the impact of these strategies on student behavior. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, three Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Muslim students at SMPN 2 Nuangan. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, observation persistence, extended participation, and member checks. The results showed that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character values were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, integration of character values in learning, and supervision of student behavior. Supporting factors included teacher commitment, a conducive school culture, cooperation among school members, and parental support. Inhibiting factors included differences in student backgrounds, lack of family attention, the influence of the social environment, and limited learning time. This strategy has a positive impact on improving students' religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility and good manners.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of Personal Innovativeness in influencing the actual use of the MyTelkomsel application through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this model, Personal Innovativeness is…
positioned as a core construct that influences three key user perceptions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment. A total of 355 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that seven out of eight hypothesized paths between constructs in the model demonstrate statistically significant effects. The only non-significant relationship is found between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Use, suggesting that ease of use is no longer a major determinant of user attitudes toward digital applications, possibly because it is now perceived as a basic standard in technology usage. Conversely, Personal Innovativeness consistently exerts a significant influence on all three key perceptions, which in turn affect users’ attitudes, intentions, and actual behaviors. These results underscore the strategic role of innovative personal characteristics in driving adoption and active engagement with digital applications. The practical implications highlight the importance of user segmentation based on innovation levels, the development of enjoyable features, and the refinement of user experience to promote sustained engagement within digital ecosystems such as MyTelkomsel.
Abstract:This research examines the persistence of the Mangrara Banua Tongkonan ceremony in Akung Village through a cultural anthropology approach. As a sacred Torajan ritual, this traditional house consecration ceremony endures…
due to its deep cultural significance for the local community. Anthropological analysis reveals that Mangrara Banua is not merely a physical celebration of a new structure, but a cultural institution rich in symbolic meaning. First, the ritual serves as a collective expression of gratitude to God the Creator. Second, it functions to articulate and legitimize the family's social status (tana') within the community hierarchy. Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

This collaboration strengthens financial sectors and bilateral cooperation under the Bilateral Swap Agreement (BSA), implemented with the principle of pacta sunt servanda. Article 1320 explains the cooperation between Indonesia and Japan, where they extend agreements and enhance financial stability within a country, applying “lex specialis derogat legi generalis” agreements implemented by ministers and governors to recognize legally binding agreements between Indonesia and Japan, expanding the Bilateral Swap Agreement (BSA) framework in the financial sector. These agreements are advanced and legally recognized under established laws and regulations.
Abstract:Abstract: A bakery that produces and sells pastries is called Rini Cake Cookies Bakery in Pulo Bandring District. Gedangan Village is home to Rini Cake Cookies Bakery, Pulo Bandring District. The Rini Bakery processes a…
large number of sales transactions each day, which has an impact on the raw material inventory of the Rini Cake Cookies Bakery. Maintaining raw material stock levels requires you to keep just enough inventory on hand for sales while cutting down on expenses and labor. An organization's attempt to minimize risk and maximize sales is known as inventory control. The challenge facing the Rini Bakery is figuring out how much raw material stock needs to be produced in the upcoming month to keep up with customer demand, avoid buildup over an extended period of time, and preserve raw material stock stability. Because an accumulation of stock may cause the product to expire before it is given to buyers. Customer demand is the reason for this, as it varies each month based on prevailing patterns. A sales strategy is actually required in light of the current issues, and one such strategy is the use of a model, namely the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, to anticipate or predict sales.

tial for processed shrimp paste. The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.

Abstract:This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).…
The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.

Abstract:Many mechanical systems with elastic and damping properties are prone to resonant phenomena at natural frequencies under the action of external forces. Resonance phenomena can also be preserved in control systems of such…
objects closed by negative feedback, which reduces the quality of the functioning of these systems. The paper under review deals with the practically important problem of suppressing oscillations at natural frequencies in control systems for a linear oscillator, which is traditionally considered a dynamic object described by a second-order differential equation with complex roots of the characteristic equation. The focus of the work is the question of the roughness of the system in relation to inaccurate knowledge of the resonant frequency of the controlled object (which is typical for many technical applications).
