ADOPTION AUGMENTED REALITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEDIA SOCIALIZATION DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION

Abstract: Abstract: Drug abuse in Indonesia is currently very worrying because of the lack of information and knowledge about the risks posed by drug abuse. Much information about drug abuse prevention is disseminated through various… ous media such as films, seminars, training, and guidance groups. This study aims to create drug counseling media that uses 3D technology and is created through the Blender 3D tool, by combining text, audio, and video. 3D models of Image objects are represented by Augmented Reality (AR) technology. Application development is made using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study are the development of an Augmented Reality application for social media for drug abuse using the Trilib Technique, which is a cross-platform 3D model importer. Banyak informasi tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba disebarkan melalui berbagai media seperti film, seminar, pelatihan, dan kelompok bimbingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media penyuluhan narkoba yang menggunakan teknologi 3D dan dibuat melalui perangkat Blender 3D, dengan menggabungkan teks, audio, dan video. Model 3D objek figur direpresentasikan dengan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Pengembangan aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Hasil pada penelitian ini merupakan sebuah pengembangan aplikasi Augmented Reality untuk media sosialiasi penyalahgunaan narkoba dengan menggunakan Teknik Trilib yang merupakan importir model 3d secara runtime dengan lintas platform.   Kata kunci: Augmented Reality; Narkoba; Blender; Trilib; MDLC

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PAKAR PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL PEMBERIAN KREDIT RUMAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING

Pada kenyataannya, sistem permohonan kredit bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan serta layanan yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan nasabah, dan juga memberikan suatu pedoman serta syarat-syarat dalam permohonan kredit dengan jelas agar nasabah mengerti bagaimana prosedur dalam mengajukan permohonan kredit. Adapun resiko yang dihadapi dari Bank SUMUT seperti tunggakan kredit atau kredit macet. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkanlah kecermatan pihak internal bank dalam melakukan analisa. Ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari Sistem Pakar dengan metode Forward Chaining dan masalah untuk mengetahui apakah tindakan yang akan diambil oleh pihak internal dalam memproses pemberian kredit rumah sesuai aturannya.   Kata kunci: kredit; runut maju; sistem pakar     Abstract: The practical goal of artificial intelligence is to make computers more useful to humans. Artificial intelligence can help humans make decisions, find more accurate information or make computers easier to use with natural displays to make them easy to understand. The credit application system aims to provide convenience and appropriate services according to customer needs, and also provides clear guidelines and conditions for credit applications so that customers understand the procedure for applying for credit. The risks faced by Bank SUMUT such as credit arrears or bad loans. Therefore, it takes the accuracy of the bank's internal parties in conducting the analysis. PENILAIAN RESIKO PADA SISTEM MONITORING KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA

