This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

It is hoped that the literacy movement that has been implemented in schools can help students improve their literacy skills. However, on the contrary, this movement has not been carried out optimally so that literacy skills are still low. Students' literacy skills are low because students' interest in reading is also low. Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.

The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.

Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. The problem faced by KUBE Kuliner Asahan is Customer Relationship Management or customer management. Business actors have not been able to utilize customer data from social media to build better relationships with their customers, especially for retargeting and remarketing. This activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge about managing customers through social media and utilizing CRM data to identify potential customers, and prospective customers, identify customer journeys, and create promotional content according to customer characteristics. The activity participants are business actors who are members of the Asahan Culinary KUBE, totaling 25 people and the activities are carried out in the STMIK Royal meeting hall. The method used is community education through counseling and exposure to material with the help of power points. The results of its activities are the implementation of PkM activities and increased understanding and knowledge of business actors.

KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang memiliki anggota 4.093 anggota merupakan penjual dan pembeli yang bertransaksi serta berkomunikasi melalui social media faceebook. Permasalahan yang dihadapi KUBE Kuliner Asahan adalah Customer Relationhip Management atau pengelolaan pelanggan. Pelaku usaha belum mampu memanfaatkan data-data pelanggan dari sosial media untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan pelanggannya terutama untuk retargeting dan remarketing atau pemasaran ulang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman serta pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan pelanggan melalui media sosial serta pemanfaatan data CRM untuk melakukan identifikasi pelanggan potensial, calon pelanggan, melakukan identifikasi perjalanan pelanggan serta membuat konten promosi sesuai dengan karakteristik pelanggan. Peserta kegiatan adalah pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang berjumlah 25 orang dan kegiatan dilakukan di Aula pertemuan STMIK Royal. Metode yang digunakan pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan paparan materi dengan bantuan power point. Hasil kegiatannya adalah terlaksananya kegiatan PkM serta peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku usaha.

By conducting simulations or raising awareness among the public about this method, it aims to provide assistance to the community while promoting understanding of how the electrocoagulation process can be used to purify contaminated water sources, addressing issues such as water discoloration, oiliness, and unpleasant odor.

Abstrak : Masalah air bersih di Desa Sidomulyo terus menjadi isu yang sering muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara umum, air yang digunakan oleh masyarakat di desa tersebut memiliki warna coklat kekuningan, terkontaminasi oleh minyak, dan memiliki aroma yang tidak sedap. Hal ini terjadi karena sumber air yang digunakan berasal dari bekas lahan pertanian sawah atau tanah gambut. Keberadaan air bersih sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia dan berperan krusial dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk menciptakan sumber air bersih di Desa Sidomulyo adalah dengan menggunakan metode elektrokoagulasi. Metode elektrokoagulasi adalah proses penggumpalan dan pengendapan partikel-partikel halus dalam air dengan menggunakan energi listrik. Diharapkan dengan melakukan simulasi atau penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang metode elektrokoagulasi, maka masyarakat dapat terbantu sekaligus memahami tentang aplikasi metode elektrokoagulasi untuk penjernihan sumber air yang tercemar seperti warna air yang kuning kecoklatan, berminyak, dan berbau.

The result of this service is the teacher's understanding of making multimedia-based learning media that can be seen from discussions and questions and answers. Abstrak: Pembelajaran daring pada tingkat SD, TK dan PAUD menyisakan banyak masalah. Masalah dari sisi guru adalah harus menyediakan gadget yang mampu digunakan dalam pengoperasian, pengelolaan pertemuan secara daring serta menyediakan kuota internet dalam penyelenggaraan pertemuan dan pembelajaran secara daring. Dalam membuat media pembelajaran, guru juga harus menyediakan komputer yang mampu digunakan dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Masalah yang cukup serius adalah guru belum terlalu siap mengelola pembelajaran kelas secara daring maupun kesiapan pembuatan materi pembelajaran menggunakan tool pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Usaha-usaha yang dapat dilaksanakan guna menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan kapasitas dan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mencapai standar minimal yang dapat digunakan dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka perlu diadakan pelatihan atau pendampingan kepada para guru PAUD. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara mengenalkan dan memberikan tutorial bagaimana penggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Power Point. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman guru mengenai pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang dapat dilihat dari diskusi dan tanya jawab. Selain itu hasil dari pengabdian ini menambah kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk pembuatan media pembelajaran.
