oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan praktis peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI guna memperbaiki efektivitas serta mutu publikasi ilmiah di lingkungan Paspama Institute. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan interaktif, meliputi tiga tahapan utama: (1) pengenalan konsep dasar AI dan potensinya dalam bidang publikasi, (2) workshop penerapan aplikasi AI seperti ChatGPT, Grammarly, dan Copilot untuk asistensi penulisan akademik, serta (3) pendampingan penyusunan artikel ilmiah berbasis AI secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menulis dan mengedit naskah, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat sebesar 32% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan publikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan diskusi lintas divisi yang melibatkan bagian keuangan, workshop, dan warehouse. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penyerahan dokumen Work Order (WO) dan Delivery Order (DO) berdampak pada keterlambatan pencatatan transaksi dan pemantauan piutang. Implementasi awal rekomendasi perbaikan alur dokumen mampu meningkatkan ketepatan pencatatan dan mendukung efektivitas penagihan piutang pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan Bosowa Transportation mengenai komunikasi lintas generasi melalui psikoedukasi non-training berbasis infografis. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan need assessment melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karyawan. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk poster infografis bertema “Connect Beyond Age: Cara Berkomunikasi Lintas Generasi”, yang dilaksanakan di unit bisnis Oto Klinik, Oto Rental, dan Taksi Bosowa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar karyawan belum memahami konsep komunikasi lintas generasi secara menyeluruh. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi non training, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terkait perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi, hambatan yang sering muncul, serta strategi komunikasi efektif yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi berbasis infografis terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi lintas generasi dan mendukung terciptanya interaksi kerja yang lebih harmonis di Bosowa Transportation.
