The problem faced by these MSMEs is that the production process is still very minimal, and the way of marketing products still uses a house-to-house system. The problem solving provided from this service program is to offer training and mentoring to increase production, providing assistance with tools and goods that can maximize production, and marketing training. The method of implementing this service activity is through Community Education, the core activities are training, and mentoring and evaluation. Implementation of training activities and production assistance to increase revenue through improving production quality and marketing. It can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge, especially on how to improve the quality of production and marketing with test results that show improvement. Through this training, it is expected to have a positive impact, especially improving performance in Ari Tempe MSMEs so that they can increase income from the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) is an activity that intends to deliver knowledge training on Google Drive cloud storage technology as an alternative to the online storage medium. Tanjung Balai 4 SMKN was involved as a PkM partner in the activity, which focused on introducing and training in using Google Drive. Among the tactics employed is teaching instructors about the characteristics and benefits of Google Drive as an online storage medium. Tanjung Balai SMKN4 instructors in the 20-teacher group improved their understanding of Google Drive features and functionalities, as well as their capacity to handle files efficiently, after attending the session. Because cooperation partners and instructors at SMKN 4 Tanjung Balai may utilize the information learned to maximize the usage of Google Drive in school activities, using Google Drive has a beneficial influence on PkM activities.

Abstrak: Sistem penyimpanan data tidak hanya bertujuan agar tersimpan secara rapi dan aman namun dapat juga diakses dengan mudah saat data dibutuhkan. Sebelumnya para guru belum terbiasa menggunakan google drive dan lebih sering menyimpan data dismartphone sehingga membebani penyimpanan serta kesulitan dalam menemukan file saat akan digunakan dan data yang sering tertinggal karena disimpan dimedia flashdisk atau dilaptop yg berbeda. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru tentang pengetahuan teknologi cloud storage google drive sebagai alternatif media penyimpanan online. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melibatkan SMKN4 Tanjung Balai sebagai mitra dalam PkM yang fokus pada pengenalan dan pelatihan penggunaan google drive. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan kepada guru-guru mengenai fitur dan manfaat google drive sebagai media penyimpanan online. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, guru SMKN4 Tanjung Balai yang mengikuti 20 guru mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang fitur dan fungsi google drive, serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola file secara efektif. Pemanfaatan google drive juga memberikan dampak positif dalam kegiatan PkM sebagai kolaborasi mitra dan guru SMKN 4 Tanjung Balai dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan google drive dalam kegiatan sekolah.

Abstrak: Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan solusi berupa
pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada guru dan siswa-siswi dalam menggunakan alat peraga. SMP Widiatmika merupakan sekolah swasta beralamat di Jalan Raya Kampus Udayana, Pondok Taman Nusantara No.01, Jimbaran. Dari hasil wawancara dengan mitra diperoleh permasalahan bahwa pihak sekolah masih terbatas dalam memanfaatkan alat peraga khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penggunaan alat peraga ini dalam pembelajaran sangat penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Alat peraga yang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan sistematis, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, serta dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan alat peraga lingkaran di SMP Widiatmika telah berjalan lancar. Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama satu hari ini telah dilaksanakan secara luring. Semangat para dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pendampingan begitu juga dengan antusias guru dan siswa pelatihan membuat kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang terjadinya pada produsen beras adalah rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya branding, dan sistem penjualan yang masih konvensial. Tujuan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penerapam teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) ini ialah untuk membantu produsen beras dalam hal pengembangan usahanya agar lebih berkembang dan adanya peningkatan pendapatan. Langkah efektif yang sudah dijalankan oleh tim pengabdian ialah diawali dengan menganalisis situasi dilapangan secara langsung kemudian hasilnya dijadikan sebagai acuan pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan ialah penerapan teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) yang tata caranya dilakukan melalui praktik secara langsung. Terkait metode ini maka beberapa langkah yang dilakukan ialah melakukan obervasi awal ke lokasi, kemudian melakukan penyusunan rencana kegiatan, sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi selama kegiatan berlangsung . Hasil yang diperoleh dari adanya pengabdian ini ialah 1) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tata cara desain kemasan produk beras tjiawi ramos 2) Adanya peningkatan terkait atribut produk yang sudah dibuat 3) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tatacara branding yang baik bagi usaha beras serta ramos.

Meanwhile for objects with a fever, the temperature is >= 370C and no watering is carried out, and they are not allowed to enter. All module voltages use the 5VDC input voltage, which is supplied from the controller. Meanwhile, the pump voltage uses a 12VDC inverter, which is reduced to 5.68 VDC.

Abstrak: Virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Semenjak penyebaran covid-19 banyak instansi pemerintahan di indonesia yang mendapatkan imbasnya, diantaranya SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Meluasnya virus corona mengakibatkan sekolah ini tidak lagi bisa melakukan pembalajaran tatap muka dimulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Untuk mengantisipasinya penyebaran covid-19 diwilayah SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai ini, maka tim pengabdian merancang sistem pengaman dipintu masuk sekolah untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid, sehingga jika ada orang atau kendaraan yang ingin memasuki sekolah tersebut akan di semprot secara otomatis dengan cairan disinfektan, selain itu alat tersebut juga bisa membaca suhu tubuh pengunjung. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan ipteks, dimana tim pengabdian berkonsultasi dengan kepala Sekolah tentang masalah yang ada, yaitu untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 di area sekolah.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian medapati bahwa Ada 3 kondisi pembacaan objek yaitu, ketika tidak ada objek, atau tangan, maka suhu diseting 30 0C tidak melakukan penyiraman, sementara jika objek tidak demam, suhu di range 330C-360C dan dilakukan penyiraman. Sementara untuk objek yang demam, maka suhu >= 370C dan tidak dilakukan penyiraman, serta tidak diperbolehkan masuk. Seluruh tegangan modul, menggunakan tegangan input 5VDC, yang disupply dari controller. Sementara untuk tegangan pompa menggunakan inverter 12VDC, yang dikecilkan menjadi 5,68 VDC.

WordPress is a widely used CMS for developing company profile web services for small, medium and large companies. So the selection of this CMS is very suitable for the BKPRMI homepage. Apart from that, the Wordpress CMS is very easy to install and use. The features provided are very complete for organizational website services.

Saat ini BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki fasilitas website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi kepada seluruh anggota maupun masyarakat umum. Website sudah menjadi fasilitas wajib yang harus disediakan sebagai media untuk menyebarkan informasi kepada seluruh masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) Asahan merupakan suatu bentuk tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Workshop pengelolaan Homepage BKPRMI. Website BKPRMI ini berbasis Wordpress.
