Tujuan dari Kegiatan pengabdian kepada msyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dengan cara mempromosikan perusahaanya untuk mencari calon anak didik baru sekaligus mengelola sumber daya yang ada di CV. Hamzah sesuai zamanya. Yang dilakukan CV. Hamzah selama ini masih menggunakan spandu promosi dan kabar dari siswa-siswa yang pernah belajar di CV tersebut. Dengan metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini berupa observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan digital. Melalui sebuah wawancara dengan bapak Hamza sebagai pemilik CV. Hamza telah mandapatkan informasi dalam membangun sebuah mempromosikan CV tersebut. Kemudian melalui pengamatan ini telah dapat bahwa setelah kegiatan pelatihan siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza dapat membantu mempromosikan melalui media sosial dengan baik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza, dimana jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dalam menambah siswa dan dikenal banyak orang.

The method used in this community service activity is direct training and assistance to cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village. The training includes socialization regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification, a guide to registration procedures and a simulation of the process of managing business permits and halal certification. Assistance is provided to assist participants in filling out forms, completing documents, and carrying out the application process independently. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of entrepreneurs regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification and to assist them in the process of managing both aspects. After this activity is carried out, it is hoped that cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village can increase the competitiveness of their products in the market, especially markets that prioritize product halalness and clear business legality.

Abstrak : Di Desa Sei Beluru Kecamatan Meranti masih mengalami masalah pemahaman mengenai legalitas izin usaha dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Banyak usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha resmi dan sertifikasi halal sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal dianggap rumit dan memerlukan pengetahuan serta pendampingan yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha keripik ubi di Desa Sei Bluru. Pelatihan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal, panduan tata cara pendaftaran serta simulasi proses pengurusan izin usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu peserta dalam mengisi formulir, melengkapi dokumen, dan melakukan proses pengajuan secara mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengurusan kedua aspek tersebut.

The methods and techniques used in this service are training and mentoring at each madrasah targeted for service. The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results that can be seen in this service are the improvement of madrasah quality as seen from the quality achievement performance score which increased by an average of 11% between 2021 and 2022.

After the training, intensive mentoring is provided to help people apply new skills in their daily practice. The results achieved include increasing community capacity in sustainable agricultural techniques, developing better quality handicraft and traditional food products, as well as diversifying family income sources. Program evaluation shows a positive response from the community to training and mentoring activities, with indications of an increase in the local economy and awareness of the importance of sustainable natural resource management. This service activity not only succeeded in improving the economic welfare of the Rembitan Village community, but also strengthened local capacity in facing the challenges of sustainable development in the future.

Abstrak: Program pendampingan sustainable livelihood di Desa Rembitan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal. Tahapan awal kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan lingkungan Desa, penyusunan rencana kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, serta implementasi pelatihan dan workshop. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan intensif untuk membantu masyarakat menerapkan keterampilan baru dalam praktiknya sehari-hari. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam teknik pertanian berkelanjutan, pengembangan produk kerajinan tangan dan makanan tradisional dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, serta diversifikasi sumber pendapatan keluarga. Evaluasi program menunjukkan respons yang positif dari masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dengan indikasi peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Rembitan, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan dimasa mendatang.

The approach used in this training is discussion and mapping of partners' challenges, then knowledge assistance and provision are provided. The results of Google Trends training are generally able to make a real contribution to business owners in achieving consumer loyalty. Apart from that, this training increases partners' knowledge in utilizing the Google Trends application to determine product focus and product marketing locations. In particular, it can foster strong self-confidence in partners in using digital business.

Abstrak: Kuliner merupakan sebuah bisnis yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Fenomena ini membawa konsekuensi pada tingkat persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, artinya pelaku usaha kuliner dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi agar dapat bertahan dalam jangka panjang. Fokus utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada pemilik usaha kuliner agar dapat mengikuti tren selera konsumen yang dinamis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dengan menciptakan inovasi dan mengetahui minat konsumen terkini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah diskusi dan pemetaan permasalahan mitra, kemudian diberikan pendampingan dan pembekalan pengetahuan. Hasil dari pelatihan Google Trends secara umum mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pemilik usaha dalam meraih loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, pelatihan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan digital marketing mitra dalam menentukan fokus produk dan lokasi pemasaran produk. In services program, the introduction of solar drying technology was carried out through outreach and assistance to Village residents, especially youth organizations and micro small medium enterprises (UMKM), regarding the application of technology used for the drying process of lotus seeds, so that the dried lotus seeds could be stored longer for further used, then the next activity continued with the processing of diversified flour products and their derivatives. The success of this activity has shown that the Indralaya Raya residents were enthusiastic about this service activity as shown by the activity achievement indicators. Socialization and assistance activities on the use of solar-powered dryers and the manufacture of flour products and their derivatives have had a positive impact on the Indralaya Raya village community in empowering the activities of youth organizations and UMKMs.

The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian di Organisasi Koperasi Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia atau biasa disingkat KOWAPI merupakan kegiatan pengabdian berkelanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya di tahun 2022. Pada pengabdian tahun 2022 berfokus pada pembuatan web profile untuk organisasi KOWAPI. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang mitra alami saat ini, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan digitalisasi dan literasi website, organisasi KOWAPI meminta agar pihak Dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana kembali melakukan pengabdian yang berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengelolaan web profile yang sudah ada saat ini. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pembuatan konten berita, pengelolaan dashboard website, dan update dashboard beranda dengan memasukkan konten video dan foto-foto kegiatan organisai KOWAPI.
