Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Dan Pengelolaan Barang Masuk Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Waterfall Pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jambi masih melaksanakan proses pencatatan dan monitoring barang masuk secara manual menggunakan dokumen administrasi dan aplikasi perkantoran sederhana, sehingga menimbulkan kendala… dala berupa kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pencarian data, dan kesulitan penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Monitoring dan Pengelolaan Barang Masuk Berbasis Web untuk membantu proses pencatatan, monitoring, pencarian, dan pelaporan data barang masuk secara lebih efektif. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan, dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML serta basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan barang, mempercepat pencarian data, meningkatkan akurasi penyimpanan data, serta menyederhanakan penyusunan laporan secara otomatis. The Communication and Informatics Office of Jambi Province still records and monitors incoming goods manually using administrative documents and basic office applications, resulting in recording errors, delayed data retrieval, and difficulties in report preparation. This study aims to design a Web-Based Monitoring and Management System for Incoming Goods to support recording, monitoring, searching, and reporting processes more effectively. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, modeled with UML and a MySQL database. The results show that the developed system simplifies the recording of goods, accelerates data search, improves data storage accuracy, and streamlines automatic report generation.

Analysis of Human Resource Competency in Improving Employee Performance in The Department Communication and Informatics of Gunungsitoli City

Abstract: This study aims to analyze human resource competencies in improving employee performance at the Communication and Information Agency of Gunungsitoli City. Employee competencies, both in terms of technical knowledge, communication… unication skills, and work attitudes, are important factors in determining the success of implementing government duties, especially in the digital era and the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

Optimalisasi Strategi Promosi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Melalui Analisis Data Historis

Abstract: Promosi penerimaan mahasiswa baru (PMB) merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas calon mahasiswa. Namun, strategi promosi yang belum memanfaatkan data historis secara optimal dapat menyebabkan… babkan kegiatan promosi kurang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data historis PMB sebagai dasar dalam menyusun strategi promosi yang lebih efektif pada Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder PMB periode 2023–2025. Analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan data cleaning, transformasi data, statistik deskriptif, segmentasi calon mahasiswa, dan visualisasi data menggunakan dashboard analitik. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi program studi, asal sekolah, jurusan asal sekolah, kecamatan, kabupaten/kota, provinsi, jalur masuk, dan sumber informasi pendaftar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pendaftar berasal dari Provinsi Aceh, khususnya Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan Kota Lhokseumawe, dengan dominasi lulusan jurusan IPA serta peminat terbesar pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Instagram dan website menjadi sumber informasi utama bagi calon mahasiswa. Pemanfaatan data historis melalui visualisasi data mampu memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif mengenai karakteristik calon mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam penyusunan strategi promosi PMB yang lebih terarah, efektif, dan berbasis data. New student admissions (PMB) promotion is an important factor in increasing the number and quality of prospective students. However, promotional strategies that do not optimally utilize historical data can result in less targeted promotional activities. This study aims to analyze historical PMB data as a basis for developing a more effective promotional strategy in the Information and Computer Technology Department of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing secondary PMB data for the 2023–2025 period. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data cleaning, data transformation, descriptive statistics, prospective student segmentation, and data visualization using an analytical dashboard. The variables analyzed included study program, school of origin, major of origin of school, sub-district, regency/city, province, admission route, and applicant information sources. The results show that most applicants come from Aceh Province, especially North Aceh Regency and Lhokseumawe City, with a predominance of science graduates and the greatest interest in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Instagram and websites are the main sources of information for prospective students. The use of historical data through data visualization can provide more comprehensive information regarding the characteristics of prospective students so that it can support decision-making in developing more targeted, effective, and data-based PMB promotion strategies. 

The Effect of Learning Interest and Learning Discipline on Student Learning Outcomes in Informatics Class X SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak

Abstract: The world of education is currently developing, various kinds of innovation and renewal are carried out to improve the quality and quantity of education. Various breakthroughs have also been made both in curriculum development,… opment, learning innovation, and the provision of educational facilities and infrastructure needed to improve the quality of education itself. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with an Ex Post Facto approach. The population of this study is class X students of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak for the 2023/2024 school year.The data collection techniques in this article are direct communication techniques and also use questionnaires. The validity test of the instrument is used to assess whether the instrument can accurately disclose the data of the variable being studied. The validity of the content and construct was assessed through expert assessment by three validators, consisting of two IT lecturers and one Informatics teacher, to evaluate the suitability of the questionnaire about learning interests and learning disciplines. The data from this research includes information about students of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak class XA, XB, XC, XD, XE, XF, XG, XH, XI which amounted to 322 students who had previously been observed, this was done to find out the problems at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak before a study was conducted. The research carried out included one bound variable, namely Learning Outcome (Y), and two independent variables, namely Learning Interest (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) Variable Data for X1 and X2 was obtained from a questionnaire with a likert scale answer model of 4 (four) alternative answers that were distributed according to the sample needs to 167 students who were the research sample.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Android pada Mata Pelajaran Informatika Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Pontianak

