Bridging The Digital-Physical Divide: Transfer Learning For Unified Threat Correlation in Converged IT/OT/IOT Ecosystems

Dzreke, Simon Suwanzy
Abstract: The increased integration of operational technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), and business IT systems has allowed sophisticated attackers to circumvent isolated security features and launch cross-platform assaults.… Current fragmented techniques, with discrete detectors monitoring Modbus, Kubernetes, MQTT, or other domain-specific protocols, cannot handle cross-system risks. These methodologies overlook 68% of multi-vector marketing that uses both physical and digital channels. This study introduces a transfer learning architecture to integrate detection capabilities by correlating threats across protocols, devices, and settings. The architecture generates a unified feature space that extracts behavioral semantics from industrial control system logs, cloud telemetry, network traffic, and device-level signals to produce protocol-agnostic threat representations. Adversarial domain adaptation and semantic graph embeddings enable cross-domain knowledge transfer with minimum retraining. Security teams may now discover kill chains like infected cloud containers preceding illegal PLC command execution every 23 minutes. Validated against real-world attack datasets from water treatment facilities (OT) and cloud infrastructure (IT), the system achieved 93.4% cross-platform attack recall, a 41.3 percentage point improvement over prior methodologies. It reduced OT data labeling by 89% and false positives by 93.5%. This paradigm shift transforms threat correlation from a reactive, domain-specific process to adaptive intelligence, boosting resilience for critical infrastructure, industrial ecosystems, and smart environments facing cyber-physical hazards. The framework's practical validation in energy, industry, and vital infrastructure shows its importance in protecting an increasingly linked world.

Optimization of Human Resources to Improve Corporate Financial Health: A Qualitative Perspective and Best Practices

Hamsyah, Arimbawa, I Gede Arya Pering, Rostini, Bakri, Risna Melati Sukma, Muhammad, A Fadel
Abstract: In the era of globalization and increasingly intense competition, the management of Human Resources (HR) has become a crucial factor for ensuring company sustainability and growth. This study aims to explore the impact of… f HR optimization on a company's financial health using a qualitative approach. Employing a case study methodology, the research analyzes companies that have successfully implemented effective HR strategies, including employee development, competitive compensation policies, performance management, and wellness programs. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, executives, and employees, as well as internal document analysis and direct workplace observation. The findings indicate that effective HR practices can reduce costs, enhance productivity, and lower turnover rates, all contributing to improved financial performance. The results support Wright and McMahan's (2011) theory that effective HR management acts as an enabler for achieving competitive advantage. The study also aligns with Huselid’s (1995) research, which highlights the importance of competitive compensation policies in boosting productivity and financial health. This research underscores the significance of aligning HR strategies with financial goals and adopting best practices in HR management to improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable financial objectives.

The Influence of Foreign Direct Investment, Small and Medium Micro Enterprises on Economic Growth and Its Impact on Reducing Unemployment in DKI Jakarta Province

Susanti, Ria Johan, Supandi, Agus, Margiyanto Adi, Tony
Abstract: This study examines the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on economic growth and its impact on unemployment reduction in the Province of DKI Jakarta. The analysis… is reveals a significant positive correlation between FDI and economic growth, highlighting the role of foreign capital, technology transfer, and managerial expertise in boosting regional productivity. Similarly, MSMEs contribute significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and employment creation, supported by government policies facilitating access to finance, training, and business support. The study also finds that economic growth driven by FDI and MSMEs effectively reduces unemployment rates. Recommendations for policymakers include creating a favorable investment climate, strengthening MSME support, ensuring inclusive economic growth, and enhancing public-private collaboration. These measures aim to sustain the positive impact of FDI and MSMEs on economic development and job creation in DKI Jakarta.

Unlocking the Potential: The Impact of E-SPT and E-Filing Systems on Boosting Corporate Tax Revenue

Oktaviano, Benny, Sulistyorini Wulandari, Dian, Boru Tarigan, Nora Vira Yunika
Abstract: This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as the primary analytical tool to investigate the transformative effects of Electronic Self-Assessment Tax (E-SPT) and E-Filing systems on corporate tax revenue. By examining… mining the integration of these digital tools, the research highlights their significant impact on enhancing tax administration efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. E-SPT simplifies the tax reporting process, reduces administrative burdens, and minimizes errors through automated checks. E-Filing improves transparency and accountability by providing clear, traceable records of submissions. Together, these systems streamline tax compliance, increase taxpayer awareness, and boost overall revenue collection. The study is based on a sample of 100 corporate taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama. The findings indicate that the adoption of E-SPT and E-Filing systems results in significant improvements in corporate tax revenue, emphasizing the role of digital solutions in modernizing tax systems.
