The results of the regression analysis of panel data with the selected model, the Random Effect Model (REM), showed that the free variable, namely Regional Original Income, had a positive and significant effect on the Fiscal Capacity Ratio and Transfer Fund negative and insignificant to the Fiscal Capacity Ratio. It is hoped that this research can help the government to further optimize the potential of PAD to create regional independence.

ct Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

This study aims to solve the problems that occur in the Gunung Melayu Plantation Village by using the service quality method, making it easier for the residents of the Gunung Melayu Plantation Village to assess the quality of village administration services. By collecting answers from questionnaires that have been filled out by residents, then the answer data is then managed using the service quality method. The results of this study are recommendations for decisions that can be taken by village heads in maintaining, improving or improving the quality of village government services.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini sangat berkembang dengan pesat, hampir diseluruh kehidupan manusia sudah tersentuh dengan teknologi. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini, juga dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi, perusahaan atau instansi baik itu dari swasta maupun pemerintah. Contoh pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi yang dilakukan perusahaan atau instansi tersebut yaitu membuat aplikasi yang dapat menampung penilaian dari pelanggan, konsumen atau masyarakat atas layanan yang diterima. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di desa Perkebunan Gunung Melayu dengan menggunakan metode servqual, sehingga memudahkan warga desa Perkebunan Gunung Melayu dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan administrasi desa. Dengan mengumpulkan jawaban kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh warga, maka selanjutnya data jawaban tersebut dikelola dengan menggunakan metode servqual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rekomendasi keputusan yang dapat diambil oleh kepala desa dalam mempertahankan, memperbaiki atau meningkatkan dari kualitas pelayanan administrasi desa.
