Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan, teridentifikasi tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu rendahnya aktivitas sosial antarwarga, minimnya kesadaran kesehatan pada kelompok lanjut usia, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan limbah kulit pinang hasil perkebunan masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan participatory action research dengan tiga program utama, yaitu turnamen bola voli antarkampung, pemeriksaan kesehatan lansia melalui posyandu, dan pelatihan pengolahan limbah kulit pinang menjadi biobriket. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa turnamen bola voli berhasil meningkatkan interaksi dan kebersamaan antarwarga, kegiatan posyandu lansia meningkatkan akses dan kesadaran masyarakat lanjut usia terhadap layanan kesehatan, serta pelatihan biobriket memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru kepada masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah perkebunan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Ketiga program tersebut saling melengkapi dalam mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat dari aspek sosial, kesehatan, dan lingkungan, sehingga diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan dalam jangka panjang.

gital platforms, such as social media, marketplaces, digital payment applications, and technology-based financial recording systems, is expected to improve operational efficiency and expand marketing reach. However, the level of digital technology utilization by 3 Kg LPG distribution outlets remains varied, necessitating a more in-depth study of the impact of digitalization on business performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on MSME performance based on interviews with owners and managers of 3 Kg LPG distribution outlets under PT Pinang Baris Langit Biru. The study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of 3 Kg LPG distribution outlets that have implemented digitalization in their business activities. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that the implementation of digitalization has a positive impact on MSME performance, particularly at 3 Kg LPG distribution outlets, including increasing sales, expanding market share, accelerating transaction processes, improving promotional effectiveness, and simplifying business administration and financial management. However, several obstacles remain, such as low digital literacy, limited human resources, and limited access to technology. Therefore, support in the form of training, mentoring, and government policies is needed to improve digital capabilities at 3 Kg LPG distribution outlets so that digital transformation can proceed optimally.

Dalam sosialisasi ini, masyarakat diberikan pelatihan pembuatan permen pinang yang dilakukan secara partisipatif, di mana seluruh proses pengolahan dilakukan bersama-sama dengan panduan dari para ahli. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan pengenalan manfaat pinang, baik dari sisi kesehatan seperti kandungan antioksidan yang tinggi, maupun dari sisi ekonomi, yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, warga desa diajak untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mereka dalam menciptakan varian produk yang lebih menarik dan bernilai jual tinggi. Sebagai langkah selanjutnya, diharapkan produk permen pinang ini dapat masuk ke dalam jaringan distribusi yang lebih besar, termasuk pasar modern dan online, sehingga memberikan dampak ekonomi yang lebih signifikan bagi masyarakat Desa Teluk Sentosa. ys a quantitative approach with a correlational method to determine the extent to which these three variables influence employee dedication both individually and simultaneously. The research sample was selected using cluster sampling, representing the central region (Karimun Regency), eastern region (Tanjungpinang City), and western region (Natuna Regency), totaling 72 respondents, of which 52 were used as the main sample and 20 as a trial sample. The findings indicate that leadership responsibility positively affects employee dedication, emphasizing the importance of leaders who provide clear guidance, foster effective communication, and create a work environment that supports motivation and performance. Reward giving is shown to enhance Employee Dedication by motivating them to achieve work targets and strengthening organizational loyalty. Meanwhile, promotion serves as a career incentive that encourages commitment and responsibility in task execution. Simultaneous analysis shows that these three variables collectively contribute significantly to improving employee dedication. These findings underscore that a combination of responsible leadership, an effective reward system, and transparent promotion policies can strengthen loyalty, commitment, and work ethic among employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This study provides important implications for human resource management development in the public sector, particularly in strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance and dedication through appropriate managerial policies.

