Pelatihan Perancangan Dan Implementasi Database Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa SMK di LKP Pelita Media

Abstract: Abstract: The training on database design and implementation for vocational high school students at LKP Pelita Media aims to enhance students’ understanding of fundamental database concepts as well as their ability to design… design and implement databases through a library application case study. The main problem addressed is the limited competence of students in structured database design, including data requirement analysis, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) development, normalization, and the lack of practical experience in using MySQL and applying it to real-world cases. The method employed consists of integrated theory- and practice-based training through interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The activities were conducted in four stages: introduction to database concepts, ERD design and normalization, SQL implementation (CRUD and JOIN), and integration with a simple web application. The results indicate that participants gained improved understanding and skills in designing and implementing databases, aligned with current developments in information technology, particularly in the context of a library application case study. Permasalahan utama adalah terbatasnya kompetensi siswa dalam perancangan database secara terstruktur, meliputi analisis kebutuhan data, pembuatan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), normalisasi, serta kurangnya pengalaman praktik menggunakan MySQL hingga implementasi pada kasus nyata. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan berbasis teori dan praktik terintegrasi melalui ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu pengenalan konsep basis data, perancangan ERD dan normalisasi, implementasi SQL (CRUD dan JOIN), serta integrasi dengan aplikasi web sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan peserta memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan perancangan serta implementasi database yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya pada studi kasus aplikasi perpustakaan. PELATIHAN PERLINDUNGAN DATA DAN KEAMANAN SIBER UNTUK MASYARAKAT DI LKP MUTIARA INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology brings various benefits as well as challenges, one of which is the increasing risk of cyber threats and personal data breaches. The digital community, particularly participants… rticipants at LKP Mutiara Informatika in Asahan Regency, requires a fundamental understanding and skills in protecting personal data and recognizing cyber threats. This community service program aims to provide educational and practical training on personal data protection and cybersecurity. The implementation methods include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical simulations using real case studies. This program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital privacy, online fraud, and the use of basic security tools. Participants were also able to identify preventive measures to protect their digital accounts. Through this training, the community is better prepared to face the challenges of the technological era and to serve as agents of cybersecurity literacy, while also emphasizing the importance of synergy between education and technology in building safe and responsible digital awareness.          Keywords: personal data; cybersecurity; digital community   Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa berbagai manfaat sekaligus tantangan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber dan kebocoran data pribadi. Masyarakat digital, khususnya peserta di LKP Mutiara Informatika Kabupaten Asahan, membutuhkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam melindungi data pribadi serta mengenali ancaman siber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang bersifat edukatif dan aplikatif mengenai perlindungan data pribadi dan keamanan siber. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik menggunakan studi kasus nyata. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang privasi digital, penipuan online, serta penggunaan perangkat pengaman dasar. Peserta juga mampu mengenali langkah pencegahan untuk melindungi akun digital. Dengan pelatihan ini, masyarakat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan era teknologi dan berperan sebagai agen literasi keamanan siber, sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya sinergi edukasi dan teknologi dalam membangun kesadaran digital yang aman. The workshop focuses on developing communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving through the implementation of simple IoT projects. Additionally, participants will understand the positive impact of IoT usage in daily life and the industrial sector. Active learning methods, such as group discussions and project simulations, will provide practical experiences that enrich students' understanding of these concepts. Computational Thinking (Clothing) Untuk Pembelajaran Informatika Di SMP Negeri 1 Kalimanah