Abstract: The media act as a go-between for the person sending the word and the person receiving it. “Media” refers to the people, things, or events that work together to create a setting that helps students learn facts, skills, or… s, or attitudes. A Research and Development (R&D) methodology was used for this study. An R&D methodology is a set of activities or procedures that are used to make a new product or improve a current product so that it will persist in the future. The ADDIE development approach was used for the study, which combines the research and development (R&D) stages. To make learning plans for things, the ADDIE method is used. ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. What the study found the goal of making Android-based engaging learning materials for class VII Informatics topics at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to give students an interesting and useful way to learn. The Android operating system is based on a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which makes it easy for students to see how the system works on the outside. This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful. Additionally, the portability and wide availability of Android tablets make it easy for students to access educational materials without being limited by time or space. The goal of making engaging learning materials about informatics for high school students in the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to make learning fun and useful. The Android operating system is based on a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which makes it easy for students to see how the system works on the outside. This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful.

PERANCANGAN VOICE-BASED QUIZ RESPONSE UNTUK MATA KULIAH BAHASA INGGRIS 2 DI PRODI TEKNIK INFORMATIKA UNIVERSITAS UNIVERSAL

Abstract: Abstract: This study aims to develop a web application that is able to facilitate teachers in providing exams with answer-type questions via voice using the speech recognition method and is able to display pictorial exam… questions. The process of collecting research data was carried out through interviews and literature studies with case studies in the 4th semester English course in Informatics Engineering study program at Universal University. Web application development is carried out using the Extreme Programming method with testing through the Black Box Testing approach. In development, researchers used the Laravel framework with the PHP, Javascript, and MySQL programming languages as databases. The results of the Black Box test show that the web application is able to carry out the functionality according to the problems in this study. With this web application, it is hoped that teachers can easily provide exams with sound and image-based questions, provide a more interactive and effective learning experience for students, and enrich the use of technology in educational contexts.   Keywords: laravel; javascript; MySQL; PHP; speech recognition     Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi web yang mampu memfasilitasi pengajar dalam menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan bertipe jawab melalui suara menggunakan metode speech recognition serta mampu menampilkan pertanyaan ujian yang bergambar. Proses pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan studi pustaka dengan studi kasus di mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris 2 program studi Teknik Informatika semester 4 Universitas Universal. Pengembangan aplikasi web dilakukan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan pengujian melalui pendekatan Black Box Testing. Dalam pengembangan, peneliti menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Javascript, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web mampu menjalankan fungsionalitas sesuai dengan masalah yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi web ini, diharapkan pengajar dapat dengan mudah menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan berbasis suara dan gambar, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif bagi mahasiswa, serta memperkaya penggunaan teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan.   Kata kunci: laravel; javascript; MySQL; PHP; speech recognition

Pelatihan Pemasaran E-Commerce Di SMK Saraswati 2 Denpasar

Abstract: Abstract: To actualize the vision and mission of the Saraswati 2 Vocational High School (SMK) Denpasar, namely to develop and improve high-quality human resources and provide public services in the form of information on… ICT-based school activities, formed with the existence of a study program namely Computer Engineering & Informatics (Multimedia). Obstacles and problems currently encountered by the Computer and Informatics Engineering (Multimedia) study program are the lack of marketing training for photo and video products, especially e-commerce, among SMK students in order to realize the school's vision of forming independent graduates. The solution to the problem provided by the implementation of this service is to hold an e-commerce marketing workshop. The procedure or technique for implementing this community service is first, socialization activities, the main activities in the form of training, and monitoring and evaluation. The output of this service is that the process of e-commerce marketing training activities is carried out well and smoothly. Participants were happy and excited in participating in the training and easily understood the training material as indicated by the increase in scores from the pretest and posttest.        Keywords: training; marketing; e-commerce    Abstrak: Untuk merealisasikan visi dan misi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Saraswati 2 Denpasar yaitu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi dan memberikan layanan publik berupa informasi kegiatan di sekolah yang berbasis ICT, dibentuk dengan adanya program studi yaitu Teknik Komputer & Informatika (Multimedia). Kendala dan masalah yang saat ini ditemui oleh program studi Teknik Komputer dan Informatika (Multimedia) ini adalah masih minimnya pelatihan pemasaran untuk produk foto dan video khususnya e-commerce di siswa-siswa SMK guna merealisasikan visi sekolah dalam membentuk tamatan yang mandiri. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mengadakan workshop pemasaran e-commerce. Tata cara atau teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pertama, kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan utama berupa pelatihan, dan monev. Output dari pengabdian ini adalah proses kegiatan pelatihan pemasaran e-commerce terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta senang dan gembira dalam mengikuti pelatihan serta dengan mudah memahami materi pelatihan ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan nilai dari pretest dan postest. K-MEANS CLUSTERING CALCULATION TO DETERMINE MAINSTREAM DOMINATION OF COURSES

