onstrates its commitment by issuing Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Achieving Sustainable Development Goals. The Central Statistics Agency of Asahan Regency implements the Cinta Statistik Village Sectoral Statistics Development Program or the so-called Beautiful Village and the 2021 Cinta Statistics Village SDGs Entry Program. The Cinta Statistics Village Development Program (Desa Cantik) focuses on increasing literacy, awareness and the active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing activities. Manual data management is still not effective and efficient to work quickly, precisely and accurately. With the development of technology, it is necessary to design a web-based SDGs Cinta Statistics application using the codeigniter framework by developing an agile method where this method is a software development method that is needed when the system has undergone repair or renewal. This application will help BPS Asahan employees work more effectively and efficiently so that the stored data is safe, fast, precise and accurate.

Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai salah satu Negara yang telah menyepakati penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) / Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) berkomitmen untuk menyukseskan pelaksanaan SDGs melalui berbagai kegiatan dan menunjukkan komitmen dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Asahan melaksanakan Program Pembinaan Statistik Sektoral Desa Cinta Statistik atau yang disebut Desa Cantik dan Program Entry SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik Tahun 2021. Program Pembinaan Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) berfokus pada meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran dan peran aktif perangkat desa/kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Pengelolaan data secara manual tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efesien untuk bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka perlulah dirancang sebuah aplikasi SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan mengembangkan metode agile dimana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan software yang dibutuhkan ketika sistem telah mengalami perbaikan atau pembaharuan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai BPS Asahan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data yang tersimpan aman, cepat, tepat dan akurat.

nt public health concern, particularly due to its complications such as peripheral neuropathy, which may lead to diabetic foot ulcers. This community service activity aimed to improve patients’ knowledge and preventive practices through an educational and participatory approach focusing on diabetic foot care and screening. A total of 21 participants enrolled in the Prolanis program at St. Carolus Paseban Primary Clinic were involved in this activity. Data analysis showed that most participants were male (52.4%), aged 65–74 years (57.1%), and had a duration of DM of less than 4 years (57.1%). The majority had no history of foot ulcers (81%) and did not perform regular physical exercise (57.1%). The results of diabetic foot screening indicated that most participants were categorized as very low risk (57.1%). Based on these findings, recommendations and follow-up actions were provided according to the screening protocol. It is expected that participants will be able to regularly monitor their blood glucose levels and implement appropriate foot care practices to prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot ulcers

Abstrak : Diabetes Mellitus (DM) adalah penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan kadar gula darah tinggi akibat gangguan produksi atau kerja insulin. Penyakit ini semakin meningkat di Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan utama karena dapat menimbulkan salah satu komplikasi serius yaitu neuropati perifer yang menyebabkan timbulnya ulkus diabetes pada kaki. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan pasien DM dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Adapun tindakan yang dilakukan adalah pemberian edukasi kesehatan terkait perawatan kaki dan pemeriksaan atau skrining kaki DM. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah pasien yang tergabung dalam Prolanis di Klinik Pratama St. Carolus Paseban sejumlah 21 peserta. Hasil analisis data pada kegiatan tersebut adalah mayoritas peserta laki laki (52,4 %), berusia 65 s.d 74 thn (57,1)dengan lama sakit DM adalah kurang dari 4 tahun (57,1 %). Selain itu mayoritas peserta tidak memiliki riwayat luka pada kaki (81%) dan tidak melakukan olahraga (57,1 %). Dari hasil skrining kaki DM yang dilakukan oleh tim Pengabdian Masyarakat didapatkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki risiko sangat rendah yaitu sejumlah 57,1 %. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemahaman peserta Prolanis yang meningkat tentang cara perawatan kaki dan pencegahan ulkus kaki diabetic. Selain itu juga terjadinya perubahan perilaku peserta Prolanis untuk melakukan pemantauan gula darah dan skrining ulang ke klinik pratama sebagai upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan.

he authority of the Province of North Sumatra, has 111 students across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. SLBN Tanjungbalai is led by Mrs. Resti, S.Pd., supported by 13 teachers and 1 administrative staff member. This media integrates an interactive kinesthetic system, binary Braille sensors, and artificial intelligence (AI) capable of recognizing Braille letter patterns based on tactile input and providing real-time voice feedback. Braille letters are converted into six-dot binary codes (Braille-cell), such as A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), up to Z (101011). These binary combinations are detected by tactile sensors or push buttons, then processed by an ESP32S connected to a 2004 LCD with I2C, a DFPlayer Mini, and a speaker to produce the corresponding letter sounds. The socialization activity was conducted at SDLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai, involving companion teachers and eight blind students. The activities included device demonstration, usage training, and interactive trials. The results show positive responses from both teachers and students, as the media enhances motivation, accuracy, and speed in learning Braille letters. RICKI-Braille proved to be more interactive and adaptive compared to conventional Braille learning media.

