This… is training was designed to provide both theoretical understanding and practical hands-on experience in creating creative content, utilizing TikTok Shop, and TikTok Ads as promotional tools. The training results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in leveraging TikTok features for digital marketing. The implementation carried out by the participants successfully expanded their market reach and increased consumer interaction through their TikTok accounts. Despite challenges related to the need for ongoing mentoring, this activity has had a tangible positive impact on the development of local hydroponic businesses. This training is expected to become a starting point for business actors to continue innovating and optimizing digital marketing strategies to face the dynamics of the modern market.

Penguatan Kemandirian Pangan Rumah Tangga Melalui Hidroponik Vertikal Dan Pemasaran Digital Berbasis E-Commerce

Abstract: Abstract:  Urban household food security is still constrained by limited land availability and a high dependence on external supply. A community service program conducted in Berkah Family Village Housing, Kubang Jaya Village,… llage, aims to enhance food self-sufficiency through vertical hydroponics, organic waste processing, and e-commerce–based digital marketing training. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program increased hydroponic knowledge from 30% to 85%, assembly skills from 15% to 80%, plant maintenance understanding from 25% to 78%, and e-commerce skills from 0% to 75%. A single hydroponic tower produces 7.2–14 kg per cycle, with potential income ranging from IDR 435,000 (pakcoy) to IDR 1,400,000 (lettuce). Kale can be harvested continuously for more than one year every 7–10 days, yielding an average of 105 grams per plant and generating up to IDR 1,100,000 per harvest. Additionally, 20 households are able to process kitchen waste into liquid fertilizer. Overall, the program has proven effective in strengthening household food security and economic resilience while supporting the achievement of the SDGs. Program pengabdian di Perumahan Berkah Family Village, Desa Kubang Jaya, bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian pangan melalui hidroponik vertikal, pengolahan limbah organik, dan pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik dari 30% menjadi 85%, keterampilan perakitan dari 15% menjadi 80%, pemahaman perawatan tanaman dari 25% menjadi 78%, serta kemampuan e-commerce dari 0% menjadi 75%. Satu unit tower hidroponik menghasilkan 7,2–14 kg per siklus dengan potensi pendapatan Rp. 435.000 (pakcoy) hingga Rp. 1.400.000 (selada). Tanaman kale dapat dipanen berkelanjutan sampai lebih satu tahun, tiap 7–10 hari dengan rata-rata 105 gram per tanaman dan potensi Rp.1.100.000 per panen. Sebanyak 20 keluarga juga mampu mengolah limbah dapur menjadi pupuk cair, sehingga program ini efektif memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi rumah tangga serta mendukung SDGs. Implementation of Solar-Powered Water Pump and Monitoring System for Hydroponic Urban Farming

Abstract: Hydroponic farming is gaining popularity in urban areas due to its efficient resource usage and high, clean yields. However, systems like the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) rely on electric pumps for continuous nutrient circulation,… irculation, making them vulnerable to extended power outages that can disrupt plant nutrition and lead to crop failure. The purpose of this activity is to address the issue of power outages that impacted the hydroponic gardens of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Sepinggan Raya, Balikpapan, by implementing a solar-powered water pump and a water quality monitoring system. The program consisted of an initial survey, system development and installation, and training sessions on system operation and maintenance. Results indicate that the implementation of the solar pump and monitoring system improves hydroponic productivity while reducing operational costs previously dependent on the national electricity grid. Additionally, the project empowered the local women's group with renewable energy knowledge and modern farming technologies, promoting sustainable urban agriculture practices. Namun, sistem hidroponik seperti Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) sangat bergantung pada pompa listrik untuk sirkulasi air nutrisi secara berkelanjutan. Pemadaman listrik yang berkepanjangan dapat mengganggu suplai nutrisi dan berpotensi menyebabkan kegagalan panen. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan padamnya listrik yang terjadi di kebun hidroponik Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sepinggan Raya, Balikpapan dengan menerapkan pompa air tenaga surya dan sistem pemantauan kualitas air. Kegiatan meliputi survei awal, pengembangan dan instalasi sistem, serta pelatihan pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan teknologi bagi para petani. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan produktivitas kebun hidroponik dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap jaringan listrik nasional (PLN). Selain itu, proyek ini memberdayakan kelompok tani dengan pengetahuan tentang energi terbarukan dan teknologi pertanian modern, mendorong praktik pertanian yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan urban. Teknologi Informasi Digital Marketing Pada Urban Farming Pemasaran Sayur Hidroponik Di Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology in digital marketing in urban farming, especially in improving hydroponic vegetable marketing in Asahan Regency. The development of information technology… nology has opened up new opportunities for urban farming actors to expand market reach through digital marketing strategies. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews and observations of urban farming actors as well as analysis of the use of digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and websites. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital marketing has proven effective in increasing sales and expanding the market, as well as supporting the sustainability of urban farming businesses by increasing product visibility, ease of transactions, and interaction with consumers. However, there are challenges such as limited technological knowledge for some business actors and uneven digital infrastructure. Therefore, training and technological support are needed for hydroponic farmers in order to maximize the potential of digital marketing in improving economic welfare in the urban agricultural sector. Keywords: digital marketing; hydroponics; information technology; urban farming.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi informasi dalam digital marketing pada urban farming, khususnya dalam meningkatkan pemasaran sayur hidroponik di Kabupaten Asahan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang baru bagi pelaku urban farming untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Masalah yang terjadi di Sigit Hidroponik memerlukan pemanfaatan teknologi dibidang pemasaran produk agar produk dapat terjual dengan baik dan terus mengalami peningkatan agar siklus atau perputaran penamaan dan panen dapat berjalan lebih efekti dan efisien dengan waktu yang lebih produktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap pelaku urban farming serta analisis penggunaan platform digital seperti media sosial, e-commerce, dan website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pasar, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha urban farming melalui peningkatan visibilitas produk, kemudahan transaksi, dan interaksi dengan konsumen. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi bagi sebagian pelaku usaha dan infrastruktur digital yang belum merata. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan teknologi bagi petani hidroponik agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi di sektor pertanian perkotaan. Pertanian Perkotaan Dengan Teknologi Akuaponik Dan Hidroponik Di Kelurahan Galur

