The principal has the ability to lead all school resources. SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru found several problems that were almost the same in the two schools, namely: Limited resources, including teacher competency, use of IT, funds, budget allocation and facilities. Principal Policy and Leadership has a very big role in dealing with various problems in implementing the independent learning curriculum.
This research aims to: 1) Identify the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at SDN 1 Sungai Besar and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru, 2) Analyze the results of the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at SDN 1 Sungai Besar and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru, and 3) Analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum.
This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the main instrument of interviews. The data sources in this research are school principals and teachers at SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman concept, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that: 1) How the Principal's Policy and Leadership in implementing the independent learning curriculum includes: Vision and Mission in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, Policies that support the independent learning curriculum, Leadership periodic collaboration in decision making of the Independent Curriculum 2) Implementation Results by measuring the results of implementation With this policy and leadership, school principals can assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and make the necessary adjustments to achieve better results in the future. The principal can evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that all school members get maximum benefits from the implementation of the curriculum. 3) Supporting Factors for the policy and the principal's leadership. The principal's strong and visionary leadership can motivate and direct the entire school community in implementing the independent learning curriculum, Inhibiting Factors Leadership that is less consistent or less committed and budget limitations can hinder the ability to provide facilities.

One non-pharmacological intervention that can be applied to address hallucinations is the rebuke technique, which is a firm and directed verbal action to reject perceived hallucinations. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations with the application of the rebuke technique as the main intervention. This study uses a descriptive case study approach on one patient in the Flamboyan Ward of Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten Mental Hospital. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed based on the stages of the nursing process. The results showed that after the rebuke technique intervention was consistently implemented for three days, there was a decrease in the frequency of hallucinations from 3-4 times to 1-2 times a day. The patient also showed an increase in the ability to recognize and reject hallucinations independently. Furthermore, the patient began to engage in social interactions and participate more actively in daily activities. The conclusion is that the reprimand technique has proven effective as a nursing intervention in addressing auditory hallucinations. This intervention is simple, easy to implement, and can improve the patient's coping skills in dealing with hallucinatory symptoms.

This research also found that female lawyers tend to be more sensitive to issues of ethical violations and report cases that occur more often than male lawyers. These findings provide new insights regarding gender dynamics in the legal profession and the importance of creating a more inclusive environment in dealing with violations of professional ethics.

s business faces the challenge of unpredictable monthly fluctuations in consumer demand, which often lead to supply imbalances, overproduction, or lost profit opportunities due to stockouts. This study aims to implement and analyze the accuracy of the Single Moving Average (SMA) quantitative forecasting method in predicting Sate Padang Hapis sales volumes for June 2026. Model performance was evaluated by assessing mathematical accuracy across two time-interval variations: 3-month and 5-month moving averages. Projection error rates were rigorously measured using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) parameters. The analysis reveals that the Single Moving Average model with a 5-month interval yields projections closest to actual data, achieving the lowest error rates (MAD: 28.00; MSE: 1,304.00; MAPE: 2.28%). Implementing this forecasting model provides management with an objective basis for decision-making, enabling the effective and efficient optimization of raw material logistics and supply management.

Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

As for the Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub-section of Crime and Violence, in this case, they want to provide information to the public about places or locations prone to crime, so an application is made that will help the people in obtaining information about crime-prone areas which can later be used to prevent and monitor these crimes. This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is part of knowledge based on computer software that is utilized to present information in digital form and analyze the earth's geography to form spatial information. This study aims to apply web-based geographic information in providing information on crime-prone locations in Kisaran City and later to assist the public in obtaining information on crime-prone sites in Kisaran City. The results of this web-based GIS can help and facilitate the community and users in knowing crime-prone locations in the City of Kisaran in knowing crime-prone places or locations at the Asahan Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstrak: Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat membahayakan dan tidak bisa diterima disebut dengan kriminalitas yang berhubungan dengan moral masyarakat, merugikan masyarakat, dan melanggar hukum. Adapun tindak kejahatan yang sering terjadi berupa kasus pencurian yang dapat dibagi dalam 3 bentuk yaitu pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor), Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat), dan Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Curas). Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas, sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Hasil dari SIG berbasis web ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat dan user dalam mengetahui titik lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dalam mengetahui tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas pada Satreskrim Polres Asahan.
