right fashion products to offer to consumers. Relying on intuition without data support often results in… inaccurate and potentially detrimental decisions. This study aims to assist the sales decision-making process by applying a data mining method using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This method was used to group sales data from February 2024 to January 2025 into three categories: best-selling, least-selling, and non-selling products. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, through sales data collection and direct interviews with store owners. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and designed with tools such as UML, DFD, and ERD. The results of this clustering system are expected to provide strategic information useful for Alya Collection in planning stock, promotions, and product development, thereby increasing sales effectively and efficiently. Ketergantungan pada intuisi tanpa dukungan data seringkali mengakibatkan keputusan yang kurang akurat dan berisiko merugikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan penjualan dengan menerapkan metode data mining menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan dari Februari 2024 hingga Januari 2025 ke dalam tiga kategori: produk terlaris, kurang laris, dan tidak laris. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data penjualan serta wawancara langsung dengan pemilik toko. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dirancang dengan alat bantu seperti UML, DFD, dan ERD. Hasil dari sistem klasterisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi Alya Collection dalam merencanakan stok, promosi, serta pengembangan produk, sehingga mampu meningkatkan penjualan secara efektif dan efisien. This lack of information often hinders farmers, consumers, and local authorities in accessing and managing data effectively. The application was developed using ArcGIS technology, Java programming language, and Android Studio. Data collection was conducted through field observation and interviews with warehouse owners. The result of this study is an interactive map-based application that simplifies the process of locating gambier warehouses and presents visual data to support strategic decision-making. This application is expected to enhance distribution efficiency and contribute positively to the economic welfare of the local community.     Keywords: geographic information systems; arcgis; kotlin Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang dapat memetakan lokasi gudang gambir di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan data spasial dan informasi yang akurat mengenai letak gudang gambir, sehingga menyulitkan petani, konsumen, maupun pihak pemerintah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi tersebut. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan teknologi ArcGIS, bahasa pemrograman Java, dan Android Studio. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik gudang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menampilkan peta interaktif lokasi gudang gambir, mempermudah pengguna dalam pencarian informasi lokasi, dan memberikan data visual yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi gambir serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.
