n make presentations in front of the class. In the previous community service, we discussed training regarding increasing students' self-confidence. The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

problem is the lack of education for the young millennial generation in Teluk Kayu Putih Village regarding drug abuse. This service takes place in Teluk Kayu Putih Village, VII Koto District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this outreach is to increase public awareness about the dangers of drug abuse for the young millennial generation. The material is presented through lecture and discussion methods with the help of power point slides and an LCD projector. The results of the outreach show that the generation of millennial youth in Teluk Kayu Putih Village is aware of the dangers and consequences of drug abuse.

Abstrak: Narkoba merupakan masalah kesehatan fisik dan mental yang berdampak terhadap gangguan kecemasan, gangguan prilaku sosial, depresi, menurunkan kesadaran, mengganggu kualitas hidup bahkan sampai menyebabkan kematian. Permasalah mitra yaitu kurangnya edukasi kepada generasi muda milenial di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pengabdian ini bertempat di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih, Kecamatan VII Koto, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba bagi generasi muda milenial. Materi disampaikan melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan bantuan slide power point dan proyektor LCD. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa generasi pemuda milenial Desa Teluk Kayu Putih menyadari bahaya dan konsekuensi penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Training regarding learning media was held at TK Yos Sudarso Purwakarta with the learning media used were Learning Apps and Wordwall. Methods uses in this training are Andragogy method with 3 stages, namely Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this service ran smoothly, the learning media training participants were able to understand and complete the training activities well and succeeded in creating digital games using the Learning Apps and Word Wall platforms. Participants gave positive responses to the results of the training that had been carried out and hoped that the use of digital media could expand fun learning strategies in early childhood education.

In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Pada pengabdian tahun 2022 berfokus pada pembuatan web profile untuk organisasi KOWAPI. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang mitra alami saat ini, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan digitalisasi dan literasi website, organisasi KOWAPI meminta agar pihak Dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana kembali melakukan pengabdian yang berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengelolaan web profile yang sudah ada saat ini. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pembuatan konten berita, pengelolaan dashboard website, dan update dashboard beranda dengan memasukkan konten video dan foto-foto kegiatan organisai KOWAPI.

it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.

Just expecting regular customers significantly influences declining sales because the economic turnover of the people in Asahan Regency is limited due to the impact of COVID-19. Using observation methods and providing direct training to partner locations, implementing a website and e-catalog is essential for the Selasih Chips business in facing business challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi dapat membantu bisnis meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan memperluas pasar mereka. The method of implementing this service activity is through Community Education, the core activities are training, and mentoring and evaluation. Implementation of training activities and production assistance to increase revenue through improving production quality and marketing. It can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge, especially on how to improve the quality of production and marketing with test results that show improvement. Through this training, it is expected to have a positive impact, especially improving performance in Ari Tempe MSMEs so that they can increase income from the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