Understanding the terminology of accuracy is used in computer science fundamentally to understand problems and find solutions that are built from these problems in a logical, structured, and systematic manner. Junior high school 1 Kalimanah is a school with a good ranking in the district because almost every year it always ranks in the top ten on the achievement index of its graduates. The condition of the students of Junior high school 1 Kalimanah is very diverse in economic background, some come from families of employees, farmers, laborers, or others. With a variety of existing economic backgrounds, the issue of ownership of computer equipment is also very limited, not all have computers/or mobile devices/smartphones. The method of application in service activities is carried out by exploration by asking questions, then elaborating and confirming by asking questions. The activity plan is carried out by providing programming learning at the intermediate level to provide motivation to learn logically and systematically so that computational computer-based learning is expected to provide a learning experience for students, especially computer programming experience, bridging the school in selecting outstanding students in the programming field. computer.           Keywords: computational thinking; functionality; Computer science; logical; systematic   Abstrak: Kajian ilmu dalam ilmu komputer adalah mengindentifikasi dengan akurat definisi, prosedure dan fungsionalitas. Pemahaman terminologi keakuratan digunakan dalam ilmu komputer secara mendasar untuk memahami masalah dan menemukan solusi yang dibangun dari masalah tersebut secara logis, terstruktus dan sistematis. Computational thinking (CT) pada dasarnya mendefinisikan abstrak secara tepat dan mengkover berbagai macam ketrampilan-ketrampilan dalam memahami masalah dan menentukan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan kaidah komputasi dalam ilmu komputer. SMPN 1 Kalimanah merupakan sekolah dengan peringkat baik di wilayah kabupaten karena hampir setiap tahun selalu menempati rangking sepuluh besar pada indeks prestasi lulusannya. Kondisi siswa SMP N 1 Kalimanah sangat  beragam latar belakang ekonomi, ada yang berasal dari keluarga pegawai, petani, buruh atau yang lainnya. Dengan beragam latar ekonomi yang ada, maka dalam masalah kepemilikan perangkat komputer juga sangat terbatas tidak semua memiliki komputer/atau perangkat mobile/smartphone. Metode penerapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan eksplorasi dengan memberikan pertanyaaan  kemudian elaborasi dan konfirmasi yakni memberi pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran pemrograman pada level tingkat menengah untuk memberi motivasi belajar secara logis dan sistematis, sehingga dengan pembelajaran berbasis komputer secara komputasi diharapkan memberi pengalaman belajar bagi siswa khususnya pengalaman pemrograman komputer, menjembatani pihak sekolah dalam menyeleksi siswa-siswa berprestasi dalam bidang pemrograman komputer. A FUZZY LOGIC BASED EVALUATION MODEL FOR THESIS TOPIC FEASIBILITY TO ENHANCE STUDENT RESEARCH RELEVANCE

Abstract: Abstract: The determination of thesis topics is a fundamental stage in academic research, yet the evaluation process remains predominantly manual and subjective. This reliance on individual lecturer perception often leads… s to inconsistent feasibility assessments and fails to systematically measure the topic's alignment with strategic needs. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on fuzzy logic to assess the feasibility of thesis topics objectively and systematically, focusing on enhancing the relevance of student research. The research method employed the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with the Sugeno method. This model was designed through literature review and FGD to establish four criteria (Topic Relevance, Difficulty Level, Idea Novelty, Reference Availability) and 81 rule bases. The model validation results against expert judgment using 15 test data showed a high accuracy rate of 91.31%, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 8.69%. In conclusion, this DSS model is proven to be valid and consistent, and it can be relied upon as an objective tool to improve the quality and relevance of thesis topics. Ketergantungan pada persepsi dosen secara individu sering kali menyebabkan penilaian kelayakan yang tidak konsisten serta kegagalan dalam mengukur keselarasan topik dengan kebutuhan strategis secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis logika fuzzy untuk menilai kelayakan topik skripsi secara objektif dan sistematis, dengan fokus pada peningkatan relevansi penelitian mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) dengan metode Sugeno. Model ini dirancang melalui tinjauan pustaka dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menetapkan empat kriteria (Relevansi Topik, Tingkat Kesulitan, Kebaruan Ide, Ketersediaan Referensi) serta 81 basis aturan. Hasil validasi model terhadap penilaian pakar menggunakan 15 data uji menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi yaitu 91,31%, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 8,69%. Kesimpulannya, model SPK ini terbukti valid dan konsisten, serta dapat diandalkan sebagai alat objektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi topik skripsi. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF BAKUNJANGAN TOURISM APPLICATION IN BANJARMASIN CITY USING ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK

Unfortunately,… nately, there are some crucial challenges to the fundamental requirements of EA in the tourism sector. There is still partial implementation, a lack of understanding of the technological advances used in Banjarmasin city tourism promotion, a lack of understanding of the implementation in an application architecture framework design and the technology to be used, not having good documentation in the design of application systems and slow services in tourism promotion. There is no certainty of normative standardization for system development operating procedures. This research aims to design the Zachman Framework (ZF) Application architecture as an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology, to visualize spatial data. This application is designed to assist users in displaying spatial data in the form of interactive maps that can be accessed via the internet. The software development method used is the iterative and incremental method with the Zachman Framework approach to application design. Data was collected through surveys and interviews at the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism (DISBUDPORAPAR) of Banjarmasin City, with the current number of tourism data being 55 tourist attractions. This application can later be used to introduce tourist attractions in Banjarmasin City to the wider community, including tourists visiting this city.             Keywords: enterprise architecture (ea), tourism, zachman framework (zf)   Abstrak: Penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) disektor pariwisata kota Banjarmasin amatlah penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas informasi yang diberikan kepada wisatawan yang mengakses layanan berbasis elektronik. Sayangnya, ada beberapa tantangan krusial terhadap persyaratan mendasar EA di sektor pariwisata. Masih ada yang diimplitasikan seara parsial, kurangnya pemahaman dalam kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan pada promosi pariwisata kota Banjarmasin, kurangnya pemahaman akan implimentasi dalam sebuat perancangan kerangka kerja arsitektur aplikasi dan teknologi yang akan digunakan, tidak memiliki dokumentsai yang baik dalam perancangan sistem aplikasi serta pelayanan yang lambat dalam promosi pariwisata. Belum adanya kepastian standarisasi normatif untuk prosedur operasi pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur Aplikasi Bakunjangan Zachman Framework (ZF) sebagai metodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP),  untuk memvisualisasikan data spasial. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam menampilkan data spasial dalam bentuk peta interaktif yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode iteratif dan inkremental dengan pendekatan Zachman Framework untuk perancangan aplikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dan wawancara pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DISBUDPORAPAR) Kota Banjarmasin, dengan jumlah data pariwisata saat ini yakni 55 tempat wisata. Aplikasi ini nanti dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata di Kota Banjarmasin kepada masyarakat luas, termasuk wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota ini.   Kata kunci: enterprise architecture (ea), pariwisata, zachman framework (zf)

Analisis Pemahaman Konsep Pecahan Pada Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 010091 Kisaran Baru

Abstract: Pecahan merupakan salah satu materi matematika yang penerapannya sering dijumpai dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur sejauh mana siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010091 Kisaran Baru memahami konsep pecahan.… han. Metode yang digunakan berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 26 siswa sebagai subjek kajian. Data dihimpun melalui empat cara, yakni tes, pengamatan, wawancara, dan penelusuran dokumen. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa pemahaman siswa atas konsep pecahan tergolong masih rendah, dibuktikan oleh angka ketuntasan belajar yang hanya menyentuh 23,07%. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah hal, di antaranya lemahnya penguasaan dasar pecahan, rendahnya keterlibatan siswa saat belajar, serta metode pengajaran yang belum diterapkan secara maksimal. Mengacu pada hasil tersebut, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif untuk mendorong peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap pecahan. Fraction is a fundamental mathematical topic that frequently appears in everyday situations. This study set out to examine how well fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 010091 Kisaran Baru grasp the concept of fractions. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, with 26 students taking part as participants. Four data-gathering techniques were used: testing, observation, interviews, and document review. Findings revealed that students’ grasp of fraction concepts was still limited, shown by a completion rate of only 23,07%. Several factors contributed to this outcome, among them a weak foundation in basic fraction concepts, low student involvement during lessons, and teaching methods that had not been optimally applied. Based on these findings, more interactive learning strategies are needed to help strengthen students’ conceptual grasp of fractions.

The Transition from Conventional Constitutions to Digital Law: Constitutional Law Challenges in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the twenty-first century has fundamentally transformed the structure of modern constitutional governance. Digitalization has reshaped the interactions… teractions between governments and citizens, altered the patterns of political participation, and presented major challenges to constitutional principles. This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

The Influence of Employee Motivation on the Quality of Administrative Services at the Leihitu Sub-District Office, Central Maluku Regency

Abstract: Public service quality is one of the fundamental indicators in assessing the performance of government institutions, especially at the district level where direct interactions with citizens take place. This study aims to… analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.
