are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

implementation of CRM in the sales of pesticides and vegetable seeds at UD. Bersama, located
in Punggulan Village, Asahan Regency. UD. Bersama faces challenges such as manual
promotion, error-prone transaction recording, and limited customer reach. Product sales are
unstable each month. To address these issues, a web-based sales system was designed at
https://udbersamatani.online/, enabling online purchases, discounts, live chat, and free shipping
services. The implementation results show that this system facilitates data processing and report
generation for the admin. Consumers can quickly order products, interact via live chat, and obtain
real-time product information. The application of CRM at UD. Together has proven effective in
managing and analyzing data, meeting customer needs, and increasing sales. This system
improves service and eases transactions for customers, potentially enhancing customer loyalty
and satisfaction.

yang memungkinkan pembelian online, diskon, live chat, dan layanan pengiriman gratis. Hasil
implementasi menunjukkan sistem ini memudahkan admin dalam pengolahan data dan
penyusunan laporan. Konsumen dapat memesan produk dengan cepat, berinteraksi melalui live
chat, dan mendapatkan informasi produk secara real-time. Penerapan CRM di UD. Bersama

Therefore the proponent team from the Indonesian Maritime Academy College in Medan proposed community service activities in the form of training and mentoring for target partners to provide scientific education along with the assistance of partner education facilities. The results of this activity are published in scientific journals, electronic mass media. In addition, the activity videos and the improvement of the knowledge and skills of partner HR are outcomes of this activity. The lecture and demonstration methods used in the process provide an understanding of the use of shipping safety equipment. The practice method is directly used to skill in using shipping safety equipment, of course, with the assistance of the proposing team. Observation method is done to observe the ability of partners both during the activity process and afterwards. Observation after the activity is intended to determine the impact of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstrak: Terjadinya kembali musibah kecelakaan kapal saat berlayar di Danau Toba menunjukkan bahwa standar operasional prosedur (SOP) persoalan keselamatan dan keamanan, yang selanjutnya baru diikuti dengan aspek biaya yang terjangkau, kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu, serta aspek kenyamanan belum dilaksanakan secara efektif dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu tim pengusul yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Akademi Maritim Indonesia Medan mengusulkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap mitra sasaran untuk memberikan edukasi ilmiah disertai dengan adanya bantuan sarana edukasi mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah, media massa elektronik. Selain itu video kegiatan serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM mitra merupakan luaran dari kegiatan ini. Metode ceramah dan demonstrasi digunakan dalam proses memberikan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran. Metode praktik langsung digunakan untuk keterampilan menggunakan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran tentunya dengan pendampingan tim pengusul. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kemampuan mitra baik selama proses kegiatan maupun sesudahnya. Evaluasi sesudah kegiatan ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.

However, in a number of cases with the onset of COVID-19 this can reduce income in goods delivery services due to the emergence of lock down policies in various regions according to the risk map zone for the spread of COVID-19 so that public transportation restrictions must be carried out, therefore it is necessary to carry out and also transformation in technology. One of the companies in the delivery service sector, namely a logistics company, must create a management strategy so that it can survive under the effects of the post-pandemic digital transformation in the logistics sector. Abstrak: Saat ini di Indonesia jasa pengiriman barang atau ekspedisi semakin marak digunakan dalam proses bisnis. Perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman barang pun semakin banyak bermunculan, selain itu jangkauan pengiriman barang pun jauh lebih luas mulai dari kota-kota besar sampai ke desa-desa kecil sekarang sudah mulai menjadi target dalam proses bisnis jasa layanan pengiriman barang. Barang yang dapat dikirim pun ada berbagai macam mulai dari barang yang kecil, barang yang besar seperti kendaraan, ataupun barang yang bersifat privasi seperti dokumen. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa saat ini jasa pengiriman barang menjadi andalan masyarakat semenjak melandanya pandemi. Namun, pada beberapa kasus dengan melandanya COVID-19 ini bisa menurunkan penghasilan pada jasa layanan pengiriman barang dikarenakan munculnya kebijakan lock down di berbagai daerah sesuai dengan zona peta resiko penyebaran COVID-19 sehingga harus dilakukan pembatasan transportasi umum. Perusahaan di bidang jasa pengiriman yaitu perusahaan logistik harus membuat manajemen strategi yang lebih baik agar mampu bertahan di bawah pengaruh pandemic terhadap perusahaan logistic dalam teknologi informasi dalam transformasi digital ERP logistik. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membahas mengenai strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan logistic untuk menangani masalah tersebut.

The research method used is the waterfall model. The problem with ordering goods is that customers are still using Whatsapp and those who order are still in the local area, not far from the mini market, thereby reducing sales. In addition, standard writing instruments are still used to record the delivery and receipt of goods. When delivering goods, customers buy directly from the convenience store, and it is difficult for customers to track the location of the goods ordered. Therefore, it must be built and designed with a software system that facilitates transportation registration, the processing of sales invoices, and the preparation of reports. Program design modeling applies to data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams. The software used is the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The research artificial achieved are a web-based goods delivery service system that must overcome the problems that exist in goods delivery services at 212 Mart Serang-Banten Minimarket.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas sistem informasi pengiriman barang minimarket 212 Mart. Minimarket 212 Mart merupakan salah satu usaha ritel modern. Maksud dari riset ini adalah untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat proses pelayanan pendistribusian barang secara terkomputerisasi untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan input data, mengurangi kekecewaan akibat kekeliruan pelayanan atas pelanggan dan melancarkan serta mempermudah prosedur servis antar operasional pemilik barang serta memudahkan owner menerima ringkasan informasi pengiriman. Metode riset yang dipakai adalah model waterfall. Kendala pemesanan barang masih menggunakan Whatsapp, pelanggan yang memesan masih berada di area lokal yang tidak jauh dari mini market, sehingga mengurangi penjualan. Selain itu, alat tulis standar masih digunakan untuk mencatat pengiriman dan penerimaan barang. Saat mengirimkan barang, pelanggan membeli langsung dari minimarket, dan sulit bagi pelanggan untuk melacak lokasi barang yang dipesan. Oleh sebab itu, harus dibangun dan merancang sistem perangkat lunak yang memudahkan pendaftaran pengangkutan, pengerjaan faktur penjualan, dan penyusunan laporan. Pemodelan desain program menerapkan Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Perangkat lunak yang dipergunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Artifisial penelitian yang dicapai merupakan sistem layanan pengiriman barang berbasis web yang harus melampaui permasalahan yang ada pada layanan pengiriman barang di minimarket 212 Mart Serang-Banten.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait.