Abstrak: Media Reading And Interaction Console With Kinetic Intelligence – Braille versi prototipe bertujuan memperkenalkan inovasi teknologi pendidikan bagi peserta didik tunanetra di SLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai. Sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini memiliki 111 siswa dari jenjang SD, SMP, hingga SMA. SLBN Tanjungbalai dipimpin oleh Ibu Resti, S.Pd., dengan dukungan 13 guru dan 1 tenaga tata usaha. Media ini memadukan sistem kinestetik interaktif, sensor Braille biner, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang mampu mengenali pola huruf Braille berdasarkan input titik-titik taktil, kemudian memberikan umpan balik suara secara real-time. Huruf Braille dikonversi menjadi kode biner enam titik (Braille-cell), misalnya A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), dan seterusnya hingga Z (101011). Sensor taktil atau push button membaca kombinasi biner tersebut, lalu memprosesnya melalui ESP32S yang terhubung dengan LCD 2004 + I2C, DFPlayer Mini, dan speaker untuk menghasilkan suara huruf yang sesuai. Sosialisasi dilakukan di SDLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai dengan melibatkan guru pendamping dan delapan siswa tunanetra. Kegiatan mencakup demonstrasi alat, pelatihan penggunaan, serta uji coba interaktif. Hasilnya, guru dan siswa memberikan respons positif karena media ini meningkatkan motivasi, ketepatan, dan kecepatan belajar huruf Braille. RICKI-Braille terbukti lebih interaktif dan adaptif dibanding media Braille konvensional.

unpleasant odors, and increased dependency on chemical fertilizers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The main constraints are limited knowledge, skills, and access to waste processing technology. This community service program aims to optimize the utilization of cattle waste as organic fertilizer and alternative energy through the implementation of the Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm model. The method employed involves a participatory approach through extension, training, consultation, and the application of the appropriate MetaCow technology as a household-scale biogas digester. Program success was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments, analyzed by n-gain and paired sample t-test to assess improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the community’s ability to process waste into economically valuable organic fertilizer and biogas, while also strengthening the institutional capacity of Sanggar Tani as a center for sustainable agricultural technology learning. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, sustainable production, and environmental preservation.

Abstrak: Masyarakat peternak sapi di Desa Branjang, Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan utama yakni penumpukan limbah ternak yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, munculnya bau tidak sedap, serta meningkatnya ketergantungan akan pupuk kimia serta gas elpiji. Kendala atama adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta akses terhadap teknologi pengolahan limbah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah ternak sapi sebagai pupuk organik dan energi alternatif melalui penerapan model Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna MetaCow sebagai digester biogas rumah tangga, serta evaluasi keberhasilan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis melalui uji n-gain dan paired sample t-test untuk menilai peningkatan tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik dan biogas yang bernilai ekonomis serta memperkuat kelembagaan Sanggar Tani sebagai pusat pembelajaran teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. Program ini berkontribusi pada tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya energi bersih, produksi berkelanjutan, dan pelestarian lingkungan.

Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

n highly limited. This study aims to design and evaluate an end-to-end automated meeting summarization architecture that directly integrates Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) via OpenAI Whisper for transcription and the IndoT5 language model for abstractive summarization. IndoT5 was fine-tuned using a dataset of 486 Indonesian spoken language transcript pairs. Testing was conducted on a CPU infrastructure using MP4, MP3, and WAV formats. Results show the optimal fine-tuning configuration significantly improved accuracy, achieving ROUGE-1 (0.4167), ROUGE-2 (0.1973), and ROUGE-L (0.2701) scores. Computationally, the system achieved a Real-Time Factor below 1, processing data faster than the actual recording duration. Conclusively, integrating Whisper and IndoT5 shows potential in producing coherent meeting summaries with lightweight computational overhead, making it viable for local infrastructure implementation to ensure data privacy.

