Sosialisasi Social Media Security Awareness Pada Warga Desa Cempaka Kab. Oku

Abstract: Awareness of social media security is very important today, especially due to the increasing number of online security threats that can affect user privacy and data security. Moreover, the condition of rural communities… is in dire need of knowledge to be wiser in using social media. This community service was carried out in Cempaka Village, Cempaka District, OKU Timur Regency, with the aim of increasing public understanding of cyber security. The methods used were education and socialization about cyber threats, the importance of maintaining password confidentiality, and personal data privacy. This activity involved the active participation of various levels of the Cempaka Village community. The results of this service showed a significant increase  understanding of social media secutty awareness. People became more aware of the risks of crime on social media and had better knowledge of how to protect themselves. Apalagi kondisi masyarakat desa yang sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan agar lebih bijaksana dalam menggunakan media sosial. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cempaka, Kecamatan Cempaka, Kabupaten OKU Timur, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan siber. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang ancaman siber, pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi, dan privasi data pribadi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat Desa Cempaka. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan media sosial. Masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar akan risiko kejahatan di media sosial dan memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang cara melindungi diri mereka. Pemberdayaan KTT Jabal Farm Milenial Melalui Teknologi IOT Pemantauan Kolam dan Pakan Ikan Otomatis

Abstract: The Jabal Farm Millennial Taruna Tani Group is located in Kefamenanu City, focusing on freshwater fish farming and agriculture. The conventional fish farming system faces challenges in terms of monitoring pond conditions… and efficient feeding. One of the main problems faced by the group is the difficulty in maintaining optimal water temperature and quality as well as manual feeding management. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with an Android application. This technology allows monitoring of pond conditions such as water temperature and pH automatically, as well as periodic fish feeding settings. This community service aims to build IoT-based automatic monitoring tools and systems, as well as provide training and mentoring to members of the Jabal Farm Taruna Tani Group in using IoT technology for fish pond management. The implementation method in this activity uses a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach that emphasizes active community participation in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation and follow-up. With IoT technology, it is expected that fish pond management patterns will become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve fish farming performance, reduce risks, and facilitate management, thus having a positive impact on the productivity and welfare of farmers. Sistem budidaya ikan yang masih konvensional menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemantauan kondisi kolam dan pemberian pakan yang efisien. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi kelompok ini adalah kesulitan dalam menjaga suhu dan kualitas air yang optimal serta pengelolaan pemberian pakan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan implementasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Android. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi kolam seperti suhu dan pH air secara otomatis, serta pengaturan pemberian pakan ikan secara berkala. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun alat dan sistem pemantauan otomatis berbasis IoT, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm dalam menggunakan teknologi IoT untuk manajemen kolam ikan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang menekankan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dengan adanya teknologi IoT, diharapkan pola pengelolaan kolam ikan akan menjadi lebih modern dan efisien. Teknologi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan performa budidaya ikan, mengurangi risiko, dan memudahkan manajemen, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani. Pelatihan Penguatan Kapasitas Masyarakat Menuju Desa Tangguh Bencana Di Desa Rembitan

Abstract: The main problem in partner locations is the lack of community awareness in responding to disasters; residents do not yet understand the risks and impacts of natural disasters and preventive measures that can be taken to… reduce losses. This lack of knowledge makes the community unprepared and slow to respond to emergencies, ultimately increasing their safety and well-being risk. The training includes counselling sessions, workshops, and disaster simulations. Each session is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the types of disasters, mitigation techniques, evacuation, and first aid steps. The results of this training showed a significant increase in the preparedness and response of the Rembitan Village community to emergencies. The post-disaster simulation evaluation also showed an increase in the participants' practical abilities in dealing with disasters. This program strengthens social structures and solidarity between residents and creates a model that can be applied in other villages with similar disaster risks. With ongoing support, Rembitan Village is expected to become a successful example of building community resilience to disasters, ultimately improving its residents' welfare and security.   Keywords: capacity; strengthening; mitigation; disaster resilient     Abstrak: Masalah utama yang terjadi ditempat mitra yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menyikapi bencana, selain itu warga belum memahami risiko dan dampak dari bencana alam, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk mengurangi kerugian. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini membuat masyarakat tidak siap dan lambat dalam merespons situasi darurat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Pelatihan mencakup sesi penyuluhan, workshop, dan simulasi bencana. Setiap sesi dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai jenis-jenis bencana, teknik mitigasi, serta langkah-langkah evakuasi dan pertolongan pertama. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dan respons masyarakat Desa Rembitan terhadap situasi darurat. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Rembitan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Masyarakat kini lebih memahami risiko bencana dan langkah mitigasi yang perlu diambil, Selain itu, mereka telah mempraktikkan simulasi bencana yang meningkatkan kemampuan mereka merespons situasi darurat.   Kata kunci: kapasitas; penguatan; mitigasi; tangguh bencana    

Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Unggas Jaya Melalui Teknologi Monitoring Gas Amonia Dan Suhu Kandang Otomatis Berbasis IoT

Abstract: The Poultry Jaya farmer group is in the city of Kefamenanu, the native chicken farming system of the Jaya Poultry Group is still conventional. One of the main problems faced by this group is the lack of monitoring and controlling… ntrolling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. WEB-BASED ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SELECTION DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM USING A COMBINATION OF SMART AND TOPSIS METHODS

Abstract: Abstract: Choosing the right elementary school is a crucial milestone for a child's future. However, the large number of school options in Asahan Regency with diverse criteria such as accreditation, facilities, fees, curriculum,… riculum, and accessibility often makes it difficult for parents. Decision-making tends to be based on subjective word-of-mouth recommendations, which risks triggering bias. This research aims to develop an adaptive and objective web-based elementary school selection Decision Support System (DSS) framework to minimize such bias. The system is designed using a hybrid model that combines the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method as a dynamic criteria weighting engine based on parents' preferences, and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to rank ten alternative schools. System testing was conducted through black-box testing functionality and empirical accuracy testing using Spearman Rank Correlation involving 40 respondents. The black-box testing results confirmed that all main system operations ran perfectly with a 100% success rate. Validity testing demonstrated very high accuracy, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.89, demonstrating significant alignment between the system's recommendations and actual choices on the ground. Thus, the SMART-TOPSIS framework has proven reliable as a data-driven approach to helping parents choose the best elementary school. Namun, banyaknya pilihan sekolah di Kabupaten Asahan dengan keberagaman kriteria seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya, kurikulum, dan aksesibilitas sering kali menyulitkan orang tua. Pengambilan keputusan pun cenderung didasarkan pada rekomendasi subjektif dari mulut ke mulut, yang berisiko memicu bias. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kerangka kerja Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan sekolah dasar berbasis web yang adaptif dan objektif guna meminimalkan bias tersebut. Sistem dirancang menggunakan model hibrida yang mengombinasikan metode *Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique* (SMART) sebagai mesin pembobotan kriteria dinamis sesuai preferensi orang tua, serta metode *Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution* (TOPSIS) untuk memeringkat sepuluh sekolah alternatif. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui uji fungsionalitas *black-box testing* dan uji akurasi empiris menggunakan Korelasi Peringkat Spearman dengan melibatkan 40 responden. Hasil *black-box testing* mengonfirmasi seluruh operasi utama sistem berjalan sempurna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Uji validitas menunjukkan akurasi sangat tinggi dengan koefisien korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,89, membuktikan keselarasan signifikan antara rekomendasi sistem dan pilihan nyata di lapangan. Dengan demikian, kerangka SMART-TOPSIS ini terbukti andal sebagai pendekatan berbasis data untuk membantu orang tua memilih sekolah dasar terbaik. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF AUTOMATED MEETING SUMMARIZATION BASED ON OPEN AI WHISPER AND INDOT5 FINE-TUNING

