Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

The implementation of the community partnership program is carried out using training methods to increase partners' knowledge and mentoring methods to improve skills in inorganic waste segregation. The result of implementing the Community Partnership Program is community knowledge and understanding of the importance of waste segregation. Another result is the increase in partners' skills in sorting inorganic waste so that it has economic value which in the end is able to provide additional family income and PKK cash sourced from selling the results of inorganic waste sorting.

Abstrak: Sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan polusi. Polusi plastik dapat mencemari tanah, saluran air dan lautan. Kondisi ini juga menjadi permasalahan di salah satu kampung Pulosari yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ma-syarakat akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah. It is imperative to find a solution to incentivise the community to care for the embung. Our service offers a range of ecotourism programmes for the purpose of promoting the development of tourist areas, with the aim of driving the local economy. Within our ecotourism programme, we offer rides such as bumper boats and floating cafes. Our main material of choice for ecotourism is PVC due to its affordable price and simple manufacturing process. In this service, we provide training and assistance to the community to enable them to manage their affairs independently in the future.

Aji Gunung dengan luas kurang lebih 900 m2 dengan kedalaman 0,5 – 1 m. Tidak adanya pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan mengakibatkan embung terkesan kumuh. Ditambah dengan tumbuhan air,ilalang serta lumpur yang semakin membuat kondisi embung memprihatinkan. Dari kondisi tersebut perlu adanya solusi untuk merangsang masyarakat agar peduli terhadap embung. Pada pengadian ini kami memberikan solusi untuk pengembangan daerah wisata,berupa program ekowisata. Kami berharap program ini mampu sebagai penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Pada program ekowisata terdapat bumper boat dan kafe apung sebagai wahana wisatanya. Bahan utama yang digunakan untuk ekowisata adalah PVC,karena harga lebih murah serta proses pembuatan lebih mudah. Pada pengabdian ini kami juga melatih dan mendampingi masyarakat agar mampu mandiri dalam manajemen pengelolaan nantinya.

The method of implementing this service activity is through Community Education, the core activities are training, and mentoring and evaluation. Implementation of training activities and production assistance to increase revenue through improving production quality and marketing. It can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge, especially on how to improve the quality of production and marketing with test results that show improvement. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Misalnya, desain grafis untuk pembuatan logo, toko online/olshop dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jualnya, begitu juga poster penjualan makanan dan lainnya, Salah satu alternatifnya design ini menggunakan aplikasi Canva, alat yang mendukung proses pembelajaran secara visual dan membantu melatih kemampuan literasi visual siswa dengan cepat dan mudah. Participants in this activity were 20 teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya with a series of mentoring activities for creating accounts and installing Mendeley, installing Plugins for Microsoft Office Word, installing Plugins for Web Browsers, using the Mendeley application, adding references from files , adding manual references, adding references from Web Browsers, changing reference details, adding citations to documents, adding references, adding citation styles, and changing citation styles. It can be concluded that this mentoring activity makes a good contribution to teacher professionalism in utilizing reference managers when writing scientific papers, this is evidenced by the teacher's ability to use reference managers of more than 95% in the minimal category quite well.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu guru agar dapat mensitasi karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan para guru di sekolah sasaran yang masih menggunakan sitasi karya ilmiah secara manual sehingga tidak memperhatikan konsistensi pengutipan. Pendampingan reference manager yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi mendeley. Peserta pendampingan adalah para guru di SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya sebanyak 20 orang dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembimbingan mendaftarkan akun, menginstalisasi Mendeley, menginstal plugin untuk Microsoft Word, menginstal plugin untuk Web Browser, mempraktikkan penggunaan perangkat lunak Mendeley, menginput referensi dari arsip file, menginput referensi manual, menginput referensi dari Web Browser, mengganti detail referensi, menginput kutipan pada dokumen, menginput daftar pustaka, menginput gaya pengutipan, dan mengganti gaya pengutipan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik kepada profesionalitas guru dalam memanfaatkan reference manager saat menulis karya ilmiah. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan reference manager lebih dari 95% dalam kategori minimal cukup baik.
