Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kompensasi, Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Gen Z

Abstract: The participation of Generation Z in the contemporary labor market serves as a key catalyst in driving technological adoption, organizational innovation, and changes in work culture. However, the high turnover intention… among this generation indicates instability in employee retention, which can impact operational efficiency and continuity, particularly in the service sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.

Periode Pelatihan Fisik untuk Atlet Elit: Konsep Saat Ini dan Arah Masa Depan

Abstract: Physical training periodization is a scientific approach aimed at systematically regulating training load, volume, and intensity to achieve peak performance in elite athletes while minimizing the risk of injury. This study… dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Meta-analisis Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Fisika dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL)

Abstract: Physics education in schools often faces challenges in terms of student engagement and understanding due to the abstract nature of the concepts and the high analytical skills required. Conventional, non-interactive teaching… ing approaches tend to be ineffective in addressing these issues. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics through a meta-analysis. The PBL model emphasizes student-centered learning, where students are invited to solve real and relevant problems, thus increasing engagement and deeper conceptual understanding. Data were collected from 20 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, which discuss students’ cognitive abilities and the PBL approach. The meta-analysis results show that PBL has a significant effect on improving students’ cognitive abilities in Physics, with 13 articles showing high effect sizes, 3 articles moderate effect sizes, and 4 articles low effect sizes. PBL has proven effective in developing students’ critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, PBL enhances students’ active participation in the learning process and facilitates the understanding and application of Physics concepts in various practical situations. This study asserts that PBL is an effective method for improving students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics at the high school level, by fostering critical thinking, communication, and practical knowledge application skills. These findings underscore the importance of using innovative learning models such as PBL to advance Physics education and improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract: This study aims to create and implement a physics learning visualization tool that can be used to determine sound intensity. This teaching aid is designed to help students understand physics concepts related to sound waves… es and their measurements in a more interactive and practical way. The research method used was a review of 20 articles. The results of literature studies can help students better understand the concept of sound intensity. They have the ability to directly see changes in sound intensity through interactive teaching aids. Based on the research results, it was concluded that this physics learning aid not only helps in learning the concept of sound intensity, but also increases students' motivation and interest in learning. The use of teaching aids/visualization is recommended in physics education at the upper secondary education level or equivalent, as an innovative and efficient learning medium.

Pengaruh Penambahan Dekstrin dan Kulit Buah Naga Merah terhadap Karakteristik Fisiko Kimia dan Organoleptik Serbuk Mangga Gadung Klonal 21

Abstract: Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) is the result of crossbreeding between Gadung Mango and Arumanis, acknowledged as a native fruit of Pasuruan Regency. However, the sales of this fruit decline during the peak… harvest season, causing difficulties for farmers in processing ripe fruit. Therefore, technology is needed to enhance shelf life and create innovative products using Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) as the base ingredient, with the addition of antioxidants from red dragon fruit peel. The aim of this research is to assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics and identify the best combination of adding dextrin and red dragon fruit peel to Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) powder. This study employed a randomized block design with two main factors: the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract (M) with 2 levels (15 grams and 20 grams) and the addition of dextrin (D) with 3 levels (15 grams, 20 grams, and 25 grams). The study was repeated three times, resulting in a total of 18 treatments. Analysis encompassed antioxidant activity, water content, solubility, as well as organoleptic evaluations of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The best results were observed in the M1D3 treatment (15 grams of red dragon fruit peel and 25 grams of dextrin), with an antioxidant activity of 58.96 mg/ml, water content of 9.15%, solubility of 79.31%, color rating of 3.56 (liked), taste rating of 3.8 (liked), aroma rating of 3.04 (somewhat liked), and texture rating of 3.76 (liked).   Keywords: Antioxidant, Clonal 21 gadung mango, Dextrin, Red dragon fruit skin

Sosialisasi Dan Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Domba Qurban Berbasis Web

