nfluence communal life. This study aimed to explore how such marriages are understood, legitimized, and practiced by families, community leaders, and legal institutions. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, adat leaders, government officials, parents, and young women, complemented by participant observation and document analysis, and analyzed with an interactive model of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that marriage is primarily arranged to safeguard family honor, with communities regarding it as the only socially acceptable corrective measure, while religious leaders across traditions adopt pragmatic interpretations, invoking public interest or redemption to justify the practice, and customary rituals together with state dispensations further reinforce its legitimacy. Although marriage resolves immediate stigma and reintegrates families socially, it simultaneously generates long-term vulnerabilities, including interrupted education, economic dependence, marital instability, psychological stress, and increased maternal and neonatal health risks. This study contributes to the sociology of law and religion by demonstrating how socio-cultural confinement, Islamic legal pluralism, and adat practices converge in eastern Indonesia, while underscoring the urgent need for holistic interventions that integrate sexuality education, family communication, religious engagement, and legal reform to protect women and children more effectively.

n organization and its personnel, based on the vision, mission and organizational standards that have been previously established. Performance appraisals are carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the employee's work results in the last year. Employee performance assessment at the North Padang Lawas Regency PUPR Service still uses a manual system so that the files are not arranged quickly and employee performance assessment still uses calculations with Microsoft Excel. With this problem, the fuzzy logic method is used. The fuzzy method is used to obtain the best employee performance assessment, with 3 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research aims to design an employee performance assessment application using the fuzzy method, to obtain recommendations for promotion. The test results of 8 people had sufficient value and 2 people had low value. For low-ranking employees, they will be given sanctions and reprimands by their superiors, while for employees with sufficient value, their performance must be improved to be even better.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja pegawai dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapid dan penilaian kinerja pegawai masih menggunakanperhitungan dengan microsoft excel.Dengan permasalahah tersebut menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan penilaian kinerja pegawai terbaik, dengan 3 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kenaikan jabatan. Hasil tes dari 8 orang memiliki nilai cukup dan 2 orang memiliki nilai rendah. Bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai rendah akan diberikan sanksi dan teguran oleh atasannya, sedangkan bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai cukup, kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi.

Charging input is 7.4VDC, the current 19800mAh in the battery is divided by the maximum current of the solar module 1 watt, which is 160mA, so the charging time the battery is in the range of 2.1 hours. For the design of the lampposts that were made, using a paralon pipe with a length of 5m, with a circle diameter of 9cm, and a second pole connecting 1.5 m long with a circle diameter of 5cm.

Abstrak : PJU (Penerangan Jalan Umum), diatur dalam peraturan mentri perhubungan republik indonesia nomor 27 tahun 2018, tentang alat penerangan jalan. Sejalan dengan pernyataan mentri desa, pembangunan daerah tertinggal dan transmigrasi (Mendes PDTT) eko putro Sandjojo, mengatakan bahwa dana desa bisa digunakan untuk membuat lampu jalan bagi desa yang tidak memiliki lampu jalan. Wilayah jalan lingkar utara, kecamatan datuk bandar timur searah menuju pelabuhan teluk nibung, sebahagian dari jalan tersebut tidak memiliki penerangan jalan dimalam hari, ditambah dengan kondisi jalan yang masih tergolong tanah merah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan maka tim meneliti membuat lampu jalan murah, dengan memanfaatkan dasar sistem kerja rangkaian joule tief, dimana untuk input 7,4 VDC (in 3,7VDC disusun seri-paralel) dengan beban lampu 12 watt dikalikan 4 lampu, dengan total beban 48 watt, mendapati hasil pengukuran frequensi 12,30 Khz dan Iout 0,14A, dan Vpk-pk 82 V. Pengisian input 7,4VDC didapati, arus 19800mAh pada baterai dibagi dengan arus maksimum modul surya 1 watt, yaitu 160mA, sehingga lama pengisian baterai berada pada rentang waktu 2,1 jam. Untuk rancangan tiang lampu yang dibuat, menggunakan pipa paralon dengan panjang 5m, dengan diameter lingkaran 9cm, dan penyambung tiang kedua sepanjang 1,5 m dengan diameter lingkaran 5cm.

This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.
