tly approximately three years old and the Indonesian Sharia banking market until compete and occupy the position as a sharia bank with the most significant asset position compared to 6 (six) other conventional banks which have dominated the Indonesian market for decades. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

nventionally in a general ledger. As a result, the store often experiences overstock, which increases storage costs and the risk of damaged goods, or stockouts that can disappoint customers. To address these issues, this study aims to implement an integrated, web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. This system is designed to accurately record inventory, manage demand, place orders in a timely manner, and support fast, data-driven decision-making. The system was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The implementation results show that the proposed SCM system is able to improve operational efficiency and inventory management accuracy at Semangat Store. Store owners can monitor sales and order reports directly, and the system provides notifications when inventory reaches the minimum limit. Thus, Semangat Store can reduce the risk of overstocking or understocking, increase profitability, and simplify the restocking process with suppliers through a more structured system.

Abstrak: Toko Semangat, sebuah toko ritel yang berkembang pesat di Kisaran, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan stok barang karena masih menggunakan sistem manual. Proses pemesanan barang dilakukan dengan menghubungi pemasok satu per satu, dan pencatatan data penjualan masih dilakukan secara konvensional di buku besar. Akibatnya, toko sering mengalami kelebihan stok (over stock) yang meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan dan risiko kerusakan barang, atau kekurangan stok yang dapat mengecewakan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang terintegrasi dan berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mencatat stok barang secara akurat, mengelola permintaan, melakukan pemesanan secara tepat waktu, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan berbasis data. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem SCM yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pengelolaan stok barang di Toko Semangat. Pemilik toko dapat memantau laporan penjualan dan pemesanan secara langsung, dan sistem memberikan notifikasi jika stok barang mencapai batas minimum. Dengan demikian, Toko Semangat dapat mengurangi risiko kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, meningkatkan profitabilitas, dan mempermudah proses restock dengan pemasok melalui sistem yang lebih terstruktur.

This study aims to design a web-based decision support system using the MOORA method to produce objective, fast, and accurate assessments. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation criteria including discipline, teamwork, sales volume, and length of service. The implementation results show that the system is capable of performing calculations and ranking sales performance in a measurable manner. This application assists supervisors and managers in conducting evaluations and accelerates decision-making processes. The final results indicate that Afril Handoko achieved the highest score of 0.3802. This system is effective in improving efficiency and reducing subjectivity in sales performance evaluation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode MOORA untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan PHP dan MySQL, dengan kriteria penilaian meliputi kedisiplinan, kerja sama tim, jumlah penjualan, dan masa kerja. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu melakukan perhitungan dan perangkingan kinerja sales secara terukur. Aplikasi ini memudahkan supervisor dan manajer dalam evaluasi serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan Afril Handoko memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,3802. udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.

This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. Thus, this system contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the effectiveness of vinta manullang store operations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-CRM dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan E-CRM memungkinkan penyampaian informasi produk lebih cepat dan akurat, mempermudah transaksi online, serta meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan komunikasi langsung. Additionally, difficulties frequently arise in determining priority locations during emergencies or disasters, as well as vulnerabilities to subjective errors due to human limitations in analyzing complex data. Another issue is the unequal allocation of logistics, where some locations receive more logistics than needed, while others experience shortages. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to assist decision-makers in analyzing data, evaluating various alternatives, and providing recommendations. DSS aims to simplify the decision-making process to make it more effective. Various methods are used in the decision-making process, one of which is the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This system aims to reduce subjectivity, increase efficiency, and ensure a more equitable allocation of logistics based on needs. It is expected that this DSS can serve as a solution that facilitates faster, more accurate, and transparent decision-making.

Abstrak: Distribusi logistik kepolisian melibatkan berbagai lokasi dengan kebutuhan yang berbeda-beda, yang membuat pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat kompleks. Pengambilan keputusan secara manual sering kali menghadapi tantangan, seperti banyaknya faktor atau kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, misalnya jarak lokasi, tingkat kebutuhan logistik, jumlah personel di lokasi, dan ketersediaan logistik di gudang. Selain itu, sering kali ada kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi yang harus didahulukan dalam situasi darurat atau bencana, serta adanya kerentanannya terhadap kesalahan subjektif akibat keterbatasan manusia dalam menganalisis data yang kompleks.Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah ketidakmerataan alokasi logistik, di mana beberapa lokasi menerima logistik melebihi kebutuhan, sementara lokasi lain mengalami kekurangan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis data, menilai berbagai alternatif, dan memberikan rekomendasi. SPK bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan agar lebih efektif. Terdapat berbagai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Sistem ini bertujuan mengurangi subjektivitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memastikan alokasi logistik yang lebih merata berdasarkan kebutuhan. Abstrak: PT. Agro Putra Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pertanian kelapa sawit. PT. Agro Putra Lestari tersebut menghadapi masalah dalam proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pengecekan stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini rentan terhadap kesalahan dan redundansi data, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah besar dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan sistem inventori berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem inventori ini dirancangan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 untuk membangun aplikasi web yang dinamis, cepat, dan mudah, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan datanya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut adalah sebuah sistem inventori yang efektif dan efisien dalam proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pengelolaan stok baang di PT. Agro Putra Lestari. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang serta memudahkan pemilik dalam memantau laporan stok barang secara real-time.