Abstract: Abstract: Manual meeting documentation risks losing important information due to cognitive fatigue. Although automated summarization models have evolved, integrated end-to-end systems for Indonesian spoken language remain… n highly limited. This study aims to design and evaluate an end-to-end automated meeting summarization architecture that directly integrates Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) via OpenAI Whisper for transcription and the IndoT5 language model for abstractive summarization. IndoT5 was fine-tuned using a dataset of 486 Indonesian spoken language transcript pairs. Testing was conducted on a CPU infrastructure using MP4, MP3, and WAV formats. Results show the optimal fine-tuning configuration significantly improved accuracy, achieving ROUGE-1 (0.4167), ROUGE-2 (0.1973), and ROUGE-L (0.2701) scores. Computationally, the system achieved a Real-Time Factor below 1, processing data faster than the actual recording duration. Conclusively, integrating Whisper and IndoT5 shows potential in producing coherent meeting summaries with lightweight computational overhead, making it viable for local infrastructure implementation to ensure data privacy. Meskipun model peringkas otomatis telah berkembang, implementasi sistem terintegrasi (end-to-end) khusus percakapan lisan berbahasa Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi arsitektur peringkas rapat otomatis end-to-end yang mengintegrasikan langsung Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) melalui OpenAI Whisper untuk transkripsi dan model bahasa IndoT5 untuk peringkasan abstraktif. Adaptasi domain dilakukan melalui fine-tuning IndoT5 menggunakan 486 pasang dataset transkrip lisan berbahasa Indonesia. Pengujian pada infrastruktur CPU menggunakan format MP4, MP3, dan WAV. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan konfigurasi fine-tuning optimal berhasil meningkatkan akurasi, dengan skor ROUGE-1 (0,4167), ROUGE-2 (0,1973), dan ROUGE-L (0,2701). Sistem mendemonstrasikan efisiensi komputasi dengan nilai Real-Time Factor di bawah 1, mengindikasikan waktu pemrosesan lebih cepat dari durasi rekaman asli. Kesimpulannya, integrasi Whisper dan IndoT5 menunjukkan potensi dalam menghasilkan ringkasan yang koheren dengan beban komputasi ringan, sehingga layak diimplementasikan pada infrastruktur lokal organisasi untuk menjaga privasi data. INTEGRATION IOT AND BIM FOR TECHNOLOGY AND IOT ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: Abstract: This research focuses on technology and integration tools for IoT environments, with an emphasis on three main aspects: the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and IoT, the utilization of real-time… me data, and the urban IoT framework. The integration of BIM and IoT enables a smarter and more efficient building management system by utilizing IoT data to monitor real-time building conditions and improve maintenance and operational processes. This research seeks to identify challenges and solutions for technology integration in increasingly complex IoT environments, while also offering guidance for practical implementation in the urban and building sectors. In this research, we use a literature analysis approach, the main process is to identify relevant sources, including articles, journals, conferences, books, and industry reports published in the last five years. The results of this study are an implication that the application of IoT device integration with BIM can help improve operational and maintenance efficiency, optimize construction management, improve safety and mitigate risks in a company. Integrasi antara BIM dan IoT memungkinkan sistem manajemen bangunan yang lebih cerdas dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan data IoT untuk memantau kondisi real-time bangunan serta memperbaiki proses pemeliharaan dan operasional. Penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi integrasi teknologi dalam lingkungan IoT yang semakin kompleks, sekaligus menawarkan panduan untuk penerapan praktis di sektor perkotaan dan bangunan. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode pendekatan analisis literatur, proses utamanya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi sumber sumber relevan, meliputi artikel, jurnal, konferensi, buku, dan laporan industri yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan sebuah implikasi bahwa penerapan pengintegrasian perangkat IoT denan BIM dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pemeliharaan, optimasi manajemen kontruksi, peningkatan keselamatan dan mitigasi resiko pada sebuah perusahaan.   Kata kunci: building informations modelling(BIM); environment; internet of things(IoT)

PROVIDING LOAN FUNDS FOR PRIMKOPPOL MEMBERS USING THE SAW METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: The provision of loan funds is one of the important activities in improving the welfare of Primkoppol members (Police Cooperative). The process of determining the eligibility for loan disbursement in PRIMKOPPOL… POLRES Asahan is still lacking systematic timing delays in making decisions in managing the disbursement of loan funds. Therefore, an efficient and effective method is needed to minimize risks and maximize profits for the cooperative and its members. One method that can be used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has been proven effective in various decision-making contexts. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the process of disbursing loan funds for Primkoppol members, and to evaluate the performance of this method in selecting eligible loan recipients and optimizing fund allocation. The loan disbursement process uses the SAW method, which calculates the relative preference value for each prospective loan recipient based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to 10 loan applicants, 3 applicants successfully applied for loans with a preference value > 0.7, in line with the requirements. The implementation of the SAW method in loan disbursement for Primkoppol members has successfully increased efficiency and accuracy in selecting loan recipients.   Keywords : cooperative; decision support systems; simple additive weighting (SAW).     Abstract: Pemberian dana pinjaman merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Primkoppol (Koperasi Polisi). Proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman di PRIMKOPPOL POLRES Asahan masih kurang sistematis keterlambatan waktu dalam menentukan keputusan dalam mengelola pemberian dana pinjaman. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang efisien dan efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan anggotanya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai konteks pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode SAW dalam proses pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol, serta untuk meng-evaluasi kinerja metode tersebut dalam memilih penerima pinjaman yang layak dan meng-optimalkan alokasi dana. Proses pemberian dana pinjaman menggunakan metode SAW yang menghitung nilai preferensi relatif bagi setiap calon penerima pinjaman berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dari 10 calon pemohon pinjaman, 3 calon berhasil mampu mengajukan pinjaman dengan nilai preferensi > 0,7. sesuai dengan persyaratan. Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pemilihan penerima pinjaman.   Kata Kunci : koperasi; simple additive weighting (SAW); sistem pendukung keputusan.