Abstract: Abstract: The background of this research is that some of the risks of using technology that are classified as dangerous are often ignored by users of the monitoring system for learning activities at private universities… so that there are several obstacles such as not being able to open the system because the system is hacked by irresponsible parties, the computer network used is often disrupted so that hampers the operational process, and the level of computer security is still relatively weak. This study aims to measure the likelihood of threats and risk impacts on the teaching and learning activity monitoring system and to provide recommendations for risk control of security problems that could become a threat that causes losses to universities. The framework used as a tool to measure the level of threat and risk impact is to use the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 framework. The framework of the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 has nine phases in carrying out risk assessments, namely introduction of system characteristics, recognition of threats, recognition of vulnerabilities, analysis of handling systems, determining likelihood, determining impact, risk determination, recommending control and determination of results. There are six risk assessment systems for monitoring learning activities at private universities, two of which are high so they are classified as very dangerous and the rest are moderate. The results of this study are used as a reference in making risk control standard documents as a form of improving the quality of a private university.             Keywords: Monitoring System; NIST Spesial Publication 800-30r1; Risk Assessment.   Abstrak: Latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah resiko penggunaan teknologi yang tergolong berbahaya sering tidak dihiraukan oleh pengguna sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta sehingga terjadi beberapa kendala seperti tidak bisa membuka sistem karena sistem diretas oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, jaringan komputer yang digunakan sering terganggu sehingga menghambat proses operasional, serta tingkat keamanan komputer yang masih tergolong lemah. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mengukur seberapa besar kemungkinan terjadi ancaman dan dampak resiko terhadap sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar mengajar serta memberikan rekomendasi pengendalian resiko dari permasalahan keamanan yang bisa menjadi suatu ancaman yang menimbulkan kerugian pada perguruan tinggi. Framework yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur tingkat ancaman dan dampak resiko adalah menggunakan kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1. Kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 ini mempunyai sembilan fase dalam melakukan penilaian resiko yaitu pengenalan karakteristik sistem, pengenalan ancaman, pengenalan kerentanan, analisis penanganan sistem, menentukan kemungkinan terjadi (likelihood), menentukan dampak (impact), risk determination, merekomendasikan pengendalian dan penetapan hasil. Penilaian resiko sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta ada enam resiko yang dua diantaranya termasuk tinggi sehingga digolongkan sangat berbahaya dan selebihnya termasuk sedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan dokumen standar pengendalian resiko sebagai bentuk peningkatan mutu suatu perguruan tinggi swasta.   Kata kunci: NIST Spesial Publication 800-30r; Penilaian Resiko; Sistem Monitoring

The Transition from Conventional Constitutions to Digital Law: Constitutional Law Challenges in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the twenty-first century has fundamentally transformed the structure of modern constitutional governance. Digitalization has reshaped the interactions… teractions between governments and citizens, altered the patterns of political participation, and presented major challenges to constitutional principles. This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

Spatial Analysis of the Suitability of Residential Area Development to the Regional Spatial Plan of Ambon City, Indonesia, Based on the Slope Factor

Abstract: This study examines the suitability of land for the development of residential areas in Ambon City, based on the slope factor. The methods used include spatial analysis by utilizing Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data and… the Ambon City Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), as well as satellite image interpretation to identify suitable and unsuitable areas for residential development. The results show that more than 56% of the total planned land area is in the highly suitable category, while areas with steep slopes have a high potential for landslide risk. The discussion emphasizes the importance of settlement development focusing on safe and suitable areas, and the need for strict regulations to protect communities from disaster risks. The findings provide a strong basis for policy makers to formulate spatial planning strategies that are sustainable and responsive to the geographical conditions of Ambon City.

Analysis of the Role of Risk Based Audit in Banking

Abstract: Risk based audit (RBA) is an approach that is increasingly being applied in the banking sector to increase the effectiveness of risk management and compliance with regulations. This approach helps banks identify high-risk… k areas and prioritize audits according to the level of risk. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature research approach. Data sources consist of scientific journal articles, books, reports and documents related to risk-based and banking audits. Research findings show that the RBA has several key roles in improving banking performance. First, RBA improves operational efficiency and effectiveness by focusing audits on high-risk areas. Second, the RBA enables banks to proactively identify and manage risks, thereby strengthening financial and operational stability. Third, the RBA ensures that banks are more compliant with regulations and industry standards, reducing the risk of sanctions and fines. In addition, the implementation of RBA encourages the formation of a strong risk management culture and the use of information technology to support the risk management process. Risk based audit plays a significant role in improving banking performance. By improving operational efficiency, managing risk proactively, ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing a strong risk management culture, and leveraging technology, banks can achieve stability and better performance in the long term. These findings support the importance of implementing RBA as the main strategy in risk management and supervision in the banking sector.

