lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

forcement in maritime areas presents its own challenges due to the need to monitor vast territories, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as the complex modus operandi employed by illegal immigration offenders. In this context, the Water Police (Pol-Air) serves as the main actor in maintaining maritime security and order, particularly in efforts to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants. This study aims to analyze the strategies and actions undertaken by Pol-Air in performing this function, as well as to evaluate the obstacles faced. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through analysis of existing laws and regulations as well as empirical practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that Pol-Air conducts various preventive measures, such as routine sea patrols in vulnerable areas, the use of maritime surveillance technology, improvement of personnel competencies, and public dissemination of immigration law among coastal communities as a form of participatory prevention. In addition, Pol-Air also engages in cross-sectoral coordination with relevant agencies to strengthen institutional synergy. Nevertheless, the implementation of Pol-Air's duties still faces structural and operational challenges, such as budget limitations, lack of integrated information systems, and weak law enforcement against human smuggling networks. Therefore, a reformulation of policies is needed to support institutional strengthening and sustainable inter-agency collaboration.

Although the law outlines the authority of village heads, it does not explicitly stipulate provisions for criminal or civil sanctions in cases of abuse of power. This normative gap poses potential risks of harm to village communities due to the weak legal accountability mechanisms. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal implications of the normative vacuum in village regulations and to emphasize the urgency of establishing more specific and binding implementing regulations. Employing a normative juridical research method through statutory and conceptual approaches, this study analyzes relevant legislation and supporting legal literature. The findings reveal that the absence of clear legal sanction provisions in the Village Law creates a legal grey area that can be exploited for administrative misconduct and corruption. Therefore, regulatory reform is required in the form of amendments or the formulation of implementing regulations that explicitly define the types of sanctions and legal accountability mechanisms for village heads. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic identification of legal loopholes that have received limited attention in existing village law literature, as well as its concrete proposals for regulatory reformulation aimed at strengthening accountability and transparency in village financial management.

This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey administered to 52 students across different age groups and grade levels. The findings indicate that a majority of students have experienced significant negative effects from cyberbullying, impacting their mental health, academic performance, and social relationships. Key contributing factors include emotional instability, peer pressure, stress from remote learning, and limited social activities during the pandemic. The study highlights that the most common forms of cyberbullying involve verbal harassment, physical appearance mockery, and identity impersonation. Abstrak: Cyberbullying telah menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak di kalangan remaja, yang menggeser banyak interaksi sosial ke platform digital. Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap cyberbullying dan dampak jangka panjangnya terhadap siswa di SMAN 15 Batam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan terhadap 52 siswa dari berbagai kelompok umur dan tingkat kelas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah mengalami dampak negatif yang signifikan dari cyberbullying, yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental, kinerja akademik, dan hubungan sosial mereka. Faktor-faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap hal ini adalah ketidakstabilan emosi, tekanan teman sebaya, stres akibat pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan terbatasnya aktivitas sosial selama pandemi. Studi ini menyoroti bahwa bentuk-bentuk cyberbullying yang paling umum melibatkan pelecehan verbal, ejekan terhadap penampilan fisik, dan peniruan identitas. Mengingat besarnya dampak terhadap kesejahteraan siswa, program intervensi yang lebih kuat yang melibatkan sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas sangat penting untuk mengurangi dampak berbahaya dari cyberbullying dan menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman bagi remaja.

Abstrak: Upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat esensial dan upaya pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan esensial diantaranya meliputi pelayanan promosi kesehatan, kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan ibu, anak dan keluarga berencana, gizi serta pencegahan penyakit. Fenomena yang diperoleh pada saat peneliti melakukan survey asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, diperoleh satu keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan hipertensi. Keterangan yang diperoleh dari pembimbing puskesmas mengatakan bahwa kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga tergolong banyak. Hampir setiap bulan terjadi kasus baru hipertensi. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 hipertensi menempati urutan pertama pada 10 besar penyakit di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan jumlah penderita baru dan lama mencapai 1239. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan peramalan (forecasting) menggunakan analisa Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) pada angka kejadian hipertensi berdasarkan data jumlah kejadian hipertensi pada tahun sebelumnya di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, dengan terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi pola penyakit hipertensi yang ada di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga untuk kemudian dilakukan peramalan jumlah kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga.
