o health services, low health literacy, and contextual challenges in health communication within the community. The implementation methods included health education, training on the use of simple health technologies, community mentoring, and strengthening culturally based health communication. The activities were conducted collaboratively by involving local health workers, community members, students, and lecturers as part of international cooperation. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of basic health pravtices, more optimal use of health technology, and increased active participation in maintaining personal and community health. In addition, the establishment of international collaboration networks supported the exchange of knowledge and best practices. The evaluation shows that an integrative and participatory approach was effective in supporting program sustainability, despite challenges related to infrastructure limitations and digital literacy. Overall, this community service program contributes significantly to enhancing health literacy and community welfare and can serve as a model for international community engagement based on health technology and communication.

. This study aims to determine the effect of Benson relaxation on pain levels in breast cancer patients. A quantitative research method was employed using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 17 patients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The average pain score of respondents during the first measurement (pre-test) was 6.12, and during the second measurement (post-test) it decreased to 3.12. The difference in average pain levels between the first and second measurements showed a reduction of 3.00 points. The statistical test results revealed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of Benson relaxation on reducing pain in breast cancer patients. Benson relaxation can significantly help lower pain levels after therapy. This relaxation technique plays an important role by inhibiting sympathetic nerve activity, which in turn reduces oxygen consumption by the body and relaxes the muscles, leading to a sense of calm and comfort.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mamat tradition as a living and dynamic cultural system amid ongoing social transformation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the symbolic meanings and social functions embedded in the tradition. The findings reveal that Mamat is not merely a habitual practice of betel nut consumption, but a cultural mechanism that strengthens social integration, serves as a medium for conflict reconciliation, and reinforces kinship relations and social respect. The tradition also functions as a vehicle for transmitting cultural values that shape the collective character of the Timor Lelogama community. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of Mamat as an integrated cultural system encompassing the dimensions of ideas, activities, and cultural artifacts, thereby enriching perspectives on local cultural studies grounded in social practice. The study concludes that preserving the Mamat tradition constitutes a relevant cultural strategy for strengthening social cohesion and sustaining community identity amid the dynamics of globalization.

rnization and shifts in the lifestyle of younger generations have led to a diminishing understanding of its symbols, ritual language, and moral messages, thereby placing its existence at risk of marginalization. This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. The novelty of this research lies in its simultaneous integration of theological and anthropological analyses of Natoni as a contextual praxis of faith rather than merely a cultural phenomenon, thus offering a conceptual contribution to the development of Indonesian contextual theology.

Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, pendekatan sejarah, dan pendekatan fakta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hukum internasional memiliki peran penting dalam menyelesaikan konflik perbatasan ini dan menciptakan ketertiban dan keadilan di masyarakat internasional. Konflik perbatasan antara Indonesia dan Timor Leste dipicu oleh klaim sepihak warga Timor Leste terhadap wilayah Indonesia di perbatasan. Konflik ini melibatkan bentrokan fisik antara warga kedua negara. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang upaya penanganan konflik perbatasan dari perspektif hukum internasional dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sengketa perbatasan wilayah Indonesia dan Timor Leste.

ah sebagai ukuran penting keberhasilan awal dalam membangun kepercayaan dan penerimaan pasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert kepada 92 responden aktif yang pernah menggunakan layanan BNF minimal dua kali. Instrumen diuji menggunakan validitas Pearson dan reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha, sedangkan hipotesis dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (B = 0,100; t = 1,414; sig. = 0,161). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (B = 0,867; t = 12,150; sig. = 0,000). Secara simultan, citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (F = 387,093; sig. = 0,000) dengan R Square sebesar 0,897. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan menjadi faktor dominan dalam membentuk kepuasan nasabah BNF, sementara citra perusahaan masih perlu diperkuat melalui pengalaman layanan yang konsisten, komunikasi transparan, dan peningkatan profesionalisme layanan.

of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers
