Kertajati International Airport. These facilities constitute critical operational infrastructure supporting electricity distribution, terminal cooling systems, and water supply, including fire suppression reserves. Field observations identified the absence of a regulation-compliant perimeter protection system, exposing the utility cluster to unauthorized access and operational risk. The research employed a quantitative descriptive–analytical approach integrating field measurement, engineering design modeling, volume computation, and cost estimation based on the 2024 Majalengka Regional Standard Unit Price. Technical evaluation referred to national aviation security regulations and ICAO Annex 17 principles. A BRC (British Reinforced Concrete) fence system with a total height of 3.20 meters (2.40 m fence body and 0.80 m concertina wire) was proposed. The structural configuration includes reinforced concrete isolated footings, tie beams (sloof), and a bottom plinth beam to ensure lateral stability and anti-climb resistance. The total perimeter length of 313.74 meters ensures complete enclosure of the critical facilities. The estimated total project cost amounts to IDR 509,553,000.00, including VAT. The results demonstrate that the proposed design is structurally reliable, regulation-compliant, and economically justified within a risk mitigation framework. The study contributes a replicable engineering and financial planning model for strengthening airport critical infrastructure protection and enhancing long-term operational resilience.

Abstrak: Pada zaman yang semakin maju saat ini, namun dengan keterbatasan dana, menuntut masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai inovasi yang dapat mengembangkan jiwa wirasusaha guna meningkatkan ekonomi. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama 2 hari. Dimana hari pertama berisi tentang penjelasan penggunaan mesin CNC dan dasar-dasar penerapan CNC sedangkan pada hari kedua dilakukan langsung proses pencetakan karya seni yang telah di desain oleh peserta sebelumnya, dikarenakan proses pencetakan dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama berkisar 4 sampai 5 jam dalam pencetakkan satu desain, tergantung tingkat kesulitan desain yang ingin dicetak. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai tanggal 9-10 Desember 2021 di sekolah SMK Penerbangan dengan jumlah peserta 40 siswa. Dengan diadakan pengabdian ini diharapakan kepada siswa untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga mampu melakukan wirausaha khususnya dibidang seni akrilik. Dengan adanya pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, membuat antusias generasi muda dalam hal ini siswa SMK penerbangan dapat membuka wirausaha dibidang seni ukir dengan memanfaatkan akrilik dan mesin CNC yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dikalangan masyarakat pada umumnya dan kalangan muda pada khususnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga.

gital Converter (ADC) practicum kit is needed to improve the ability of cadets. Based on this background, this study aims to design and simulate two ADC circuits, each of which is compiled by the integrated circuit (IC) ADC0804 and IC ADC0809 respectively. Three statistical formulas, namely mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) are used to measure the performance of the two ADC circuits. Both ADC circuits are simulated using a Proteus 8.11 Simulator with 255 analog input voltages. Based on the result of the study, it is known that the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0809 is more accurate than the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0804. This is evidenced by a smaller error value, which is based on the simulation results of the ME, SDE, and RMSE values were 0.4210, 0.3410, and 0.5110, respectively. And, based on the measurement results, it has ME, SDE, RMSE respectively, namely 0.8510, 0.8110, and 0.9310.

Abstrak: Politeknik Penerbangan Medan adalah salah satu kampus di bawah Kementerian Perhubungan yang memiliki jurusan teknik telekomunikasi dan navigasi udara di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei di lapangan, kit praktikum konverter analog ke digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuat taruna. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mensimulasi dua rangkaian ADC yang masing-masing disusun oleh IC ADC0804 dan IC ADC0809. Tiga formula statistik, yaitu mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut. Kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut disimulasi menggunakan Simulator Proteus 8.11 dengan 255 tegangan masukan analog. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0809 lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0804. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai kesalahan yang lebih kecil, yaitu berdasarkan hasil simulasi memiliki ME, SDE, RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,4210, 0,3410 dan 0,5110. Dan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran memiliki ME, SDE, dan RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,8510, 0,8110, dan 0,9310.

In the experiment, measuring the input voltage to the Arduino pin with a negative ground position and positive in the A9 pin position with the playing condition o Tx1 in the on position using a multimeter, the voltage value is 2.99 volt, while the main position on Tx1 is in the off condition, the voltage value is obtained 4.88 volts.

Abstrak: Pada penelitian ini digunakan salah satu teknologi industri 4.0 untuk memonitoring parameter dari Localizer menggunakan aplikasi android berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu dalam monitoring peralatan instrument landing system (ILS). Teknisi, manajemen Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia LPPNPI dan Inspektur Navigasi tidak harus ke landasan pacu untuk mengecek kinerja instrument landing system cukup menggunakan aplikasi android untuk memonitoring parameter Localizer instrument landing system (ILS). Pada percobaan pengukuran tegangan input ke pin arduino dengan negatif pada posisi ground dan positif berada pada posisi pin A9 dengan kondisi main di TX1 pada posisi on dengan menggunakan multimeter didapat nilai tegangan 2,99 Volt, sedangkan posisi main di TX1 pada kondisi off didapat nilai tegangan 4,88 Volt.