Abstract: Saat ini masih banyak penjual qurban di Pematangsiantar yang melakukan proses penjualan hewan qurban secara manual atau tradisional. Pencatatan pemesanan, pembayaran, dan informasi hewan masih menggunakan buku atau catatan… an fisik. Menjelang hari raya Idul Adha biasanya permintaan meningkat drastis, sehingga berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan dalam pengelolaan waktu, tenaga, dan keuangan, serta potensi kehilangan data. Pengabdian masyarakat menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada. Pengabdian dilakukan bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan domba qurban berbasis website untuk kemudian digunakan untuk mempermudah transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli secara efisien, transparan, dan real-time. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan mampu membantu pelaku usaha penjual qurban dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi pembeli.

Analisis Work Engagement Karyawan sebagai Program Kerja Mahasiswa Magang di PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development

Abstract: Work engagement merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang mencerminkan keterlibatan karyawan secara fisik, emosional, dan kognitif dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat work engagement… ent karyawan PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development pada tiga dimensi utama, yaitu vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan produksi yang berjumlah 45 orang, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) versi Indonesia yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi penilaian. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif melalui IBM SPSS untuk melihat nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, dan persentase masing-masing dimensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat work engagement karyawan berada pada kategori sedang–tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata skor total sebesar 46,53. Dimensi dedication menjadi aspek yang paling dominan, sedangkan vigor berada pada kategori moderat. Secara keseluruhan, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan memiliki keterlibatan emosional dan kognitif yang cukup baik dalam menjalankan pekerjaan, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan pada aspek energi dan ketahanan kerja. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja secara optimal.

“Aksi Bersih Desa”: Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kerja Bakti di Kolaka Timur

Abstract: Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Talata, Kecamatan Tinondo, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur masih menjadi tantangan, ditandai dengan rendahnya kesadaran warga dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya sehingga kebersihan lingkungan… ngan tidak terjaga dengan baik. Sebagai bentuk respon terhadap masalah tersebut, dilaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan “Aksi Bersih Desa” yang berfokus pada kegiatan kerja bakti rutin. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan setiap minggu pada hari Jumat pada tanggal 16, 23, dan 30 Agustus serta 6 September 2024 dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Halu Oleo. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan aksi bersih desa ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari aparat desa dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan desa, tempat ibadah, dan fasilitas umum tampak lebih bersih. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil memperbaiki kondisi fisik lingkungan, tetapi juga membangun kembali semangat gotong royong dan kepedulian warga terhadap kebersihan. Dengan demikian, aksi bersih desa dengan kegiatan kerja bakti merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi agenda rutin warga Desa Talata sehingga kebersihan lingkungan tetap terjaga.

Optimalisasi Rekrutmen Karyawan Melalui Tes Tatap Muka dan Daring: Pengabdian Masyarakat Di Sektor Logistik

Abstract: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode rekrutmen karyawan yang paling efektif dalam sektor logistik, khususnya dengan membandingkan tes seleksi berbasis daring dan tatap muka. Metode yang… ang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) untuk menggali pengoptimalisasian rekrutmen karyawan melalui tes tatap muka  dan daring di perusahaan logistik. Melalui pendampingan dan simulasi proses rekrutmen pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang logistik di Kota Makassar, ditemukan bahwa metode rekrutmen tatap muka lebih unggul dan memberikan hasil yang lebih komprehensif dan akurat daripada rekrutmen daring. Tes tatap muka memungkinkan perekrut untuk menilai komunikasi non-verbal, etika kerja, dan kesiapan fisik kandidat secara langsung, aspek yang sulit diperoleh melalui seleksi daring. Meskipun tes daring menawarkan efisiensi dari sisi waktu dan biaya, pendekatan tatap muka terbukti lebih efektif dalam menjaring calon tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri logistik. Namun, rekrutmen tatap muka masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan. Dengan demikian, rekrutmen secara hybrid direkomendasikan sebagai metode utama dalam optimalisasi seleksi tenaga kerja di sektor logistik.