Abstract: Abstract : In Semester 6 students are required to choose mainstream elective courses at the STMIK Royal campus. In this study, researchers chose 2 mainstraim elective courses, namely Logic and Programming, and Database and… nd Information Management. The purpose of choosing this elective course is for students to focus more on their majors. The process of selecting the data, researchers carry out an analysis process of student learning outcomes. This research data is semester 1 to semester 5 grades. All data on the value of student learning outcomes are divided into 2 parts, namely theory and practice and divided into the number of courses. For many uses, a data mining method using K-means cluster is needed. K-Means Clustering is a data analysis method or Data Mining method that performs an unsupervised learning modeling process and uses methods that group data from various partitions. The results of the k means clutering grouping with 2 clusters, namely cluster 0 of the mainstream group of logic and programming courses with a total of 28 students, and cluster 1 of the mainstream group of informatics database and management courses with a total of 72 students with a total of 100 students.             Keywords: data; K-means; student         Abstrak : Mahasiswa semester 6 diwajibkan memilih mainstream matakuliah pilihan yang ada di kampus STMIK Royal. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memilih 2 mainstraim matakuliah pilihan yaitu Logika dan Pemprograman, serta Basis Data dan Manajemen Informatika. Tujuan pemilihan matakuliah pilihan ini adalah agar mahasiswa lebih terfokus pada jurusannya. Proses pemilihan datanya, peneliti melakukan proses analisa dari hasil belajar mahasiswa. Data penelitian ini nilai semester 1 sampai  semester 5. Seluruh data nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu teori dan praktek serta dibagi jumlah banyaknya matakuliah. untuk penggunaan yang banyak, maka dperlukan metode data mining dengan menggunakan k-means cluster. K-Means Clustering adalah metode analisis data atau metode Data Mining yang melakukan proses pemodelan pembelajaran tanpa pengawasan dan menggunakan metode yang mengelompokkan data dari berbagai partisi. Hasil pengelompokan k means clutering dengan 2 cluster yaitu cluster 0 kelompok mainstream matakuliah logika dan pemprograman dengan jumlah mahasiswa 28 orang, dan cluster 1 kelompok mainstream matakuliah basis data dan manajemen informatika dengan jumlah mahasiswa 72 orang dengan total keseluruhan 100 mahasiswa.   Keyword : data; K-means; mahasiswa;

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN ON IMPROVING DISKOMINFO SERVICES IN CENTRAL LOMBOK REGENCY USING TOGAF 9.2

Abstract: Abstract: Currently, the increasing needs of the community to obtain efficient, effective, transparent and accountable public services. Various applications are designed in order to realize a transparent work system of accountable… ccountable funds and an increase in work processes that are fast, precise, and accurate. Therefore, local governments are now developing e-Government or in the Indonesian government known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. PREDIKSI JUMLAH PENERIMAAN MAHASISWA BARU DENGAN METODE SINGLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING (STUDI KASUS: AMIK ROYAL KISARAN)

Abstract: Abstract: A problem requires a solution to solve it. One of them is by using Prediction (Forcasting). Prediction is used to assess the prediction of conditions in the future. at AMIK Royal Kisaran, when it comes to making&#8230; g lecture schedules often hampered because there is no estimated number of students. The data used in this study is the data history of the last 15 Academic Years, from 2003/2004 to 2017/2018. Then the data is processed with the Single Exponential Smoothing Method. Alpha value 0 <α <1. Single Exponential Smoothing makes a comparison with the alpha value until alpha is found which has the minimum error. To find the value of the error, the MSE (Mean Square Error) method is used. The results of the testing of this method are in the academic year 2018/2019 prediction of the number of students for the Informatics Management Study Program as many as 89 people and for Students for the Computer Engineering Study Program as many as 30 people. The Single Exponential Smoothing method can predict the number of students in the next period. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan Prediksi (Forcasting). Prediksi digunakan untuk menilai prakiraan keadaan dimasa. di AMIK Royal Kisaran, ketika akan membuat jadwal kuliah sering terhambat karena tidak adanya perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah histori data 15 Tahun Akademik terakhir, mulai 2003/2004 sampai dengan 2017/2018. Kemudian data diolah dengan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Nilai alpha 0<α<1. Single Exponential Smoothing melakukan perbandingan dengan nilai alpha tersebut sampai ditemukan alpha yang memiliki error paling minimum. Untuk mencari nilai Error digunakan Metode MSE (Mean Square Error). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah pada Tahun akademik 2018/2019 prediksi jumlah Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Manajemen Informatika sebanyak 89 orang  dan untuk Mahasiswa untuk Program Studi Teknik Komputer sebanyak 30 orang.