Abstract: Risk management is an important aspect of an organization's decision-making strategy to manage uncertainty and identify opportunities in a complex business environment. This research aims to investigate the implementation… n of risk management in the context of strategic decision making, with a focus on the process of risk identification, risk evaluation, mitigation strategies, and their impact on achieving organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main methodology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizational leaders and analysis of documents related to risk management. The analysis steps include risk identification, risk evaluation using impact and probability assessment methods, as well as risk mitigation strategies applied in strategic decision making. The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AT PT. ASKRINDO

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Askrindo with a focus on liquidity and solvency ratios. Insurance companies play a crucial role in providing services to address future risks. The performance of… f these financial companies is evaluated using financial statements consisting of balance sheets and income statements. Liquidity and solvency ratios were chosen as the primary analytical tools in this study. The analysis results indicate that PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, where current assets can adequately cover current liabilities. The liquidity ratio during the period 2019 to 2022 showed a positive increase, reaching an average of 297% in 2022. However, there was a decline in the solvency ratio, especially in the debt-to-equity ratio, which decreased from an average of 1.05% in 2019 to 0.78% in 2022. This situation can affect the company's ability to bear high risks, especially due to high premiums. Therefore, PT. Askrindo needs to take steps to increase capital and ensure efficient use of assets to strengthen its overall financial position. In conclusion, although PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, so the company needs to increase capital and improve its solvency ratio. This is expected to increase creditor and investor confidence and strengthen the company's ability to face future risks.

Implementasi CSA Report Untuk Mencegah Fraud Dan Temuan Audit Di PT. Abdi Budi Mulia

Kondisi… tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kesalahan operasional dan penyimpangan apabila tidak diantisipasi melalui pendekatan pengendalian yang bersifat preventif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan staf dan manajemen PT. Abdi Budi Mulia dalam menerapkan Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report sebagai instrumen evaluasi mandiri untuk mendukung pencegahan fraud dan mengurangi temuan audit internal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, pelatihan penyusunan CSA Report, pendampingan implementasi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pengendalian internal, manajemen risiko, dan pentingnya pengawasan mandiri dalam aktivitas operasional. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun indikator pengendalian, melakukan identifikasi risiko secara lebih sistematis, serta mengimplementasikan CSA Report sesuai dengan kebutuhan unit kerja masing-masing. Penerapan CSA Report juga mendorong terbentuknya mekanisme pengawasan yang lebih proaktif sehingga potensi kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian prosedur dapat dikenali lebih awal sebelum menjadi temuan audit. Dengan demikian, implementasi CSA Report dapat menjadi alternatif solusi dalam memperkuat sistem pengendalian internal dan mendukung upaya pencegahan fraud secara berkelanjutan pada lingkungan perusahaan  Recurring internal audit findings indicate that existing control mechanisms have not fully ensured consistent procedural compliance across all work units. Such conditions may increase the risk of operational errors and irregularities if preventive control measures are not adequately implemented. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of staff and management at PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in implementing a Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report as a self-evaluation instrument to support fraud prevention and reduce internal audit findings. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, CSA Report training, implementation assistance, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrated that participants gained a better understanding of internal control, risk management, and the importance of self-monitoring in operational activities. Participants were also able to develop relevant control indicators, identify operational risks more systematically, and implement CSA Reports according to the specific needs of their respective work units. Furthermore, the implementation of CSA Reports encouraged a more proactive monitoring mechanism, enabling potential errors and procedural non-compliance to be identified before becoming audit findings. Therefore, CSA Report implementation can serve as an effective alternative for strengthening internal control systems and supporting sustainable fraud prevention efforts within the organization

Strengthening Geospatial-Based Maritime Surveillance: A Case Study of Adaptation to Extreme Weather in Critical Shipping Lanes

Abstract: The Malacca Strait is a vital maritime route that faces significant challenges from high traffic volumes and increasingly frequent extreme weather scenarios. These conditions pose serious risks to navigational safety, environmental… vironmental integrity, and maritime operational security. This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Its originality lies in its emphasis on multi-sensor data fusion, the role of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics, and the integration of climate change adaptation into surveillance system design. Additionally, the article underscores the importance of a robust policy framework and international cooperation as the cornerstones of maritime surveillance resilience, offering a blueprint applicable to other critical maritime routes worldwide
