students due to the lack of engaging learning media. Video-based learning was employed to help students understand pitch, rhythm, and lyrics, thereby enhancing their confidence, interest, and singing skills in music education. This study adopted a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design following the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, conducted in two cycles (Cycle I with two meetings and Cycle II with one meeting). The subjects were 21 second-grade students (9 males and 12 females). Data collection techniques included observation, tests (performance assessments), interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine improvements in students' singing ability across four indicators: pitch accuracy, rhythmic accuracy, lyric mastery, and expression with self-confidence. The results showed that students' initial singing ability was low, with only 28% achieving the minimum mastery criterion (KKM). After implementing video-based learning, students' mastery increased to 43% in Cycle I Meeting I, 62% in Cycle I Meeting II, and 90% in Cycle II Meeting I. Teacher activity improved from 60% (adequate) to 96% (excellent), and student activity increased from 59% (adequate) to 96% (excellent). These findings demonstrate that video-based learning effectively improves children's singing ability, confidence, and active participation in music education at the elementary school level.

dge of early stimulation and developmental screening outcomes and compared developmental outcomes between stunted and non-stunted toddlers. A quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 125 mother–toddler pairs in the working area of Balaiselasa Public Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency, Indonesia. Maternal knowledge was assessed using a structured questionnaire, developmental status was screened using the Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP), and stunting was determined from length/height-for-age according to age and sex. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Chi-Square test. Moderate maternal knowledge was found in 59 mothers (47.2%). Developmental screening outcomes were appropriate in 68 toddlers (54.4%), questionable in 48 (38.4%), and deviant in 9 (7.2%). Maternal knowledge was associated with developmental screening outcomes (χ²=10.187; df=4; p=0.037; Cramer’s V=0.202). Stunting status was also associated with developmental category (χ²=6.279; df=2; p=0.043). Because some expected cell counts were below five, the chi-square findings should be confirmed using an exact or Monte Carlo test. The findings support integrated maternal education, developmental screening, growth monitoring, and nutritional follow-up in primary health services.

The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of panel data which is analyzed using panel data regression through Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model. The selection of the best model was carried out using the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test, while hypothesis testing was carried out through t-test, F test, determination coefficient, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that the Fixed Effect Model is the best model. Regional Economic Innovation, Green Economy, and Digital Governance have a positive and significant effect on Regional Economic Resilience. In addition, Digital Governance has been proven to strengthen the influence of Regional Economic Innovation and Green Economy on Regional Economic Resilience. The Adjusted R² value of 81.8% indicates that the model has an excellent ability to explain variations in regional economic resilience. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening regional innovation, implementing a green economy, and accelerating the transformation of digital government as a sustainable, adaptive, inclusive, and competitive regional economic development strategy in North Sumatra Province.

The purpose of the community service conducted by the KKM 41group students of Universitas Bina Bangsa, is to convey the knowledge they have acquired at the campus. The method used in this service is to educate elementary school students about affixes to improve their Indonesian language skills. The result of this service is that the students have a better understanding of learning affixes and practice directly by taking a test to assess their knowledge, with the test results being excellent.

In the era of rapid digitalization, the use of social media, e-commerce, and content strategies are important parts in increasing Flota Coffee's competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through direct observation and in-depth interviews with business actors. The results of the study indicate that a well-planned digital marketing strategy can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of promotion, even with a limited budget. In addition, it was found that allocating a proportional promotional budget to digital media can increase the visibility and sales of Flota Coffee products. The implications of this study show the importance of strategic budget planning in digital marketing activities to support the sustainability and growth of Flota Coffee in the digital era.
