Merfin Bengkiuk, Margareth Julia Malelak, Margarita Tenis, Marni Tauho, Yenry Anastasia Pellondou
Abstract: Massive digital transformation has reshaped patterns of interaction, modes of thinking, and the spiritual construction of the millennial generation, thereby creating serious challenges for the church in nurturing a mature,… e, authentic, and contextually relevant Christian faith. The abundance of information, instant culture, and growing skepticism toward religious institutions raise a critical research problem concerning how to formulate effective strategies to develop a theologically sound understanding of faith that is also adaptive to digital culture. This study aims to construct a strategic approach that bridges faith tradition and digital dynamics through a qualitative-reflective method based on recent theological literature and critical observation of digital ministry practices. The analysis identifies four primary strategies: contextual proclamation of faith, optimization of digital platforms as spaces for testimony and education, formation of supportive online communities, and strengthening digital and theological literacy among church leaders. The findings indicate that millennials possess a deep spiritual longing but seek integrity, open dialogue, and practical relevance of faith in daily life. The study concludes that a paradigmatic transformation of church ministry is necessary by positioning digital space as a participatory and dialogical locus of spiritual formation, while the novelty of this research lies in the systematic integration of theological reflection and contextual digital pastoral strategies as an adaptive ministry model for the millennial generation in the era of technological disruption.

Hadi Wijaya Halim, Chita Pradnya Paramitha, Karina Putri Adita, Arryan Jibril, Andi Faisal Bakti
Abstract: The development of digital technology over the past two decades has revolutionized human communication, social interaction, and the formation of both individual and collective identities in a global context. Digital media… a no longer merely function as communication tools but have become socio-cultural spaces that actively shape values, norms, symbols, and everyday practices. This phenomenon raises research questions regarding how cultural transformation and identity construction are influenced by the dominance of digital technology, as well as how social media and platform algorithms shape cultural visibility and digital identities. This study employs a qualitative approach through a critical narrative literature review, synthesizing theories of network society, mediatization, cultural globalization, digital capitalism, and digital identity. The analysis focuses on four key issues: cultural digitalization, the role of social media in identity formation, the emergence of hybrid identities, and platform power in determining cultural representation. Findings indicate that digital technology has ambivalent effects: it expands spaces for cultural expression, enhances public participation, and provides opportunities for marginalized groups to represent their identities; however, global platform dominance drives cultural homogenization, identity commodification, and inequitable symbolic representation. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a critical perspective on the influence of algorithms and digital capitalism in identity formation, which has rarely been addressed comprehensively in digital cultural studies. These findings offer theoretical contributions to media and cultural research as well as practical implications for understanding identity representation in the global digital era.

Abstract: Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu (UMB) has great potential to develop into an environmentally friendly and sustainable Green Campus. This study aims to analyze the existing conditions of the campus, identify challenges… s and opportunities, and formulate appropriate development strategies to create a greener campus. The research methods used include surveys, in-depth interviews, secondary data analysis, and field observations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation. The findings of the study indicate that UMB faces several challenges, including the limited green open space, which only covers 15% of the total campus area, suboptimal waste management, and the low awareness of the academic community regarding environmental sustainability issues. However, there are several opportunities that can be leveraged, such as the utilization of renewable energy technologies, government policies that increasingly support environmentally friendly initiatives, and the potential for collaboration with external partners from both the private sector and government institutions. The proposed development strategy focuses on five main aspects. First, increasing the campus’s green open space to 30% of the total campus area. Second, the implementation of renewable energy, such as the installation of solar panels, to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Third, waste management based on technology to effectively recycle waste. Fourth, the application of digital-based environmental education to raise awareness among the academic community. Fifth, maximizing student participation in sustainability activities. This strategy aims to reduce carbon footprints, improve resource efficiency, and create a campus ecosystem that supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Nofita Rudiani Asbanu, Claudina Margarida Freitas Belo, Yakobus Adi Saingo
Abstract: The Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) stipulates that the interests of the people must be voiced and accommodated through legislative channels, represented by the People's Representative… ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.

Rindy Retno Prihastari, Salsabila Aulia Azizah, Sri Pingit Wulandari
Abstract: East Java Province is a region with significant economic contribution in Indonesia, occupying the third position nationally with a contribution of 14.26%. However, despite its rapid economic growth, East Java still faces… welfare challenges, especially in terms of poverty which is still relatively high compared to other provinces on the island of Java. The poverty rate in East Java is on a downward trend, but it still remains above the national average. This condition indicates an imbalance in the welfare of the community in the East Java region. Welfare is measured based on the ability of the community to meet decent, healthy, and productive basic needs, with the Human Development Index (HDI) as one of the main indicators. HDI can measure human development achievements based on several basic components of quality of life, including the education dimension, the age and health dimension, and the standard of decent living. Therefore, the government needs to group regions with appropriate characteristics to make it easier to make policies. One of the statistical analyses that can be used in this study is cluster analysis. The results of this study are that East Java Province in 2023 shows a diversity of welfare indicators, such as TPT, HDI, and AHH, reflecting differences in economic, educational, and health conditions between regions. The cluster method with the best assessment in this study is the K-Means method with five clusters. The characteristics in clusters I and II tend to have low welfare, while clusters III, IV, and V show better welfare. The results of this study show a change in the number of clusters compared to previous research conducted by Muhammad Fikry Al Farizi et al. in 2022. The previous study produced four clusters using the average linkage method.
