The research approach involved field surveys to obtain empirical data, measurements of lighting intensity, calculations of the required number of lighting points according to the function and characteristics of each room, as well as technical analysis of installation components, including conductors and protection systems. All observed data were compared with theoretical calculations to identify the level of conformity as well as potential deviations that could cause problems. The findings indicate that although the electrical installation remains operational, there are significant discrepancies, particularly in the distribution of lighting intensity, the number of lighting points, and the selection and placement of protective components that do not fully meet the standards. These discrepancies affect the optimality of lighting, reduce user comfort, and present potential safety risks. Therefore, this study recommends adjustments to the installation design, prioritizing the optimization of the lighting system, the use of standard-compliant components, and the implementation of energy efficiency principles as part of a comprehensive improvement effort. The implications of these findings highlight that regular evaluations and updates of electrical installations in educational buildings are essential to create a safe, comfortable, and productive learning environment. Thus, the results of this research not only provide practical contributions for school management but also offer a scientific basis for developing technical standards of electrical installations that are more responsive to educational needs.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

Although the law outlines the authority of village heads, it does not explicitly stipulate provisions for criminal or civil sanctions in cases of abuse of power. This normative gap poses potential risks of harm to village communities due to the weak legal accountability mechanisms. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal implications of the normative vacuum in village regulations and to emphasize the urgency of establishing more specific and binding implementing regulations. Employing a normative juridical research method through statutory and conceptual approaches, this study analyzes relevant legislation and supporting legal literature. The findings reveal that the absence of clear legal sanction provisions in the Village Law creates a legal grey area that can be exploited for administrative misconduct and corruption. Therefore, regulatory reform is required in the form of amendments or the formulation of implementing regulations that explicitly define the types of sanctions and legal accountability mechanisms for village heads. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic identification of legal loopholes that have received limited attention in existing village law literature, as well as its concrete proposals for regulatory reformulation aimed at strengthening accountability and transparency in village financial management.

To address these issues, this study aims to analyze the relationship between time and sales volume and to develop a predictive model that can assist management in making more effective business decisions.
The research was conducted using a quantitative method and a machine learning approach by applying a linear regression algorithm, implemented through the Python programming language and a MySQL database. The dataset used consists of monthly sales data over one year, analyzed to predict future sales trends. The results show that the linear regression algorithm can predict sales trends with a good level of accuracy, achieving evaluation values of MAPE 1.72%, MSE 1.76%, and RMSE 0.57. The developed model assists management in formulating marketing strategies, optimizing inventory planning, and minimizing financial risks. Therefore, linear regression can serve as an effective analytical tool to support strategic business decision-making at CV. Honda Karya Utama.

Abstrak: Penjualan sepeda motor merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam pertumbuhan industri otomotif di Indonesia. CV. Honda Karya Utama sebagai dealer resmi sepeda motor Honda menghadapi tantangan berupa fluktuasi penjualan yang tidak stabil setiap bulannya. Ketidakpastian ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam perencanaan stok, penentuan strategi pemasaran, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian akibat kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara waktu dan jumlah penjualan serta membangun model prediksi yang dapat membantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih efektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan machine learning menggunakan algoritma regresi linier, dengan implementasi berbasis bahasa pemrograman Python dan basis data MySQL. Data yang digunakan berupa data penjualan bulanan selama satu tahun, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk memprediksi tren penjualan pada periode berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi linier mampu memprediksi tren penjualan dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik, dengan nilai evaluasi MAPE sebesar 1,72%, MSE 1,76%, dan RMSE 0,57. Model ini membantu manajemen dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran, mengoptimalkan perencanaan stok, serta meminimalkan risiko kerugian. However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.

, such as the growing issue of cyberbullying, a harmful online behavior impacting teens' mental health and social relationships. This study focuses on developing an educational animation aimed at raising awareness about the effects and prevention of cyberbullying by employing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach. The MDLC method provides a structured, step-by-step process for creating multimedia-based animations, involving concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. Assets were created in Adobe Illustrator, while animation development used Adobe Animate to effectively communicate cyberbullying risks and preventive strategies to teenagers. Distributed through social media to assess audience feedback, the animation received initial positive responses, indicating an increased understanding of cyberbullying prevention. This study serves as a useful basis for further research into digital media’s role as a preventive tool against cyberbullying among youth.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi media utama untuk interaksi sosial, terutama di kalangan remaja. Sementara kemajuan digital membawa berbagai keuntungan, mereka juga menimbulkan tantangan, seperti masalah cyberbullying yang berkembang, perilaku online berbahaya yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental dan hubungan sosial remaja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan animasi edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang efek dan pencegahan cyberbullying dengan menggunakan pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Metode MDLC menyediakan proses langkah demi langkah yang terstruktur untuk membuat animasi berbasis multimedia, yang melibatkan konsep, desain, pengumpulan material, perakitan, pengujian, dan tahap distribusi. Aset dibuat di Adobe Illustrator, sedangkan pengembangan animasi menggunakan Adobe Animate untuk mengomunikasikan risiko cyberbullying dan strategi pencegahan secara efektif kepada remaja. Didistribusikan melalui media sosial untuk menilai umpan balik audiens, animasi tersebut menerima tanggapan positif awal, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pencegahan cyberbullying. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar yang berguna untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran media digital sebagai alat pencegahan terhadap cyberbullying di kalangan remaja.