Abstract: Urban farming is a gardening activity that uses the home yard and can still be done even if the land is small/limited. RW 06 Galur Subdistrict is in an area of Central Jakarta which is relatively densely populated, where… it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.            Keywords: Aquaponics; Hydroponics; Urban Agriculture   Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.   Kata kunci: akuaponik; hidroponik; pertanian perkotaan

Peningkatan Keterampilan Masyarakat Kelurahan Karang Joang Balikpapan Melalui Kegiatan Budidaya Ikan Dalam Ember (Budikdamber)

Abstract: The loss of food production land due to land conversion in supporting more economically profitable activities has urged innovations in agricultural and fishery activities by utilizing narrow land. A suitable method to solve… lve this problem is Budikdamber or fish farming in a bucket. This method adopts the concept of aquaponics, which is a combination of aquaculture and hydroponics. Community skills improvement by Budikdamber activity aims to introduce a simple method for growing kale and catfish farming on narrow land using buckets so that people can obtain food directly from their yards. The target community for this activity is the residents of RT 14, Karang Joang Village. The implementation method includes field surveys and problem identification, formulation of solutions, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. These steps are expected to provide skills for the community to do Budikdamber. The community showed positive responses to this activity. The community showed their understanding and opinion of the Budikdamber activity and the continuity of this activity.

PELATIHAN HIDROPONIK DI YAYASAN ASOFA AKSELERASI SODAQOH FIQRUL AKBAR, KAB. BEKASI

Urban agriculture is expeted to help improve… e the economy of the people in an area because the yields produced can provide economic benefits. The Asofa Foundation tried to capture this opportunity in the context of developing a masjid-based economy through hydroponic training for the surrounding community. Therefore, a series of training was conducted to improve the capacity of the community. The training included training on seeding vegetables in rockwool, training on transplanting, and training in preparing and mixing hydroponic fertilizers. The results of the training were that residents were able to cultivate plants using hydroponics. However, the boundary was the environmental conditions (in this case water) in Bekasi which were not good enough so that the seedlings died after being transplanted into the hydroponic kit. Further training needed can be in the form of training fruit plants using hydroponics which can withstand inadequate water conditions. Another training that can be carried out is training in vegetable cultivation with planting methods other than hydroponics that are able to accommodate environmental conditions   Keywords: urban farming, economic development, masjid-based economy, trainings     Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan adalah menanam dan memelihara binatang ternak di dalam atau sekitar kota. Beragam jenis tanaman dapat dibudidayakan terutama tanaman sayuran dan buah. Pertanian perkotaan mampu membantu peningkatan ekonomi rakyat di suatu daerah karena hasil panen yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan keuntungan ekonomis. Peluang inilah yang berusaha ditangkap oleh Yayasan Asofa dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi berbasis masjid lewat pelatihan hidroponik untuk masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah serangkaian pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakatnya. Pelatihan yang dilakukan antara lain pelatihan penyemaian tanaman sayuran di rockwool, pelatihan pindah tanam, dan pelatihan meracik pupuk hidroponik. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah warga mampu melakukan budidaya tanaman dengan menggunakan hidroponik hanya saja kondisi lingkungan (dalam hal ini air) di daerah Bekasi kurang baik sehingga tanaman semaian mati setelah dipindahkan ke dalam kit hidroponik. Pelatihan lanjutan yang diperlukan dapat berupa pelatihan tanaman buah dengan menggunakan hidroponik yang tahan kondisi air yang kurang memadai. DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BASED VERTICAL HYDROPONIC CULTIVATION SYSTEM

