ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan, menggabungkan disiplin ilmu Ulum Al-Qur'an dan matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua ayat Al-Qur'an membentuk himpunan universal S, dengan himpunan M untuk ayat-ayat Makkiyah dan himpunan N untuk ayat-ayat Madaniyah membentuk partisi S melalui relasi M ∪ N = S dan M ∩ N = ∅ pada tingkat surah. Perbedaan pendapat ilmiah mengenai ayat-ayat mukhtalaf fih dimodelkan melalui operasi gabungan, irisan, dan komplemen, dan divisualisasikan menggunakan diagram Venn. Temuan-temuan ini diintegrasikan sebagai konteks pembelajaran teori himpunan yang memenuhi tujuan kurikulum sekaligus mengembangkan karakter ketelitian dan konsistensi logis siswa.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak ruang produksi belum tersusun secara efisien, dengan penempatan mesin yang tidak mengikuti alur kerja dan kurangnya pemisahan zona antar proses. Selain itu, konveksi menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan ruang, fasilitas penyimpanan yang tidak tertata, keterampilan tenaga kerja yang belum merata, serta belum adanya standar waktu kerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, konveksi melakukan perancangan ulang tata letak menggunakan pendekatan Operation Process Chart (OPC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), dan Activity Area Diagram (AAD), menyelenggarakan pelatihan teknis internal bagi pekerja, serta merencanakan perluasan ruang produksi. Implementasi strategi ini menunjukkan peningkatan output produksi harian dari rata-rata 60 potong menjadi 96–116 potong per hari secara lebih efisien dan terstruktur.

constrained by internal limitations and external pressures. This study aims to analyze the internal and external marketing conditions of MoriFlour Moringa Powder at PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya and to formulate appropriate marketing strategies. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using SWOT analysis through IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results indicate that the total IFAS score was 0.98 and the EFAS score was 0.93, demonstrating the dominance of strengths and opportunities over weaknesses and threats. The SWOT diagram places the company in Quadrant I, indicating a favorable strategic position. Accordingly, growth-oriented strategies such as market penetration and market development are recommended by leveraging product quality and expanding herbal market opportunities. These findings confirm that SWOT analysis is an effective tool for formulating marketing strategies in functional plant-based agro-industries.

Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.

ttract voters, visual campaign equipment is used, namely banners, billboards, social media and so on as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU). So that the campaign program of each legislative candidate is very important to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign equipment. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. The researcher conducted a validity test of the questions before distributing the questionnaire. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed quantitatively using the EPIC model analysis with 12 indicators. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.

The system development adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UML-based system design (Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams), implementation using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, as well as functional testing through the black-box method. The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. Overall, the system enables a more organized, accountable administrative process and supports the campus digitalization program.

design and implement databases through a library application case study. The main problem addressed is the limited competence of students in structured database design, including data requirement analysis, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) development, normalization, and the lack of practical experience in using MySQL and applying it to real-world cases. The method employed consists of integrated theory- and practice-based training through interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The activities were conducted in four stages: introduction to database concepts, ERD design and normalization, SQL implementation (CRUD and JOIN), and integration with a simple web application. The results indicate that participants gained improved understanding and skills in designing and implementing databases, aligned with current developments in information technology, particularly in the context of a library application case study.

Abstrak: Pelatihan perancangan dan implementasi database bagi siswa SMK di LKP Pelita Media bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar basis data serta kemampuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan database pada studi kasus aplikasi perpustakaan. Permasalahan utama adalah terbatasnya kompetensi siswa dalam perancangan database secara terstruktur, meliputi analisis kebutuhan data, pembuatan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), normalisasi, serta kurangnya pengalaman praktik menggunakan MySQL hingga implementasi pada kasus nyata. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan berbasis teori dan praktik terintegrasi melalui ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu pengenalan konsep basis data, perancangan ERD dan normalisasi, implementasi SQL (CRUD dan JOIN), serta integrasi dengan aplikasi web sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan peserta memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan perancangan serta implementasi database yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya pada studi kasus aplikasi perpustakaan.

d verification of the production process flow diagram, hazard identification, determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs), and establishment of critical limits. This community service activity aimed to provide knowledge and assistance in HACCP implementation to enhance food safety, product quality, and competitiveness. The activity was conducted from October to December 2024 at UMKM Suole, and included interviews, field observations, and HACCP assistance and analysis. The results show that the catfish floss production process involves several critical stages that require monitoring, such as raw material reception, meat separation, frying, and packaging. Hazard identification and determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs) have been carried out to prevent biological, chemical, and physical contamination. The importance of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining sanitation, and controlling processing time and temperature was emphasized. Improving the understanding of HACCP among MSME actors is a key factor in effective hazard control and achieving food safety.

Abstrak: UMKM Suole merupakan salah satu produsen abon lele yang berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Penerapan dilakukan dengan penyusunan dan verifikasi diagram alir proses produksi abon lele, identifikasi bahaya, serta penetapan CCP dan batas kritis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan pendampingan penerapan HACCP guna meningkatkan keamanan pangan, mutu, dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober hingga Desember 2024 di UMKM Suole, meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta pendampingan dan analisis HACCP. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi abon lele mencakup beberapa tahap penting yang memerlukan pengawasan, seperti penerimaan bahan baku, pemisahan daging, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Telah dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penetapan titik kendali kritis (CCP) untuk mencegah kontaminasi biologis, kimia, dan fisik. Selain itu, ditekankan pentingnya penyusunan SOP, sanitasi, serta pengendalian suhu dan waktu proses. Peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap HACCP menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengendalian bahaya dan pencapaian keamanan pangan produk.

Abstrak: Tenaga pengajar perlu memahami alat untuk membuat laporan. Tenaga pengajar di TPQ Bina Ummah masih kesulitan dalam melakukan pelaporan akhir semester. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan laporan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel pada tenaga pengajar di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Bina Ummah Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, adalah kegiatan yang diselenggarakan dalam pemberian pengetahuan dan cara menggunakan tools, tabel, rumus-rumus, dan lain-lainnya pada aplikasi Microsoft Excel secara rinci serta mendalam untuk para tenaga pengajar. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan praktek secara langsung di laptop dan mengangkat kasus-kasus yang biasa di kerjakan oleh para tenaga pengajar dalam melakukan pelaporan akhir semester. Output dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merancang laporan dengan menggunakan tabel-tabel, penyajian informasi laporan menggunakan diagram, memproses data-data dengan efektif dan efesien.