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Inspekta Application in fostering an OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Utilizing a combined approach of literature review, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis, the study collected and analyzed relevant data.The research findings reveal that the implementation of the Inspekta Application has had a positive impact on elevating the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Improved employee awareness regarding OHS aspects and more efficient incident reporting stand out as significant outcomes. Statistical analysis also indicates a positive correlation between the utilization of the Inspekta Application and the enhancement of the OHS culture. Based on the research insights, it can be concluded that the Inspekta Application is effective in enhancing the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. The integration of information technology through such applications holds the potential to mitigate workplace accident risks and foster a safer and healthier working environment.

Abstrak: Peningkatan budaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan industri, terutama di sektor energi seperti PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Inspekta, sebuah aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi, telah muncul sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap budaya K3 di PT. PLN (Persero). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Aplikasi Inspekta dalam meningkatkan budaya K3 di PLN ULP Kisaran. Dengan pendekatan kombinasi studi literatur, survei kuesioner, dan analisis statistik, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan. Hasil penelitian baik dari kajian literature, observasi dan wawancara partisipatif menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Inspekta mendapat tanggapan positif yang signifikan dengan rata-rata indikator tanggapan diatas 50%, sehingga berdampak dalam memperkuat pemahaman budaya K3 di lingkungan kerja PLN. Penerapan Aplikasi Inspekta juga terbukti membantu dalam mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya K3, mendorong pelaporan bahaya, serta memungkinkan tindakan cepat setelah pelaporan melalui integrasi teknologi informasi guna mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan sehat.

Employee performance appraisal aims to evaluate employee performance to increase productivity and achievement of a company. Decision Support System is very necessary in evaluating employee performance. This study uses a Multi Attribute Utility Theory method, which is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different costs, risks and benefits. The data processed for evaluating employee performance in this study comes from Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran. This assessment is based on several specified criteria and weights. There are 5 criteria used in assessing employee performance. Such as Discipline, teamwork, loyalty, presence and appearance. The results of evaluating employee performance using the MAUT method are expected to assist in evaluating employee performance using predetermined criteria. So that the highest score is obtained in the 2nd alternative with a value of 0.8889 and the lowest value is in the 1st alternative with a value of 0.4722.

Jika pada umumnya Kedisiplinan menjadi standar dalam melakukan penilaian, namun kerjasama tim, loyalitas, kehadiran, dan penampilan juga perlu dijadikan indikator untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Penilaian kinerja pegawai bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan prestasi suatu perusahaan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan sangat diperlukan dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah metode Multi Attribut Utility Theory yaitu suatu metode perbandingan kuantitatif yang biasanya mengkombinasikan pengukuran atas biaya resiko dan keuntungan yang berbeda. Data yang diolah untuk penilaian kinerja pegawai dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran. Penilaian ini didasarkan terhadap beberapa kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan. Ada 5 kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai. Seperti Kedisiplinan, kerjasama tim, loyalitas, kehadiran dan penampilan. Hasil dari penilaian kinerja pegawai dengan metode MAUT diharapkan dapat membantu dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sehingga didapat nilai tertinggi pada alternatif ke 2 dengan nilai 0.8889 dan nilai yang terendah pada alternatif ke 1 dengan nilai 0.4722.

This avticity aims to raise awareness and encourage responsible internet usage among students. Through this activity, students are expected to have better understanding of digital threats and the preventive measures needed to protect their personal data.

Oleh karena itu, kegiatan edukasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menjaga keamanan digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai berbagai ancaman digital seperi phishing, kebocoran data, dan keamanan media sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta mendorong penggunaan internet secara bijak di kalangan siswa. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, siswa diharapkan dapat lebih memahami potensi ancaman digital serta menerapkan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk melindungi data pribadi mereka.
