hen the intensity of the student movement increased in response to various public policy issues. The main purpose of this research is to uncover the practice of digital mainstream media representation of student actions and dissect the ideological power relations between state actors and civil society groups in the realm of media discourse. The approach used is Norman Fairclough's three-dimensional model of Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK), which includes analysis at three levels: textual structure (lexical and syntactic), discourse practice (the process of production and consumption of texts), and social practice (ideological and institutional context). Five news articles from Kompas.com were analyzed in depth as the main sample. The results of the study show that online media tends to frame student actions through dictionaries that reduce the meaning of their struggle, such as "chaos," "secured," and "not conducive," while prioritizing quotes from state officials or security forces. This disarticulation plays a role in strengthening the state's authority in shaping public opinion and shows the tendency of the media as a hegemonic agent. These findings emphasize the urgency of ideological awareness-based media literacy so that people are able to criticize and not passively accept media discourse.

The creation narrative in Genesis 1:1-2 is one of the main foundations of Cristian theology. This research aims to dig deeper into the theological meaning of the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” in Genesis 1:1-2. The main focus is on the primitive condition of the earth before creation, and its implications for understanding God’s power and creativity. This research seeks to clarify various existing interpretations, especially regarding the concept of “tohu wabohu” and its relationship with other creation theories. A close analysis of Genesis 1:1-2 shows that the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” describes an intial state that was unstructured and without form. This condition is not the result of previous destruction, but is a “blank canvas” for God’s creative work. Thorugh His words, God transforms chaos into order, brings light into darkness, and creates everything from nothing. This research provides new contributions, namely: presenting a comprehensive review of various theological views regarding Genesis 1:1-2 including comparisons with other creation theories such as the gap theory, providing a deeper interpretation of the concept of “tohu wabohu” and clarifyng misunderstandings that often occur, highlights the implications of understanding the early conditions of the earth for our understanding of God’s power and creativity and the relationship between creator and creation.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada masyarakat dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kawasan perkotaan yang berubah sangat cepat menyebabkan pergerakan masyarakat atau pengguna jalan menjadi semrawut seperti di Kotamadya Medan. Masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitasnya sehari-hari secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh pola pergerakan manusia yang tidak teratur, dalam hal ini yang dimaksud adalah peningkatan kemacetan, keterlambatan, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah manusia dalam menggunakan fasilitas jalan yaitu sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan jalur terpendek dengan menggunakan metode djikstra dan spanning cycle menggunakan graf sebagai cabang dari matematika dan ilmu komputer. Rencana kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kota Medan dengan menggunakan data citra spasial dari peta kota Medan, data spasial berbasis google maps, dan data atttributnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian yang diharapkan adalah diperoleh hasil perbandingan kedua algoritma sesuai dengan data spasial yang digunakan, dan luaran hasil penelitian akan dipublish pada artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi sinta 4 atau yang lebih baik.

mulai dengan melakukan peremajaan isolat C10 dan C11 dan dilanjutkan dengan produksi dan presipitasi bakteriosin dan dilanjutkan dengan uji sifat kimiawi dari bakteriosin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolat bakteri asam laktat C10 dan C11 merupakan bakteri Gram positif bentuk batang (basil). Hasil uji sifat kimiawi bakteriosin isaolat bakteri asam laktat C10 dan C11, menunjukkan bahwa bakteriosin yang di hasilkan merupakan senyawa protein yang di buktikan dengan uji ninhidrin positif. Uji molisch negatif dan uji lowry positif dengan konsentrasi protein C10 senilai 0,66 mg/mL sedangkan C11 sebesar 1,04 mg/mL.
