ot been empirically tested. This study examines whether a flat 3 percent quarterly bonus, applied uniformly across a portfolio of more than three hundred products spanning a 600-fold price range, produces unintended consequences beyond its stated goal of volume growth. A sequential explanatory mixed-methods design is used. The quantitative phase analyses 781 product-quarter observations covering 326 products over eleven quarters from mid-2023 through end-2025. The qualitative phase uses confirmatory interviews with seventeen informants from distributor management and sales teams. The incentive program successfully drives all four sales performance dimensions measured in the study, covering volume growth, revenue share, transaction frequency, and a cumulative growth index, all of which are statistically significant. However, higher-priced products attract significantly fewer transactions per quarter and grow more slowly over time. Seven of eight hypotheses are supported. Qualitative findings confirm that the incentive effect adds to total selling activity rather than redirecting it, but transaction attention consistently concentrates on lower-priced products across the eleven-quarter period. The study extends agency theory to a three-party setting and provides the first panel-level evidence of composition effects from a uniform sales incentive in Indonesian B2B distribution.

The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.

foster these superior students from the start by forming a superior class. In forming a superior class, an effective selection process is needed to select students who are truly superior. This research was conducted at STMIK Royal Kisaran where the object of research was prospective new students for the superior class and the related party was the Academic and Student Administration Bureau (BAAK) because the party was directly involved in selecting prospective new students for the superior class. But the problem is, BAAK does not yet have an election process based on a method and there is no information system for selecting prospective new students for superior classes. The purpose of this study is to make predictions related to the selection of prospective new students for superior classes in the future with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm and implemented in an information system.The results of this research are that the Naïve Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy rate of 60% in the good classification category which is measured by the level of accuracy using the confusion matrix, so that the information system produced in this study also has efficient prediction results and is expected to help BAAK.

Abstrak: Mahasiswa unggulan merupakan representasi dari mahasiswa aktif dan cerdas yang mampu memberikan kontribusi langsung terhadap perkembangan bangsa. Untuk menghasilkan mahasiswa yang benar unggul salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan membina mahasiswa unggulan tersebut sejak awal dengan membentuk kelas unggulan. Dalam membentuk kelas unggulan dibutuhkan proses seleksi yang benar efektif untuk memilih mahasiswa yang benar unggul. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STMIK Royal Kisaran dimana objek penelitian merupakan calon mahasiswa baru untuk kelas unggulan dan pihak yang terkait adalah Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) karena pihak tersebut terlibat langsung dalam pemilihan calon mahasiswa baru untuk kelas unggulan. Namun permasalahannya, pihak BAAK belum memiliki sebuah proses pemilihan berdasarkan metode dan belum adanya sistem informasi pemilihan calon mahasiswa baru kelas unggulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan prediksi terkait pemilihan calon mahasiswa baru kelas unggulan di masa mendatang dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan diimplementasikan dalam sebuah sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian ini algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 60% dengan kategori good classification yang diukur tingkat akurasinya dengan menggunakan confusion matrix, sehingga sistem informasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini juga memiliki hasil prediksi yang efisien dan diharapkan dapat membantu pihak BAAK.

5 Constitution. The threshold requiring a party or coalition to hold 20% of DPR seats or 25% of the popular vote has been controversial for limiting voter choice and reinforcing oligarchic dominance. Using a normative legal research method, the study applies doctrinal interpretation through grammatical, systematic, historical, and teleological approaches to evaluate whether the threshold is consistent with constitutional democracy. The analysis identifies a disconnect between the legislative rule and the constitutional concept of sovereignty residing with the people, informed by theories of democracy, sovereignty, and progressive legal thought. While procedurally legitimate, the threshold lacks substantive constitutional validity because of its exclusionary impact on political participation. The study proposes four reform options: repeal, proportional adjustment, judicial reinterpretation, and constitutional amendment. These reforms would realign electoral rules with democratic principles and restore voters’ political agency. A doctrinal reinterpretation model is offered, framing the threshold as a regulatory instrument rather than a rigid barrier, advocating a legal structure that promotes inclusivity and reflects the people’s general will.

The method used was to carry out tests using a Porkcine detection kit on unbranded nugget and meatball food samples. The positive control used was a sample of processed meat containing pork. The test results showed that all food samples of nuggets (3 types) and meatballs (3 types) did not contain pork protein (negative results). This way the food is safe for consumption. sly made in traditional paper formats are now frequently conducted digitally, raising legal concerns regarding their legality, validity, evidence, and legal protection for the involved parties, particularly consumers. Although electronic agreements are normatively recognized in the Civil Code (KUHP) and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, practical implementation issues persist, leading to legal uncertainty. This research employs a normative legal methodology utilizing statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources related to electronic agreements and civil legal protection. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted to investigate the legal status of electronic agreements and the legal protection available for the parties within the Indonesian legal framework. The discussion results indicate that electronic agreements possess legal validity and binding force equivalent to traditional agreements, provided they meet the criteria for a valid agreement as outlined in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Information Technology Law. Legal protection in electronic agreements encompasses legal certainty, the recognition of electronic document and signature evidence, and consumer protection against detrimental standard clauses. Nevertheless, challenges remain in establishing party identification, ensuring the integrity of digital contracts, and addressing power imbalances between commercial entities and consumers. This study concludes that while electronic agreements are legally recognized under Indonesian civil law, enhancing legal protection requires strengthened regulations, consistent law enforcement, and improved legal and digital literacy among the public to ensure secure, fair, and equitable electronic transactions.
