rtant instrument to correct, assess, evaluate, and improve the administration of government. If vote-buying is allowed to continue, its impact can be significant and even harm the state or regions. Candidates who win through vote-buying have the potential to maintain power in an unhealthy manner.
This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Tanimbar Islands Regency in efforts to prevent vote-buying during the 2024 Regional Head Election. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that Bawaslu implemented various preventive strategies, such as public outreach, vulnerability mapping, and anti–vote-buying patrols. However, several constraints were identified, including limited human resources, difficult and remote geographic conditions, and a local political culture that remains tolerant of vote-buying transactions. This study recommends increasing community participation, utilizing technology in oversight activities, and strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to make efforts to prevent vote-buying more effective.

The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method adapted from the Borg and Gall model, consisting of seven main stages: needs analysis, planning, product development, expert validation, revision, limited field trials, and final product refinement. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, observation, questionnaires, and interviews, then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The validation results showed high feasibility, with average expert ratings of 90% (content), 92% (design), 96% (language), and 90% (implementation). The trial results indicated that the model is valid, practical, and effective in improving participants’ understanding, communication skills, and emotional readiness for marriage. This study concludes that the developed pre-marital education model can be effectively implemented as an innovative framework for family education at KUA. It contributes to strengthening Islamic marriage preparation programs and supports the government’s efforts to reduce divorce rates through comprehensive pre-marital guidance.

ttract voters, visual campaign equipment is used, namely banners, billboards, social media and so on as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU). So that the campaign program of each legislative candidate is very important to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign equipment. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. The researcher conducted a validity test of the questions before distributing the questionnaire. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed quantitatively using the EPIC model analysis with 12 indicators. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.

on public popularity, personal image, and emotional proximity to gain electoral support. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.

since the 2004 elections. This policy aims to increase women's participation in politics and ensure women's voices are represented in decision-making. However, even though this policy has been implemented, women's representation in parliament is still far from the expected target. In the 2019 elections, women's representation in the People's Representative Council (DPR) only reached 20.5%. This research analyses the implementation and effectiveness of gender quota policies in Indonesia using a qualitative approach. Findings show that the main obstacles to implementing gender quotas include the dominance of patriarchal culture, lack of support from political parties, discrimination against female candidates, and weak supervision and law enforcement. On the other hand, this policy has made a positive contribution in the form of increasing the number of women elected as legislative members, although this contribution is still limited. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the 30% quota policy for women in parliament requires strengthening commitment from various parties, including political parties, society, and election management institutions. Research recommendations include strengthening the capacity of female candidates, increasing supervision of quota implementation, as well as wider outreach about the importance of women's representation in politics. With these steps, it is hoped that gender equality in parliament can be achieved better in the future.

from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

Primary data consists of news articles from BatamPos.co.id and BatamNews.co.id published during the period of May-June 2024. Secondary data is derived from literature related to framing theory and previous studies. Data collection was conducted through purposive sampling, and analysis was performed by identifying main themes, categorizing the news coverage, and evaluating the impact of framing on public perception. The analysis reveals that the framing of news about Amsakar Achmad on BatamPos.co.id tends to emphasize strong political support, popularity, and Amsakar’s concrete visions and programs. In contrast, BatamNews.co.id focuses more on Amsakar’s direct interactions with the public, local community support, and political communication. Both media construct a positive image of Amsakar, albeit with different approaches. BatamPos.co.id creates the perception that Amsakar is a strong candidate with solid political backing and a clear plan for Batam’s progress, while BatamNews.co.id portrays Amsakar as a leader who is close to the people, adaptive, and collaborative. This research provides insights into how media framing can influence public perception of political candidates.

However, the recruitment process which is still conventional often faces obstacles in selecting candidates who truly match the company's needs. To overcome this problem, this study proposes the implementation of a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method to improve accuracy and is used to compare candidate profiles with established competency standards, allowing the system to provide rankings based on the level of suitability of candidates with the required criteria. The results of this study indicate that the use of Profile Matching-based DSS can help companies in selecting competent candidates in the field of data analyst more effectively and efficiently. There are 7 alternatives that will be selected using 6 criteria, the candidates who get the highest scores are in alternatives and , namely Muhammad Maulana Rais and Aulia Kadri Pratiwi, S.A.P with a total score of 5.85. So that leaders can make decisions based on the results of calculations that have been obtained through the designed system.

Abstrak: PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Silaupiasa merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang menyediakan layanan air bersih dan air minum bagi masyarakat kabupaten asahan, perusahaan ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten di bidang Data Analyst untuk mendukung pengelolaan dan analisis data perusahaan. Namun, proses rekrutmen yang masih bersifat konvensional sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam menyeleksi kandidat yang benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching guna meningkatkan akurasi dan digunakan untuk membandingkan profil kandidat dengan standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga memungkinkan sistem memberikan peringkat berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian kandidat dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SPK berbasis Profile Matching dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memilih kandidat yang kompeten di bidang data analyst secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Terdapat 7 alternatif yang akan di seleksi dengan menggunakan 6 kriteria, kandidat yang mendapatkan nilai terbesar ada pada alternatif dan yaitu Muhammad Maulana Rais dan Aulia kadri Pratiwi, S.A.P dengan nilai total 5,85. Abstrak: Pada penelitian di Kampus STIT Batu Bara, dimana peneliti harus memutuskan dan membandingkan kualitas calon yang satu dengan yang lain untuk menyeleksi para mahasiswa yang mengajukan diri untuk menjadi seorang calon yang akan berkesempatan untuk dipilih nanti. Dan terkadang timbulnya sikap memihak terhadap salah satu pencalon. Oleh karena itu, Suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam sebuah pemungutan suara umumnya dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam ruang lingkup terkecil maupun terbesar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pesat saat ini, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual kini bisa dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan electronic voting, dengan adanya e-voting diharapkan siswa dapat mengakses dan memilih calon ketua OSIS dimanapun tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat pemungutan suara yang biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah proses pemungutan suara dan e-voting dapat menjaga keamanan data dari manipulasi pihak lain. Metode dalam penyuluhan berupa dipusi iptek, dengan tahapan sisialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-voting. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini, menerapkan sistem pemilihan ketua osis yang lebih efektif dan transfaran.
