The benefit of the activity is that it prevents hallucinations from occurring. The aim of the research is to determine the description of nursing care for patients with schizophrenic auditory hallucinations with a focus on the act of conversing with other people. Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts. The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. It was concluded that the technique of conversing with other people can prevent signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.

. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

One of its side effect is increase weight, which is usually distressing for women due to the increase risk of suffering from many diseases such as heart attack, type-2 diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea, certain cancer, osteoarthritis, and asthma. The study aim was to identify the difference weight gain occurence between 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception users in Muara Village- Suranenggala District. This research method uses comparative analytic studies using cross sectional resulting research which measured in interval scale. The sample is all 3 months KB injecting participants as much as 30 respondents and 1 month KB injections as much as 30 respondents. The data is analysis using t-test. The result showed a ρ value of 0,005 which meant there was a difference in weight gain occurence between the users of 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception. The 3 monthly injection had been proven increasing the incidence of weight gain compared to the 1 monthly one. It was suggested that midwives should give proper counselling regarding to side effect of increasing weight gain during the use of 3 monthly contraceptive injection to be aware of by the users. Further investigation on other influencing factors of weight gain among contraceptive injection users.

So, this research aims to: 1) improve student’s reading habits. 2). increase student;s interest in reading recount text. 3). Can increase student’s knowledge in composing words. 4). Student’s can translate simple English sentences. The research was carried out with a PTK design consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of one meeting. The result of the research showed that teacher skills increased from an average score (good) in cycle one, then increased to (very good) in cycle two. The percentage of completion of literacy habituation learning in reading comprehension increased from 70 % in cycle one to 90 % in cycle two. The conclusion of this research is that the KWL strategy and videos animasi, Ice Breaking can improve teacher skills, student’s activities and learning outcomes.

The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.

This research employs a true experimental design with a posttest-only control group design, involving 124 students randomly selected to be placed in two classes: the control class and the experimental class. The results indicate that the experimental class, which implemented the mind mapping method with Canva media, had an average score of 81.84, higher than the control class, which only used Canva media without the mind mapping method, with an average score of 74.39. Statistical tests revealed that the mind mapping method had a significant impact on improving procedural text writing skills, with a to value of 106.42, far exceeding the critical t-value at the 5% significance level (2.01) and the 1% significance level (2.68). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, demonstrating that the use of the mind mapping method along with Canva media is proven to be effective in enhancing students' ability to write procedural texts.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dipilih secara purposive yang terdiri atas kepala kampung, tokoh adat, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, pemuda, dan masyarakat adat Suku Wambon. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelestarian Kanemoton masih dilakukan melalui pewarisan nilai secara lisan, pelaksanaan ritual adat, penghormatan terhadap kawasan keramat, penerapan hukum adat, serta pembinaan oleh tokoh adat kepada generasi muda. Tokoh adat memiliki peran sentral sebagai penjaga nilai budaya sekaligus penyelesai konflik adat. Namun demikian, pelestarian Kanemoton menghadapi berbagai tantangan berupa modernisasi, globalisasi, masuknya budaya luar, berkurangnya regenerasi pemangku adat, serta minimnya dokumentasi budaya. Di sisi lain, meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dan dukungan pemerintah daerah terhadap pelestarian budaya menjadi peluang untuk menjaga keberlangsungan nilai Kanemoton. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus intrinsik, penelitian dilakukan di empat kabupaten, Merauke, Mappi, Asmat, dan Boven Digoel., melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan dan literatur ilmiah. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan makna dalam dinamika identitas yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik identitas memainkan peran ganda: sebagai narasi pemersatu untuk melegitimasi pemekaran dan sebagai sumber fragmentasi akibat diferensiasi identitas sub-etnis. Elite lokal memanfaatkan identitas kultural dan historis untuk memperoleh legitimasi politik, sementara masyarakat adat menggunakan identitas sebagai alat negosiasi representasi dan kontrol atas sumber daya. Di sisi lain, negara menempatkan pemekaran sebagai strategi stabilisasi dan percepatan pembangunan. Perbedaan orientasi ini menciptakan ruang negosiasi yang terus berlangsung dalam konsolidasi pemerintahan Papua Selatan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan provinsi baru bergantung pada kemampuan mengelola identitas secara inklusif, memastikan representasi OAP, dan mencegah dominasi elite dalam struktur kekuasaan daerah.

Sebagian besar petani sawit swadaya di Papua Selatan masih menghadapi kendala pada literasi digital, akses teknologi, kelembagaan yang lemah, serta belum adanya sistem ketertelusuran (traceability system) yang memenuhi standar keberlanjutan seperti Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) dan European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan petani sawit swadaya terhadap implementasi sistem pemetaan digital rantai nilai di Papua Selatan, dengan fokus pada tiga dimensi utama: kelembagaan lokal, kapasitas digital petani, dan dukungan kebijakan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap petani, aparat kampung, koperasi, dan dinas terkait di Kabupaten Merauke dan Boven Digoel, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap kebijakan daerah dan laporan keberlanjutan. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman (1994) yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesiapan digital petani masih tergolong rendah hingga sedang akibat minimnya literasi dan infrastruktur penunjang, namun terdapat potensi penguatan kelembagaan koperasi serta dukungan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka kesiapan digital petani sawit berbasis konteks lokal Papua Selatan yang mengintegrasikan aspek kelembagaan, teknologi, dan kebijakan untuk mewujudkan sistem ketertelusuran berbasis komunitas yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