Abstract: Abstract: The advancement of smart agriculture has become a promising solution to increase food productivity and land use efficiency in urban environments. This research aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based… sed vertical hydroponic farming system integrated with LED grow light technology and catfish aquaponics. The proposed system combines vertical hydroponics and aquaponics to optimize plant growth and water utilization. Internet of Things technology enables real-time environmental monitoring through an Arduino Uno microcontroller integrated with LDR, soil moisture, pH, and NPK sensors. The obtained sensor data is processed using the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm, which performs fuzzification, rule inference, aggregation, and defuzzification to generate adaptive control decisions for irrigation, nutrient circulation, and LED grow light intensity. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method through prototype development and performance evaluation for 30 days using spinach (Amaranthus spp.) and mustard greens (Brassica juncea) as test plants. Experimental results showed that the developed system successfully maintained stable environmental conditions, with soil moisture ranging between 69–72%, a pH value between 6.4 and 6.6, and optimal nutrient availability. Plant growth increased significantly. The integration of IoT, AI and aquaponics improves cultivation efficiency, enabling environmental control as a smart and sustainable solution for urban agriculture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pertanian hidroponik vertikal berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi lampu tumbuh LED dan aquaponik ikan lele. Sistem yang diusulkan menggabungkan hidroponik vertikal dan aquaponik untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan pemanfaatan air. Teknologi Internet of Things memungkinkan pemantauan lingkungan secara real-time melalui mikrokontroler arduino uno yang terintegrasi dengan sensor LDR, kelembaban tanah, pH, dan NPK. Data sensor yang diperoleh diproses menggunakan algoritma Logika Fuzzy Mamdani, yang melakukan fuzzifikasi, inferensi aturan, agregasi, dan defuzzifikasi untuk menghasilkan keputusan kontrol adaptif untuk irigasi, sirkulasi nutrisi, dan intensitas lampu tumbuh LED. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pengembangan (R&D) melalui pengembangan prototipe dan evaluasi kinerja selama 30 hari menggunakan bayam (Amaranthus spp.) dan sawi hijau (Brassica juncea) sebagai tanaman uji. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mempertahankan kondisi lingkungan yang stabil, dengan kelembaban tanah berkisar antara 69–72%, nilai pH antara 6,4 dan 6,6, dan ketersediaan nutrisi yang optimal. Pertumbuhan tanaman meningkat secara signifikan. Integrasi IoT, AI dan aquaponik meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya, untuk pengendalian lingkungan sebagai solusi cerdas dan berkelanjutan untuk pertanian perkotaan. IOT BASED HYDROPONIC WATER QUALITY CONTROL INTEGRATED WITH WEBSITE AND EARLY WARNING

Abstract: Abstract: The development of information and communication technology has driven digital transformation in various sectors, including agriculture. One of the technologies widely applied is the Internet of Things (IoT), which… hich enables devices to be interconnected through the internet to perform monitoring and data exchange in real time. In hydroponic cultivation, water quality stability is a crucial factor that affects plant growth. The main parameters that need to be monitored include water acidity level (pH), water temperature, and dissolved nutrient concentration measured using Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However, water quality monitoring is still commonly conducted manually, making it less efficient and potentially causing delays in detecting changes in water conditions. This study aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system for hydroponic cultivation using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, temperature, and TDS sensors. The collected data are sent to a server and displayed on a web dashboard in real time, equipped with automatic notification features. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan adalah Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk melakukan pemantauan dan pertukaran data secara real-time. Pada budidaya hidroponik, kestabilan kualitas air menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Parameter utama yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi tingkat keasaman air (pH), suhu air, serta konsentrasi nutrisi terlarut yang diukur menggunakan Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Namun, pemantauan kualitas air masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan kualitas air hidroponik berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH, suhu, dan TDS. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan pada web dashboard secara real-time serta dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis.
