an educational approach that integrates EQ and SQ can help students develop relevant skills amidst rapid technological developments and social change. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

in various aspects of education, from administration, personalized learning, to evaluating learning outcomes. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

h metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yang mengkaji berbagai literatur, laporan industri, serta regulasi yang terkait dengan implementasi AI dalam perbankan syariah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perbankan syariah, terutama melalui otomatisasi layanan keuangan, penggunaan chatbot dalam layanan nasabah, serta analisis risiko berbasis big data yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, AI juga dapat membantu dalam penguatan kepatuhan syariah melalui analisis kontrak berbasis machine learning dan deteksi transaksi yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Namun, implementasi AI dalam perbankan syariah juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah, keamanan data dan privasi, serta kesiapan teknologi dan infrastruktur. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan strategi yang mencakup kolaborasi dengan fintech berbasis syariah, penguatan regulasi AI oleh otoritas keuangan syariah, serta investasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur digital. Kesimpulannya, perbankan syariah dapat memanfaatkan AI untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi, namun penerapannya harus dilakukan dengan tetap mempertahankan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah dan memperhatikan aspek etika serta keamanan data. ence (AI) dalam bidang pendidikan, menawarkan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti penyediaan informasi secara cepat, bimbingan akademik, penyelesaian masalah pembelajaran serta dukungan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa mahasiswa magister program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Chat GPT memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik dari mahasiswa, baik dalam hal pemahaman materi, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, maupun efisiensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Namun, hasil ini juga menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), seperti potensi kurangnya keakuratan jawaban apabila tidak di kritisi dengan baik, adanya resiko ketergantungan pada Chat GPT sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas akademik mahasiswa dan kurangnya interaksi langsung mahasiswa dengan dosen. shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

This study aims to compare two Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) methods, namely Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations (LIME) and SHapley Additive Explanations (SHAP), in interpreting the prediction results of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model using the Diabetes Health Indicator dataset. Prior to modeling, the data were preprocessed through cleaning and normalization to ensure quality and consistency. The trained ANN model was then analyzed using LIME and SHAP to evaluate the contribution of each feature to the prediction outcomes. The results show that both methods are capable of providing meaningful and interpretable explanations, although SHAP demonstrates more consistent and stable interpretations across the dataset. These findings highlight the importance of integrating XAI techniques to enhance model transparency, thereby increasing trust and supporting more reliable decision-making in clinical settings, particularly for diabetes diagnosis.

penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AI memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efisiensi produksi, mulai dari predictive maintenance yang mampu mengurangi gangguan mesin hingga sistem quality inspection berbasis computer vision yang membuat proses pengecekan lebih cepat dan akurat. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi ini membuat HRD harus menyesuaikan cara kerja mereka, terutama dalam hal rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. HRD kini dituntut lebih memahami teknologi digital agar mampu menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran teknologi dan HRD saling melengkapi karena penerapan AI tidak akan berjalan optimal tanpa kesiapan karyawan.