examines the implementation of service quality in Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands Province and its influence on academic achievement, focusing on SMPIT Assakinah Tanjung Pinang, SMPS Al-Himmah Karimun, and SMP BP Tahfidz Attaubah Batam. Service quality in this context is defined as a student-centered paradigm that integrates academic, pastoral, and social dimensions. Drawing on perspectives from Crosby, Sallis, and Brewster, quality is measured by responsiveness to needs, continuous improvement, and the integration of academic rigor, pastoral care, and co-curricular enrichment. Academic achievement, as described by Bloom, is shaped by cognitive, affective, and environmental factors, where the structured environment of boarding schools can maximize outcomes. This research employed a qualitative case study approach with data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model. Findings reveal that service quality is implemented through four stages: (1) conceptualization with a vision integrating national and diniyah curricula; (2) implementation involving active learning, dormitory services, extracurricular programs, and Islamic character building; (3) improvement via SWOT-based evaluation, facility upgrades, teacher development, and digitalization; and (4) continuous evaluation for relevance and effectiveness. The study concludes that comprehensive, integrated service quality is a decisive factor for success in boarding schools. Effective service quality fosters both academic achievement and the development of religious, independent, and morally sound students. By applying Total Quality Management principles, Islamic boarding schools can establish an optimal educational ecosystem, producing a superior and globally competitive generation rooted in Islamic values.

Metode dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Tanjungpinang berperan dalam pendampingan korban pelecehan seksual pada anak dimana saat ini UPT PPA melakukan pendampingan rohani, psikologis, mendampingi proses hukum hingga visum. Berdasarkan hasil temuan ada beberapa SOP dalam pelaksanaanya belum sesuai seperti waktu dan prosedur pendampingan yang harus menyesuaikan keadaan di lapangan dan akhirnya diberikan tidak tepat sesuai SOP kemudian belum terpenuhinya beberapa fasilitas, salah satunya adalah jalur disabilitas dan Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga. Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga (PUSPAGA) diharapkan yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam pendampingan masalah kesehatan mental bagi anak dan orang tua.

Kemudian data hasil penelitian diolah dengan teknik analisa data yaitu penggunaan model pembelajaran Model Scramble materi cita-citaku di kelas IV SD 153074 Pinangsori 3, Untuk meningkat ditandai dengan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Scramble di kelas IV SD 153074 Pinangsori 3, kemudian hasil observasi guru yang dilakukan pada setiap siklusnya dapat dilihat hasilnya yaitu siklus I pertemuan I memperoleh persentase 59,37% pertemuan II 65,62% dan pada siklus II guru lebih meningkat menjadi pertemuan I sebesar 75,00% dan pertemuan ke II sebesar 84,37% dilihat dari indikator keberhasilan maka guru mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,75%, dan hal ini telah mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan kemudian hasil observasi aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, dimana pada siklus I pertemuan I memperoleh persentase sebesar 47,22% pertemuan II 63,88% dan siklus II pertemuan I sebesar 66,66% dan pertemuan II sebesar 91,66%.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mamat tradition as a living and dynamic cultural system amid ongoing social transformation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the symbolic meanings and social functions embedded in the tradition. The findings reveal that Mamat is not merely a habitual practice of betel nut consumption, but a cultural mechanism that strengthens social integration, serves as a medium for conflict reconciliation, and reinforces kinship relations and social respect. The tradition also functions as a vehicle for transmitting cultural values that shape the collective character of the Timor Lelogama community. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of Mamat as an integrated cultural system encompassing the dimensions of ideas, activities, and cultural artifacts, thereby enriching perspectives on local cultural studies grounded in social practice. The study concludes that preserving the Mamat tradition constitutes a relevant cultural strategy for strengthening social cohesion and sustaining community identity amid the dynamics of globalization.

The results of this study are to improve the quality of student graduates at MAN Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands through Arabic language learning, then it can use madrasah principal management, namely through; a) planning, b) organizing, c) implementing, and e) supervising. Planning includes needs analysis, short and long term goals, and relevant curriculum development. Organizing by setting a clear organizational structure with specific assignments and responsibilities for each Arabic language teaching staff. Implementation by actively implementing an innovative Arabic language curriculum, ensuring that Arabic language learning materials are always up-to-date and relevant to student needs. Supervision by conducting periodic monitoring of the Arabic language learning process to ensure that the curriculum and teaching methods are implemented according to plan.
