The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

Data mining is a process of data analysis to find a dataset of data set. Data mining is able to analyze large amounts of data into information that has meaning for decision supporters. One process of data mining is clustring. Attributes used in the grouping of student achievement are Name, Extracurricular, Value which include Task Value, Uts Value, Value of Uses, total absenteeism, and Attitude value. The case study of 20 students with distance calculation using manhattan distance, chbychep distance and euclidian distance yielded 67% accuracy.

Abstrak: Tingginya tingkat keberhasilan siswa dan rendahnya tingkat kegagalan siswa merupakan cemin kualitas dunia pendidikan.Dunia pendidikan saat ini dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan bersaing dengan memanfaatkan semua sumber daya yang dimiliki. Selain sumber daya sarana, prasarana dan manusia, sistem informasi merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan barsaing. Data mining merupakan proses analisa data untuk menemukan suatu pola dara kumpulan data. Data mining mampu menganalisa jumlah data yang besar menjadi informasi yang mempunyai arti bagi pendukung keputusan. Salah satu proses data mining adalah clustring. Atribut yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan prestasi siswa adalah Nama, Ekstrakulikuler, Nilai yang meliputi Nilai Tugas, Nilai Uts, Nilai Uas, jumlah ketidak hadiran siswa (absensi), dan Nilai sikap. Studi kasus pada 20 siswa dengan perhitungan jarak menggunakan manhattan distance, chbychep distance dan euclidian distance menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 67%.

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. th institutions remain limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee discipline on employee performance at Puskesmas Curug Bitung, Bogor Regency. The study used a quantitative associative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of 32 employees, and 25 respondents were selected as the sample using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and structured interviews, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, Pearson Product Moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and partial t-test. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.777, R square of 0.630, and t-value of 5.910. Employee discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.808, R square of 0.653, and t-value of 6.583. The novelty of this study lies in its direct testing of organizational culture and discipline without mediating variables in a district-level public health service institution. Strengthening service-oriented culture and consistent discipline is therefore essential to improve employee performance.

udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.