COMPARISON FEATURE EXTRACTION USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK ALGORITHM ON SMOKER PREDICTION

Abstract: Abstract: The habit of smoking is dangerous because of the addictive substances that make cigarettes addictive. Its addictive nature poses a significant risk, affecting personality with stress, depression and nervous disorders.… orders. Body factors that indicate smoking include blood sugar levels, dental caries, and hemoglobin. To address this, research has been conducted with focused efforts to understand and address the risks associated with smoking and its impact on overall health. This research aims to choose the best method for predicting smokers by using feature selection techniques. The feature selection algorithms uses for that are Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE), and Genetic Algorithm (GA) to select optimal attributes and uses the k-fold cross validation technique as the validation of the Artificial Neural Network algorithm. The data includes various parameters such as age, height, weight, vision, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, hemoglobin, AST, ALT, GTP, gender, dental caries and tartar. Hearing ability, urine protein content, and tartar were selected. The results showed that using the Analysis of Variance method showed higher accuracy (77.101%) compared to the Genetic Algorithm method (74.64%) and the Recursive Feature Elimination method (76.08%). Selection of relevant attributes increases the predictions and insights of the Artificial Neural Network model about the effects of smoking on health.             Keywords: artificial neural network; analysis of variance; genetic algorithm; recursive feature elimination; smoker prediction     Abstrak: Kebiasaan merokok berbahaya karena adanya zat adiktif yang membuat rokok menjadi ketagihan. Sifatnya yang membuat ketagihan menimbulkan risiko yang signifikan, mempengaruhi kepribadian dengan stres, depresi, dan gangguan saraf. Faktor tubuh yang mengindikasikan kebiasaan merokok antara lain kadar gula darah, karies gigi, dan hemoglobin. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian telah dilakukan dengan upaya terfokus untuk memahami dan mengatasi risiko yang terkait dengan merokok dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih metode terbaik dalam memprediksi perokok dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi fitur. Metode seleksi fitur yang digunakan adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE), dan Genetic Algorithm (GA) untuk memilih atribut yang optimal dan menggunakan teknik k-fold cross validation sebagai validasi algoritma Artificial Neural Network. Data tersebut mencakup berbagai parameter seperti umur, tinggi badan, berat badan, penglihatan, tekanan darah, kolesterol, trigliserida, hemoglobin, AST, ALT, GTP, jenis kelamin, karies gigi dan karang gigi. Kemampuan pendengaran, kandungan protein urin, dan karang gigi dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Analysis of Variance menunjukkan akurasi yang lebih tinggi (77,101%) dibandingkan dengan metode Genetic Algorithm (74,64%) dan metode Recursive Feature Elimination (76,08%). Pemilihan atribut yang relevan meningkatkan prediksi dan wawasan model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan tentang dampak merokok terhadap kesehatan.   Kata kunci: artificial neural network; analysis of variance; genetic algorithm; prediksi perokok; recursive feature elimination

These constraints can affect customer satisfaction and store operations. This study aims to improve the efficiency of product inventory management at Bakti Jaya Stores by implementing a technology-based and information-based Supply Chain Management system. The research method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews with informants, conducting field observations, and also obtained from literature studies. This research produces a product stock management information system using Supply Chain Management that connects Bakti Jaya Stores with suppliers to maximize coordination between stores and suppliers, facilitates control of the flow of stock availability in stores, and makes it easier for store owners to make decisions related to purchasing and procuring goods by providing accurate inventory analysis and real-time product stock information.   Keywords: management; stock; suppliers; supply chain management     Abstrak: Toko Bakti Jaya adalah salah satu toko yang ada di Kisaran yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan bahan kue dan makanan. Saat ini, toko tersebut masih mengelola persediaan produk secara manual dengan mencatat jumlah barang masuk berdasarkan catatan pemesanan. Penghitungan stok dilakukan dengan cara melihat langsung gudang, yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengawasan stok secara akurat dan berisiko terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan operasional toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan produk di Toko Bakti Jaya dengan menerapkan sistem Supply Chain Management berbasis teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitiannya ialah metode kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada narasumber, melakukan observasi ke lapangan serta juga didapat dari studi literature. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pengelolaan stok produk dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Management yang menghubungkan Toko Bakti Jaya dengan para supplier dapat memaksimalkan koordinasi antara toko dengan supplier, memudahkan pengendalian aliran stok ketersediaan barang di toko serta memudahkan pemilik toko membuat keputusan terkait dengaan pembelian dan pengadaan barang dengan menyediakan analisis persediaan yang akurat dan informasi stok produk yang real time.   Kata kunci: pengelolaan; stok; supplier; supply chain management
