ndigenous crops, such as tropical pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) and green pea (Vigna radiata L.), offers a promising strategy for nutritional fortification and dietary diversification. This study aimed to evaluate the proximate composition, sensory acceptability, statistical differences, and production cost feasibility of steamed sponge cakes formulated with varying proportions of pumpkin and green pea flours as partial replacements for refined wheat flour. An experimental design was applied using three formulations: AF09 (Control: 100% wheat flour), BW91 (10% pumpkin flour, 20% green pea flour), and CB88 (15% pumpkin flour, 15% green pea flour). Proximate testing measured moisture, ash, protein, fat, crude fiber, and total carbohydrates (by difference). Sensory acceptance (color, aroma, taste, and texture) was evaluated by 50 semi-trained panelists using a hedonic scale. Data were analyzed non-parametrically using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kruskal-Wallis, and post-hoc Mann-Whitney tests. All formulations complied with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 01-3840-1995) for moisture (31.69%–33.74%), total ash (0.66%–1.05%), crude protein (5.80%–6.65%), and crude fat (1.64%–2.82%). Formula CB88 achieved the highest crude fiber content (0.69%) and lower total energy density (269.88 kcal/100 g). Kruskal-Wallis testing indicated statistically significant differences (p<0.05) among formulations for color, taste, and texture, while aroma exhibited no significant variation (p=0.672). Formula CB88 emerged as the optimal treatment, receiving superior sensory acceptance ratings for color (90% liked) and crumb softness (88% liked) driven by natural β-carotene and pectin-moisture gelation. Production cost analysis demonstrated high economic feasibility for CB88 at IDR 3,374 per 55 g serving. Partial substitution with 15% pumpkin flour and 15% green pea flour (Formula CB88) yields a nutrient-dense, fiber-enriched, and cost-effective functional snack suitable for targeted school nutrition and dietary diversification programs.

The research employs an exploratory qualitative case study design, utilizing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and system observation on a single organization to gather rich, contextual data. The results demonstrate that AI integration significantly accelerated service, with chatbots handling 65–70% of routine queries and drastically reducing response times. Operationally, these improvements fostered high employee acceptance (TAM). Strategically, the AI-Powered CRM generated refined predictive analytics, resulting in a 12–18% improvement in campaign conversion rates and efficient resource allocation, confirming that AI creates a valuable and difficult-to-imitate strategic capability (RBV). The study concludes that AI-Powered CRM is a critical enabler for both operational efficiency and long-term strategic competitiveness in digital markets.

Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur melalui analisis berbagai jurnal, buku, dan sumber ilmiah terkait etnomatematika, budaya lokal, dan pembelajaran geometri. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa artefak budaya seperti Rumah Bolon, motif ulos, kain tenun Melayu, Bika Ambon, dan onde-onde mengandung representasi bangun datar, seperti persegi, persegi panjang, segitiga, trapesium, belah ketupat, dan lingkaran yang dapat dijadikan media konkret dalam pembelajaran. Integrasi budaya tersebut membantu siswa menghubungkan konsep abstrak dengan objek nyata, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta menumbuhkan apresiasi terhadap budaya daerah. Program dilaksanakan selama lima minggu dengan sasaran 20 anak TPQ melalui tahapan observasi, pengenalan doa harian, penghafalan dengan metode pengulangan, praktik penerapan doa dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, serta evaluasi. Metode pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan klasikal dan kelompok kecil dengan media modul doa harian dan buku prestasi hafalan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam menghafal doa, ketepatan pelafalan, serta pembiasaan sikap religius dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Program ini efektif mendukung pembentukan karakter religius anak dan berpotensi diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di TPQ.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan penyusunan materi pelatihan, kegiatan tatap muka, demonstrasi, praktik langsung terbimbing, latihan mandiri, serta pendampingan intensif. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas guru dan kepala sekolah, dengan fasilitator utama dosen dari Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lakidende.
Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep teknologi pembelajaran digital serta kemampuan dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran berbasis AI, meliputi media presentasi, lembar kerja digital, dan RPP berbantuan AI. Guru menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi dan antusiasme yang tinggi serta mampu menghasilkan rancangan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif, efektif, dan relevan dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informan penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri atas pemilik dan pengelola UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam aktivitas usahanya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI melalui aplikasi pembukuan digital, chatbot, analisis data penjualan, dan sistem pemasaran digital mampu meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan kualitas pengelolaan informasi usaha. Penggunaan AI juga membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memperkuat sistem pencatatan transaksi dan pelaporan keuangan sehingga mendukung peningkatan akuntabilitas usaha. Namun demikian, implementasi AI masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, biaya teknologi, serta risiko keamanan dan privasi data. (PAI), the biggest challenge today is how to deliver teaching materials effectively, adaptively, and relevant to the development of the times and the characteristics of the digital generation. Deep learning implementations offer a variety of opportunities to support a more personalized, interactive, and efficient learning process. Through an algorithm-based approach, deep learning is able to process student learning data to provide a learning experience tailored to individual learning styles. The application of this technology also allows for automatic assessment of students' understanding through text, voice, and expression analysis, so that teachers can focus more on providing character development and spiritual values. On the other hand, the use of AI-based chatbots and intelligent assistants can facilitate discussions and consultations about Islamic teachings instantly and factually. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study and case study approach. Data were collected through a review of national and international scientific literature and focused observations on the practice of AI implementation in several madrassas and Islamic schools in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out thematically by identifying patterns, opportunities, and challenges of applying deep learning in PAI learning. The results of this study are expected to make a scientific contribution to the development of technology-based Islamic education in the digital era.

This study addresses this gap by examining the integration of AI-assisted learning and Qur’anic tahsin development as a holistic model of teacher competency enhancement. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 200206 Padangsidimpuan, involving elementary school teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, school leadership, and facilitators of AI and tahsin training programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive analytical model with methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that the use of AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Gamma, and Canva AI—significantly improves instructional effectiveness and strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Furthermore, AI-integrated Qur’anic tahsin training, particularly in makhārij al-ḥurūf and tajwīd, enhances teachers’ Qur’anic recitation quality while reinforcing their religious and personal competencies. This study contributes a value-based, integrative framework for teacher professional development that bridges digital innovation and Islamic educational values. Despite its potential, the model faces challenges related to digital literacy disparities, infrastructural readiness, and the need for sustained mentoring. The study advances scholarly discourse on ethically grounded AI integration in elementary education.

Data collection was conducted through learning observations, interviews, and analysis of student activities and learning outcomes in the Integrated Economic Exploration material. The KOTAK model was designed by integrating various easily accessible AI tools, such as Google Lens, ChatGPT, and QuestionWell, to support interactive, collaborative, and problem-solving-based learning. The results showed that implementing the KOTAK model significantly improved students' critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity (4C) skills. Analysis of learning outcomes indicated a 94.87% absorption rate and achievement of the curriculum objectives for the taught material. The use of the AI platform has proven to be an effective interactive medium for encouraging active student engagement, strengthening higher-order thinking, and fostering collaboration in problem-solving. This research makes an original contribution by offering and testing a contextual learning model that integrates collaborative pedagogy and AI technology in a madrasah environment, while also presenting a practical framework for developing 21st-century skills in integrated subjects such as Economics, in line with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.