Meskipun model peringkas otomatis telah berkembang, implementasi sistem terintegrasi (end-to-end) khusus percakapan lisan berbahasa Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi arsitektur peringkas rapat otomatis end-to-end yang mengintegrasikan langsung Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) melalui OpenAI Whisper untuk transkripsi dan model bahasa IndoT5 untuk peringkasan abstraktif. Adaptasi domain dilakukan melalui fine-tuning IndoT5 menggunakan 486 pasang dataset transkrip lisan berbahasa Indonesia. Pengujian pada infrastruktur CPU menggunakan format MP4, MP3, dan WAV. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan konfigurasi fine-tuning optimal berhasil meningkatkan akurasi, dengan skor ROUGE-1 (0,4167), ROUGE-2 (0,1973), dan ROUGE-L (0,2701). Sistem mendemonstrasikan efisiensi komputasi dengan nilai Real-Time Factor di bawah 1, mengindikasikan waktu pemrosesan lebih cepat dari durasi rekaman asli. Kesimpulannya, integrasi Whisper dan IndoT5 menunjukkan potensi dalam menghasilkan ringkasan yang koheren dengan beban komputasi ringan, sehingga layak diimplementasikan pada infrastruktur lokal organisasi untuk menjaga privasi data.

e commonly used for image upscaling; however, these approaches often produce blurred images, lose fine textures, and fail to reconstruct complex visual structures. This study aims to enhance digital image resolution by employing a deep learni based approach using a Low-Light Convolutional Neural Network (LLCNN) built upon a Deep Neural Network (DNN) architecture. The dataset used in this study is the DIV2K dataset, which consists of 1,000 high-resolution images. These images were downsampled using scaling factors of ×2, ×3, and ×4 to generate paired Low Resolution–High Resolution (LR–HR) data for training and evaluation. The proposed LLCNN is designed to extract important features such as edges, textures, and local patterns through multiple convolutional layers, followed by non-linear mapping to reconstruct high-resolution images more accurately. Quantitative performance evaluation was conducted using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and the Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). Model performance was evaluated quantitatively using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) metric. Experimental results showed that the proposed method improved image quality compared to the bilinear method. These results indicate that the deep learning based approach effectively improves image sharpness and structural fidelity, thereby demonstrating its potential for digital image resolution enhancement.

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama dalam pengolahan citra digital adalah keterbatasan resolusi yang menyebabkan detail visual sulit dipertahankan ketika citra diperbesar. Metode konvensional seperti Bilinear Interpolation masih banyak digunakan, namun sering menghasilkan citra buram, kehilangan tekstur halus, serta tidak mampu merekonstruksi struktur visual yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas resolusi citra digital dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan deep learning berbasis Low-Light Convolutional Neural Network (LLCNN) yang dibangun di atas arsitektur Deep Neural Network (DNN). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari dataset DIV2K, yang terdiri dari 1000 citra beresolusi tinggi. Citra tersebut diturunkan menjadi resolusi rendah menggunakan faktor downsampling ×2, ×3, dan ×4 untuk membentuk pasangan data Low Resolution–High Resolution (LR–HR) sebagai data pelatihan dan pengujian. LLCNN dirancang untuk mengekstraksi fitur-fitur penting seperti tepi, tekstur, dan pola lokal melalui beberapa lapisan konvolusi, kemudian melakukan pemetaan non-linear guna merekonstruksi citra resolusi tinggi secara lebih presisi. Evaluasi performa model dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan metrik Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas citra dibandingkan metode bilinear. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis deep learning efektif dalam meningkatkan ketajaman dan kesesuaian struktur citra digital.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed to provide assessments that are objective, measurable, and accountable. This study aims to optimize the Posyandu cadre selection process in Lubuk Kilangan District through the development of a decision support system based on a hybrid method: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is applied to determine the weight of each selection criterion based on its level of importance through pairwise comparisons. Subsequently, TOPSIS is used to rank candidates according to their proximity to the ideal solution. The methodology includes a literature review, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders (community health centers, cadres, and village officials), as well as the implementation and testing of the AHP–TOPSIS–based system.

Kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan serta rendahnya motivasi kader. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mampu memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif, terukur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemilihan kader Posyandu di Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan melalui pengembangan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis metode hybrid Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menetapkan bobot masing-masing kriteria pemilihan kader berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan melalui perbandingan berpasangan. Selanjutnya, metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan calon kader berdasarkan kedekatannya terhadap solusi ideal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada stakeholder terkait (puskesmas, kader, dan perangkat desa), serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem berbasis AHP-TOPSIS.
