chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.

nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

pretation does not necessarily reflect individuals’ attitudes in a comprehensive manner. This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

penyusunan naskah, pengolahan data, dan penyuntingan artikel masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga memerlukan waktu lama dan sering kali menghasilkan kualitas tulisan yang tidak konsisten. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan praktis peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI guna memperbaiki efektivitas serta mutu publikasi ilmiah di lingkungan Paspama Institute. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan interaktif, meliputi tiga tahapan utama: (1) pengenalan konsep dasar AI dan potensinya dalam bidang publikasi, (2) workshop penerapan aplikasi AI seperti ChatGPT, Grammarly, dan Copilot untuk asistensi penulisan akademik, serta (3) pendampingan penyusunan artikel ilmiah berbasis AI secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menulis dan mengedit naskah, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat sebesar 32% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan publikasi. n raw material procurement, manual stock recording, and the absence of an integrated system with suppliers. These problems impact the overall production process efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak RO Aquatub dapat menjalankan operasional produksi secara lebih efektif dan terkontrol.

implementation of CRM in the sales of pesticides and vegetable seeds at UD. Bersama, located
in Punggulan Village, Asahan Regency. UD. Bersama faces challenges such as manual
promotion, error-prone transaction recording, and limited customer reach. Product sales are
unstable each month. To address these issues, a web-based sales system was designed at
https://udbersamatani.online/, enabling online purchases, discounts, live chat, and free shipping
services. The implementation results show that this system facilitates data processing and report
generation for the admin. Consumers can quickly order products, interact via live chat, and obtain
real-time product information. The application of CRM at UD. Together has proven effective in
managing and analyzing data, meeting customer needs, and increasing sales. This system
improves service and eases transactions for customers, potentially enhancing customer loyalty
and satisfaction.

mengatasi masalah ini, dirancang sistem penjualan berbasis web di https://udbersamatani.online/,
yang memungkinkan pembelian online, diskon, live chat, dan layanan pengiriman gratis. Hasil
implementasi menunjukkan sistem ini memudahkan admin dalam pengolahan data dan
penyusunan laporan. Konsumen dapat memesan produk dengan cepat, berinteraksi melalui live
chat, dan mendapatkan informasi produk secara real-time. Penerapan CRM di UD. Bersama

This problem is the background to the implementation of community service activities (PkM) with the aim of improving teacher competency in using Large Language Models (LLM) such as Gemini and ChatGPT to develop Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP). The methods used included needs surveys, interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation through post-tests and participant feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, where teacher knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and the application of AI in lesson plans increased from 10% to 65%. The contribution of this activity lies in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI to develop lesson plans more effectively and providing a scientific basis for the application of LLM in lesson planning in vocational education.

Namun, sebagian besar guru SMK di Kota Palembang, termasuk di SMK PGRI 2, masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan AI. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan Large Language Models (LLM) seperti Gemini dan ChatGPT untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana pengetahuan guru meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80% dan penerapan AI dalam RPP naik dari 10% menjadi 65%. Kontribusi kegiatan ini terletak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun RPP secara lebih efektif serta penyediaan dasar ilmiah bagi penerapan LLM dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi.

nd of the activity is the limited understanding and skills of teachers in utilizing AI applications (e.g., ImageFX, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to create interesting, interactive, and student-specific learning media. The implementation method includes three stages: preparation (interviews & needs observations), implementation (face-to-face workshops, demonstrations, and supervised independent practice), and evaluation (pre-post surveys and work assessments). This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted at the beginning and end of the training, from 31% pre-test to 88% post-test showing a significant difference. The results of this training showed a 57% increase in teachers' practical understanding, the development of AI-based teaching media in core subjects, and plans for sustainable adoption in the classroom. This activity contributes to improving educators' ICT competencies and encouraging the integration of modern technology in elementary schools.

Hal ini dapat diliat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan di awal dan di akhir pelatihan, dari 31% pre-test ke angka 88% post-test menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 57% pada pemahaman praktis guru, penyusunan media ajar berbasis AI pada mata pelajaran inti, serta rencana adopsi berkelanjutan di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi TIK pendidik dan mendorong integrasi teknologi modern di sekolah dasar.
